They don t have a telephone to call and reach someone. It s not easy contacting them for any issues. Not on time. Been waiting for 30 mins. When does this place open?? It s 910 and no one is here .?? Helllo.

I had an IID installed. Jasmine who serviced my vehicle was excellent. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me confidence about the new use. She was very compassionate and reassuring about my shame of having this installed.I m glad there was a service number I could call. Because with the new device with camera, I was having a difficult time getting the car started later in the day.Seemed like my lung capacity wasn t enough the four other times I blew beyond the initial start-up at the shop.When I m driving I seem to not have enough air to get to the clip, or get messages blower harder or blow softer or blow longer. It makes me nervous that I m going to be stuck somewhere.

IID installation, recalibration, removal. Every time i came for a recalibration the technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming, efficient and always in good spirits. The customer service was amazing. I would definitely recommended this location to anyone.

I am so thankful for WI Ignition Interlock for helping me get through the requirements of this past year. My tech was super helpful at every step of the way! I'm so happy I only had to deal with her, because I feel any one else's service would not be as exemplary.

They are always helpful and try to be as convenient as possible for me when I schedule appointments. They also work with you when you have to reschedule our make an appointment for the malfunction of the unit in the vehicle. The people who do the testing are always friendly and polite I've never had an issue with them and they always get you in and out as fast as possible!!

Very friendly and helpful but it didn t come with the soda can disguise. That was one of the selling points for me. Great service and personable. Highly recommend

Britny was very helpful, fast, and courteous, when answering my questions. I have frequented the Middleton, Johnson Creek, and Pewaukee locations, having had a positive experience at them all. Also shout out to the service tech who most regularly works at the Johnson Creek location. I don t remember his name but he was always great and willing to stick around the extra few minutes required because I was habitually late. Thanks man, Thanks Britny. Overall good experience. The technicians and service people all realize that this is not the best time in the lives of their customers and they don t lord it over you like some criminal. Appreciate that and hope I never see you again....just kidding... but no, really.

I've dealt with the Pewaukee office for over a year and Ryan has always been very patient and informative. I've also dealt with perla and Amber on numerous occasions and they've always been very helpful as well. Despite the circumstances and having too have this installed for a couple years there folks at Wisconsin interlock have been great through it all.

Charlie is the most competent worker I've ever experienced. He was more knowledgeable than most baggers at pick n save, which is saying something. I give him a 10 out of 10. He was fantastic in so many ways!

Despite my dissatisfaction with the device itself and how terrible their voice support system is, they deserve 5 stars. This is the only IID installation I've ever had and ever will get so I don't really know the market or how they fair against competitors. However, KaLeah the online chatter I got linked up with had outstanding customer service skills. She really went above and beyond for me in getting my calibration service appointment squeezed in at the location I wanted, in a timeframe around my job, and it was all the morning my service was due.... Thank you KaLeah!

Had to get interlock installed and the screen on it doesn't work. I called to set up a recalibration and the lady on the phone said I should be alright until the day we planned. 2 days prior I got locked out of my car. Either she doesn't know what she is doing or hates her job or lied to me. Do not trust them and make sure you set everything up yourself.Service: Electrical

I had to go here with my friend, they were so friendly and helpful and professional!! It took less time than expected. I thought the whole process would be confusing but they made it easy. Highly recommend!

I needed a reset today and Chee helped me on the Live Chat. He was very helpful and made this easy for me which was very good! I have anxiety about doing everything I'm supposed to while on the Interlock Program, and not missing anything. Chee and other people From Live Chat at WIID and the service people at my appointments have been very good and helpful to me! Thank You!, to them and Wisconsin Ignition Interlock!

Just called for general information. The employee was pretty knowledgeable. Spoke to a young lady who s only been there for two weeks. Could of fooled me because she spoke like she had been there for years. She said her name was kalia. Now I know where I will be going in the next few months after I find out from my lawyer what I need to do.

I went to the one in west allis to have the interlock installed and I come back and my doors off my car hinge and no one would fix it or even tell me how it happened .. I drove in there with a perfect door and come back to not opening the door. Had to have it replaced.. the whole door and I'm still waiting for the manager or supervisor to contact me and no one has ever did that yet. This place sucks
