Every time I come in for service I seem to wait longer. Have had situations where a flat tire has taken 3 plus hours to replace. Oil changes take a half day. Every time I come here I have to cancel all the plans I have for the day for simple maintenance. It s ridiculous

I took my car in for a flat tire on Saturday and waited over 3 hours for it to be fixed. Left and drove for about 30 minutes when my same tire was completely flat again. Took it back to Subaru and they had to keep my car until Monday. I was never offered a loaner car and when i called to ask about one, I was told no one in the store was available to fill out the paperwork. Finally got called on Monday and was told the tire was not salvagable and I would not only have to replace that tire, but all 4 tires. The price they quoted me was $400 more than Walmart, Sam's Club, etc. And that was even with a 10% discount for the "inconvenience". While my service person was very kind, I was overall very disappointed in my service.

Fantastic service! I had brought OEM wheels in the back of my car in individual carriers that needed new tires, which were installed onto the car. The techs put the wheels removed into the carriers and loaded them into the car. During the 4 wheel alignment, they fixed my misaligned steering wheel without asking (caused by me when I tried fixing the steering rack). The car drives like a dream and I cannot thank the service department enough!Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Ryan S was wonderful to work with. He listened to our needs and responded with effective recommendations. He and the Sales Manager, Joe, went above and beyond to provide the best service to meet our needs. They were willing to engage in reasonable negotiations. It was an enjoyable process from beginning to end!We purchased a car and leased another!

Very unhappy with my experience over the last year and a half with this place. I bought my car from this dealership and was talked into getting the service package which should ve given me free oil changes for a couple years. Turns out, it was a bad investment. The first time I got an oil change, they couldn t find my profile and charged me full price ($91). When I called to ask about it the person told me they could see my profile but that I could only be reimbursed by check in person. Why couldn t they charge my card back? Who knows. So then I go get the check and don t cash it right away and they call to ask why it hasn t been cashed yet. I don t usually go to banks because it s 2023 and usually have no need to. The second oil change I got, they did a tire rotation and left my brake bleeder valve open. The only reason I found this out is I got a flat tire and took it to a 24 hour tire repair shop and they asked if I had my car serviced recently. I told them yeah my dealership just did and they told me the valve was open and that I should let them know they messed up because it s super dangerous to not have one of your brakes working. Wilde denied they did anything wrong and told me they don t mess with the brakes when rotating the tires. So the only 2 options are that they sold me the car with the brake bleeder already open and lied about doing a full service inspection on the car or they messed up when rotating the tires. The 3rd oil change went smoothly but now for my 4th I have been told walk ins are available on certain days only to call the day I made plans to drive and hour up, wait an hour for an oil change (yes an hour for an oil change) and an hour back home, only to be told walk ins aren t available and appointments are a month out. I ve asked to speak with service managers multiple times only to be told they aren t available. They take my number and never call me back. Horrible horrible customer service and service in general. 10 mins before the service center closed, I was able to get in, get my car registered and looked at right away in the morning. Dominic was courteous, caring, and respectful! He made sure I was aware of the situation before proceeding with fixing the problem and updated me when my car was finished. I worked with Rob and Dominic, both guys were awesome! Rob checked me in and got the details of what was going on. Dominic kept me posted with the progress of my car, fully explained what happened and then explained again when my husband came in. I was helped by Rob. Everything was great, except that I didn't get my windows wiped on the inside like I asked. No big deal. Remember taking pictures of my front seat and the tears there? Did you show those to that guy who fixes those? How do I follow up with that? Thanks!

Hello. The visit was aweful! Your oil containers were full (apparently No one checks those?) So after 1 hour 15 min wait, I checked on car, the nice service man said cars had to be shipped to Honda dealership. He called over there to see about time, said another 45 min yet! so at 1:10 over 2 hours, car was ready. Apt was for 11:00 that i made a week prior.It screwed up my entire day, was NOT happy.Hopefully next time goes smoothly.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Was very unhappy with the way I was treated when I came in for SCHEDULED routine maintenance. First guy, asked me why are you here!? And had a severe attitude and tossed my keys around. I was shocked by his behavior. The service scheduling people are always kind. That tech on that day.. not sure why he felt it was ok to be rude. Will be going back to Sommer s.

Had a slow leak in tire that was not repairable. All tires below safety level so replaced all 4 tires, balanced, and aligned. The service was great. Great service both times! Got my 1st Forester end of June- excellent experience! Unfortunately totaled it 6 weeks later, called and got my 2nd Forester 2 days later. Was well taken care of by Jordan & Subaru Team!

my call for an appt. weas fast and easy.I was waited on by Rob S. as soon as I got there even though I was early. I asked him if I would be finished by a certain time and I was. The waiting area is extremely clean and full of snacks and beverages. They always to or check more on my car then ordered and my car is treated as well as I am!!

Dominic was a great service guy and Tony was a great salesperson but the finance guy was disrespectful. Our credit is ok but not great. He made the comment that at our age we should know better. What he doesn t know is that we were both raised by parents who refinanced their homes multiple times and never taught us about credit. We have had to learn the hard way and have never taken out a second mortgage on our house and have been working hard to rebuild our credit. The whole reason we were buying another car was because we didn t want our young adult daughter buying a car in this inflated market so we gave her one of ours that was paid off so that she didn t start out her adult life like we did and we have been teaching our kids about credit from the hard lessons we learned.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We have been very happy with Wilde Subaru for many years. However we have recently noticed that their service department and the parts department are not communicating well. By eliminating the text updates service, we did not know if the parts were there on the day of the appointment. If I did not call them ahead of time, I would have been there for nothing. In addition to that, I did not receive any notifications when the parts were in. I requested that they check and share the status and reschedule the appointment if the parts were not there. Hope they will follow through.

Dominic Spano listened to my concerns and discussed with me. Work was done and I was updated; costs were made clear. Work done on time, Dominic reviewed what was done and online payment was easy. The only issue was my fault - I forgot to present coupons!! (I ll remember next time.)I live closer to Green Bay but bring my car to Wilde because of the service and excellent communication. Dominic is awesome! I had a small issue with my tpms, and he took care of it as soon as I had time. In and out within 20 minutes. I also called when service department was closed, and received a call back at 7:15am the very next morning. Super cool dude.

Dominic Spano was my Service Advisor. He spoke to the shop manager on my behalf. He made arrangements with me to drop my vehicle off and pick up a loaner. I had to replace the cam, because it was leaking. He explained that this process would take about a week. He kept me informed, throughout the process. I was a little apprehensive about driving a new vehicle. He explained the basics of the car and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, before I left. I definitely will ask for him on any future visits I have.

Had a great guy check me in. The thing is. You pull in and no one greets you.You stand there outside your car. Waiting.But it s impossible to schedule service online. So frustrating. I called for an oil change and I was quoted a price. They didn't have any available appointments for the next couple of weeks so today was the first available. When I went in I found out that the price went up $15. They didn't honor what I was quoted because he stated that they never know when prices will change. the worker was very pleasant and attached a $10. coupon but I feel the quoted price should have been honored seeing as they pushed the appointment out a few weeks, not me. Other than that the service was quick and friendly.

The waiting area is very comfortable. I bring my car in regularly for oil changes and have always been satisfied with my services. They do a thorough job. When I needed extra repairs found on inspection, I was given a loaner right away. Scheduled a general service appointment with the addition of replacing the loose trim around the left rear wheel well. Was told I needed a 30,000 mile tune up by Dominic but was explained the cost involved. Was given a 2023 Outback to drive as appointment was several hours long. When the my car was finished, I received a call. I was told I had had the 30,000 mile tune up previously and was not charged for it. The person doing the work had looked back at my service history and alerted Dominic. The repair to the wheel well was done. Dominic met me when I returned the loaner and explained what service was done. I appreciated his attention and friendly manner. He was prompt to greet me both times and has reached out to me afterwards. My vehicle has always had my service at Wilde.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto maintenance

Came back for oil change on my other Subaru. Was told no appointments until October 5 but I should just go to express lane. Drove over 1 hour to be told express lane is closed. But I could wait until 5 pm and they might get it in. I m not going to wait 5 hours to maybe get my oil changed. I m frustrated because I prepaid for my oil changes. Otherwise I would go to a closer dealer.Service: Oil change
