After a world wind day buying my wife a car I needed service on my Honda pulled it in and immediately was greeted by Honda John service manager. I have been in several times before and was glad to see him. He got my car right in right away . In the mean time we were settling up purchase of my wife Lori s car. I got a the call from John and was told to meet him in service . When I got there I had some major repairs that needed to be done GASP . Since I had been in there enough John talked me off the ledge so to speak and was willing to work with me to get my car going again.Side note my wife said she was starving and John came into the show room where we were wrapping up the dealAnd got her some snacks Apple, Banana some breakfast bars and candy.Thanks Again Honda John

Service Advisor Dennis B is a GREAT guy! Always helpful and doing his best to see resolutions through the customers point of view. Him along with the other employees here do a great job with keeping their loyal customers happy!

I brought my car in for a total of 3 times.1. To explain to me my tie rod on the driver side needs to be fixed.2. To get the tie rod replaced and an alignment-after the appointment my car was not driving straight and still shook insanely bad.3. Brought it back in and told me it was the tires that are now causing it to shake.I got it looked at by another company to only find out the tie rod was NEVER REPLACED. AND THE ALIGNMENT WAS NOT STRAIGHTENED.PLUS: I got a full diagram of how my car is working, like what is needed, what is running good. Etc. the full body expectation.On the sheet it said my lights were in perfect condition which was a lie because my headlight was out and my rear blinker was about to go out.Imagine being a broke college student and wasting $500 on NOTHING.Worst experience ever. Completely wasted my time and money.Will never be coming back.

I recently purchased a Honda Pilot Elite but wasn't able to purchase at Wilde Honda. I had some concerns with the recent purchase after the sale. I had worked with Honda John with my last Pilot Elite, purchased at Wilde, that was unfortunately totaled recently and he had always taken good care of the service for that vehicle. He helped me out a ton today by talking over my recent purchase with me, getting me part numbers I needed, and just overall easing my nerves. He did all this when he already had a super busy day and for a vehicle not purchased there. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. I will forever have great things to say about Wilde Honda Service department including Honda John but also some of the others I've worked with. Kathy at the service cashiers desk also listened to my long story and was so supportive. This is the only place I'll take my Honda to be serviced!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Negotiated price on the CRV, faxed contract to the bank. When my son went to pay for his car the finance guy took $999 out of the cost of the car and added it to the add on line for fabric protection. He told him that we don t want fabric protection, guy said you have to, take it or leave it. He was so upset, he signed and left. After screwing around with this dealership for days, he had enough. Def reporting to the BBB, and he is taking to the bank about stopping the deal.

I have been going to Wilde Honda for the past 10 years and have had back-to-back horrible customer service experiences the last two times. We had scheduled an appointment for our car to be detailed and they never did it because the "key got stuck" in the night box. No one ever bothered to call and ask if the car was going to make it for its appointment. It wasn't until I called the next day to ask where my car was and went to the dealer to find my car, because no one knew where it was. Left a voice mail for the Service Manager to talk about this and NOTHING back after a week. I'm afraid I'm stuck with my maintenance package for one of the cars, but its time that I start stopping for a new dealer that isn't as convenient.

Just had a 50k service and had some work done to my brakes recently and I brought it back just to check on something minor. I dropped my car off Sunday evening and dropped my key in the night box. They had looked at it the next morning and took care of a very small issue for me. John K called me at my work right when it was finished and left me a very detailed message. I picked my car up after work and it was right in front. Everyone was so polite and professional. I greatly appreciate the great work and service I get at Wilde Honda. John K and everybody else at Wilde Honda are awesome!Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance

Dropped my car off Friday to get my car detailed the next day on Saturday. I didn't hear anything all day Saturday, I called 3 times and they told me the service center would get back to me. They never called me, and now they are closed. And I don't have a car for work. This place is terrible

Absolutely awful. Drove 45 minutes to have my less than 3 month purchased pacifica serviced as auto start stop failed. Waited 15 minutes before anyone spoke to us just to tell me that couldn t help since they didn t have the proper tools and sent us to Wilde Toyota next door without even a courtesy call. Went there and they tried to be helpful diagnosing a. We six battery in which they called Wilde Honda and asked if someone could just put a new battery in for us. They said no that they didn t have an auto technician, however their service department had been full. Have called the manager several times and left messages with no callback. Have also called customer relations with no callback. Spent 2 hours with my 6 year old there to only get the runaround. Terrible service.

There were 4 men working and everyone was so attentive and helpful. It was my first visit after purchasing my Honda at this location. I was in and out in an hour with zero issues. Very friendly staff!

Terrible communication! Unacceptable customer service from the onset. Multiple follow up calls without call backs. a repair that should have taken from appt to pick up a few days is now 2 weeks. Last time we go to a dealership for repairs!

The service is top notch. The advisors are always helpful and friendly, however Devon is the best of the best. I went in with a tire pressure issue and he showed me the menu settings and sent me on my way without charge. Highly recommend their service department.

Took my 2014 car to Wilde Honda and they quoted me $2,500 and said my entire power steering motor was dead and it was an all day job to fix it . I called my home mechanic and they said the labor and price would be a bit cheaper and only take 3 hours so I took it to them. Once my mechanic looked at the car, the only repair it needed was new wiring to the power steering motor which only cost me $284. Glad I didn t get my car fixed here.

Today I took my car into wild Honda because my check engine light was on. When I got there they informed me that it would be a 149.00 diagnosis fee just to take a look at it, I was crunched on time and this was the only day I could get it in. I agreed to this charge as I thought it would go towards the total bill to get the problem fixed. They plugged their tester into my battery to find the problem which for some reason took an hour, when they came back they informed me it would be an additional 500 dollars worth of repairs. I could not justify spending the extra money with wild Honda when they charged me 149.00 just to look at it. I will not be going back to this location, I left and immediately called a different mechanic.*UPDATE - took my car to an auto mechanic who checked it for free in 5 minutes. Quoted me at HALF of what Honda was quoting me for repairs. Also told me it was not causing damage to my car, unlike Honda who was trying to use that to have me get it fixed quicker. Save your time and money and avoid going here for repairs!Service: Auto engine tuning

Always able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner and they do great work at a reasonable price. I lease an Odyssey and only do my repairs/upkeep there and honestly not any more costly than other local shops and they obviously know the most about our Hondas!
