I am a three time buyer from Wilde. So far my experiences have been great. Service is good, staff overall is good and communication is good.Of special note, Eugene Wade makes this dealership worth it. He helped us with a tricky situation with a used car. We very much appreciate Eugene s help.

Mike ( the Dragon) was excellent! He was able to make us feel like we were completely comfortable with our new ( to us) 2021 Honda passport. He didn t pressure us, we were able to reach a compromise on the price that we were both comfortable with. We both really thought the dealership made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in, the person at the front desk was so very welcoming. We are not the type of people that buy cars from dealership, yet after the experience today, we just about sure we will be back, and spread the word to everyone we know. My husband will need a truck next year, so we already told Mike if a Ford Maverick comes up call us! It will be the easiest sale, besides today. Thank you Mike, and good luck in the future with your Fiancee!

It took 3 years of visiting and speaking with knowledgeable salespeople before I signed a lease on a 2024 Honda HR-V. I felt so comfortable coming back when the time was right having all the knowledge needed to make the right decision for me. Much credit is given to the veteran salesperson I dealt with and the manager who promised they would be ready to welcome me into the Honda family when I was ready. I know I received a very good value for my money and I am so thankful and proud to now be driving a Honda .

I had a wonderful experience at Wilde Honda. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even announced with a microphone when my purchase was complete, so that the whole store heard. I felt very special. I would definitely recommend Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle. I worked with Jasmine for my new Crv, and we even got a picture together at the end. I 10/10 would recommend Wilde Honda in Waukesha.

Just bought a used car with them, awesome experience! They were patient, professional, personable. The process was easy, stress free and way quicker than I thought it would be. They found me the perfect car that fit all my requirements, under the monthly payment I asked for. Tyler Du Charme and Mark McDaniel treated us like we were family, and worked hard to make sure we got the best option! We love the car, we loved the service, everything felt effortless. 10/10 would recommend and will be buying from them again.

The day before I visited Honda to see what cars they had there s two that caught my eye but one sticked out the most, so I was referred to Hector B so I came in the next day the car was already pulled up to front and he had the keys ready. We talked further more about the car. He had all the answers I needed before I asked him. The test drive was so amazing we talked further more and hector tried his best as much as he can to get me in that car and I wanna say it took at least a 1 hour and I was so thankful I was able to get my dream car thanks to Hector B

Michael Dragon was extremely helpful with the whole process. Gave me a slew of tips and trips. I was much more comfortable with him than other salesmen I've encountered in my life. I love my Civic Si.Hector B. was also helpful when I went to pick up my car. He even put on my plates for me.I've never had any problems here. Everyone is professional and seem competent in what they're doing. Wilde honda is my top choice.

My experience was amazing with Wilde Honda staff. Jasmine was extremely helpful along with Mark .they worked diligently to help get me into a brand new vehicle. Mark was very knowledgeable and also gave some great advice to assist me in the long run! I really appreciate all that staff that assisted me in purchasing a vehicle!

I ve purchased quite a few vehicles over the year from dealerships some good, some not so good. Wilde Honda was my best experience at buying a car by far.Mike Dragan my senior sales consultant is knowledgeable, friendly, personable and he went out of his way to make a deal that I was extremely happy with. All the folks from the sale manger, finance manager, service manager gave me the time and respect to make a decision and purchase I know I ll be happy with for a long time.Wilde Honda doesn t just sell cars they also sell satisfaction.

I took my son and daughter-in-law to look for new to them vehicle. When we pulled in the lot, Hector (Churro) was waiting outside to greet us. Right from the jump, he was on his game to ensure the kids wants were met within the budget we had. Hector was extremely patient and helpful with the kids, bringing up at least 5 cars for them to test drive. Never once did he show irritation with their indecision. When the last car was looked at and the kids made their decision, Hector made sure the process of finalizing the sale was smooth. Hector was also super engaging with my 3 yr granddaughter. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Wilde Honda in the last 2 months. Wilde Honda will ALWAYS be my first stop when looking for a new vehicle. Class A team.

Visited Wilde to trade in a vehicle for a CR-V. Max met us at the door with a welcome and a smile. He was thorough in his consult and met us where we were at rather than pushing overpriced vehicles on us. Max was patient and understanding in addition to thoroughly answering all of questions. I wish I was in the position to purchase another vehicle just to go through Max.Michael assisted us with the final steps and purchase. Outstanding explanation without pushing warranty s. 10/10 recommend purchasing your next vehicle with Max and Michael.

Go see Chris S. at Wilde. Full stop. He will be respectful, honest and is looking to build a relationship- not just get a sale. He works with his manager, Eugene, to make things happen. The finance manager, Ethan, is straightforward. We got a great 2016 Kia Soul- even has new tires.

I worked with Spencer and Tyler and they were amazing, no pressure at all, they were very knowledgeable and super helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible for the money budget I had. They also were very patient and sat down with me and explained everything to me piece by piece, because this was the first car I bought on my own! I appreciated all there help!! 5 stars!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

I wanted to point out the great care we received by the service department and especially recognize Dennis Boyd with his excellent customer service. When I called in, Dennis was able to get me a first available appointment ASAP as my car was not driving. He helped the tow truck company with where to park the car, explained the process he was going to go through to help me and followed up every step of the way with constant communication through text and phone call. He contacted our extended warranty company to confirm if the problem was covered which saved us a ton of money. I am really happy I was able to work with Dennis. It was so nice to have my car fix and up and running within a day and a half. Also, he always follows up on any other services my car may need as well with the inspection. It's always great to know you're in good hands with him! Thanks, Dennis!

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable.My sales representatives David Bendall was extremely knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, providing valuable insights without being pushy. Just bought a Honda Hrv from Spencer F. He was Awesome! We went on a wim to get my wife an oil change And we re just browsing. I had a certain car in mind and Spencer said it was buried in another lot in snow but he went and dug it out , and cleaned it all up and we test drove it . The process could not have gone smoother, answered all of our questions without being pushy . And cool that he wasn t wearing a plaid suit.

Max M was amazing!! From the moment I walked onto the lot, Max was able to answer all of my questions and helped me purchase my first car! He wasn t pushy and was very welcoming. Then when I needed a quick fix , Max quickly helped me take care of the problem and connected me with the service to get it fixed. I m loving my new car!

I recently purchased a used car from Wilde Honda. Chris Severtson was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable about buying a 10 year old Honda CRV that needed a few repairs. He handled all of the repairs and we were not billed for any of the work. Also wanted to thank Devon for providing exceptional customer support for a headlight issue that was taken care of immediately. I received great service and would highly recommend this dealership as a place that actually delivers on their promise of great customer support.

I went to 2 other dealerships and when I called Wilde and I was transferred to Chris he told me come in and let him worry about the rest. I told him I wanted the jeep. I called him at 3 and he told him I ll be there at 4. He said I ll pull her up for you. I arrived and I was in and out in less than 2 hrs and I rode away in my Jeep!

Great customer service especially from Maxwell Maederer. He was very polite, caring, empathetic to my situation and considerate of my needs. He got me into a gorgeous 2018 Nissan Murano with great mileage that is just right for me, my family and my commute to work. I enjoyed doing business with Wilde Honda and because of their great associates like Maxwell, I will be sure to return in the future when buying or financing a new car; and I would certainly recommend Wilde Honda to all my friends and family!! We came to Honda Wilde with the intention of viewing a few cars we had our eye on. Lukas Hale helped us do that and answered all of our questions, multiple times. We ultimately decided on an Odessey and he assisted us in such a smooth process, even with our tired 3 year old with us. This experience was absolutely enjoyable and we left extremely happy and satisfied with our new van. Thank you Lukas for all of your help and great conversation during this process!
