Waukesha Auto replaced the rotors and pads on my vehicle. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was done quickly. They are professional and knowledgeable. I will go there again.

Great service. Justin is very personable and easy to talk to. I had a bad wheel bearing and I priced 3 other shops. He was right in line with 2 of the 3 others and under the 3rd. The reason I went with him is I know he uses quality products for his repairs. I have done business with him in the past and I am completely satisfied. I recommend him to others.

I won't go anywhere else! Their prices are extremely fair, they do quality work with a fast turnaround, and I have confidence that they would never tell me to get any work done that they wouldn't do if it were their personal vehicle. Glad I found them!!!

I took my 2013 Subaru Outback to Waukesha Auto Repair and they really instilled a sense of confidence in me. They weren't going to repair anything that was not broken. Got the repair done in just a few hours. Will be back again!

I've been to Waukesha Auto Repair twice now. The first time they did not solve my problem completely, leaving me to return not even 6 months later for the same problem but worse! They wanted to charge me to change the same belts AGAIN. I told them I would not pay since they should still be fine, so they eventually only charged me for labor.They also told me a part was just "missing" under my hood and charged me almost $60 to "replace" this. The man behind the counter was upset when I asked what the part was and said he "couldn't show me it was missing since it wasn't there" and didn't explain what the piece was. I took the bill to a mechanic and he'd never heard of the so called "missing part", so Waukesha Auto Repair likes to charge you for doing nothing to your car just to get a few extra bucks, hear me on this!I would not return here, nor would I recommend them.

Waukesha Auto Repair quickly diagnosed and fixed a strange noise when making a right turn on our 15 year old car. They also pointed out that tires were extremely worn so we replaced them. Several years ago, they did a lot of work on my 2007 Highlander. Most recently they did an oil change. They didn't charge an "arm and a leg" like dealerships do, and they didn't give me a long list of things that needed to be fixed, like dealerships do. They were honest and did a great job. I'll take my 200,000 mile Highlander back there again for service.

Justin and his team do an incredible job! I had my Mercedes there and they repaired it perfectly and it drives like a dream. Took the work vehicles in and they did an excellent job on them as well. The work is top notch and the pricing seems to be lower than the previous shop that I used. From now on, I will not trust anyone else with my vehicles!Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Had my 06 Escape towed there just before they closed at 530pm Monday(10/31). My towing company messed up and I should have been there at 3pm. They were cool about it I tossed them the keys. My exhaust, converter on back,fell forward so I couldn't drive it. I now know my flex pipe moved to the rust pile in the sky. Old exhaust repair can empty a wallet quick. Not here. I was called midmorning(11/1) and given a quote of about $350 all in. Plus it would be done just after lunch. Worked just like that. Right on time and right in the quote. If I took it to a dealership or a national place it would have been flex pipe on back has to go. Ford sells it like that. It's around $1500 to $1800 in parts alone. Labor would be crazy and getting your truck back in half a day? Never. It's nice knowing their's a shop whose goal is to give you a quality repair at a reasonable price in a reasonable time frame. You know normal people. This is where I'm having all of my services done now. They can get busy but I have no problem with a short wait for quality service. Plus my wallet thanks you for leaving money in it so my wife and I could get lunch.

I have used Waukesha Auto Repair for various things to keep our car on the road. I do not believe there is anybody more honest or dependable with pricing and quality of work. I just had a new muffler put on. The workers there were super professional very friendly. They gave me a very reasonable price quote and my bill came out cheaper than what they had told me. My car was done that day. They kept me in the loop with the progress. I don't think this place could have done any better than what they did. I definitely found my new spot to go to when I need work on on my car.

Pretty expensive. My 2010 focus needed brake pads, rotors, and wheel bearings just in the front. My total was over 900 dollars. The labor alone was almost 500. I tried asking about the pricing when I picked my car up, voicing my concern about how high it was, and he just read off what was on the paper as if I couldn't read it myself, typed numbers in the calculator, and repeated the total. I don't even know how much they charge per hour for labor because it isn't listed on my receipt. They wrote 361 at first, then crossed it out and added over 100 dollars.My car was supposed to be done by close that day but they kept it overnight, so I ended up having to pay for a Lyft to work in the morning, which was just another added expense I wasn't expecting.I feel a bit taken advantage of honestly. Everyone I've told said I was over charged. It sucks- I came here because the ratings were really good, but I just feel super disappointed.

Always excellent work at a fair price. Justin and the guys are always awesome to work with and have always been honest with me. Everyone I have recommended to them has had great experiences as well. Hands down the best shop in the area.

I called and talked to Justin and told him one of my wheel bearings had basically melted together with the plate and that I d already bought the part but couldn t get the old one off to get the new one on. He quoted me at a more than fair price, and I had my car dropped off that night. The next morning he had it fixed and ready for me to pick up in the morning. Problem solved- amazing.I should also mention that the last three shops I went to for repairs always repaired and charged me for something other than what I came in for. The problem they found would get fixed and the original problem I came in for wasn t. I called them, they listened to my immediate concern and took care of what I asked them to do so I could get my car back on the road. Honest, straightforward and no bs. First time there today. 2005 Pontiac Vibe exhaust repair. The guys greeted us when we arrived at 8am and were fun to talk to, quite a sense of humor. The car was done within 3-4 hours (takes time to get the part). Price was fair too. I would go back. It's always nice to work with competent and friendly people. Thumbs up! Mike

Today was the third time I took my car to Waukesha Auto Repair. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have proven to me after three visits that they are trustworthy and wouldn t try to sell you stuff you don t need. I am always skeptical of auto repair work & cost. So many bad actors out there. This place has done great work at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone. I trust them completely and haven t any issues with their work.

Justin is so awesome! I alwaysforget to ask him to check certain things when I take it in for maintenance and I know I don't have to worry because he just checks them anyway! Got my daughters car in as schedule permitted, did all on our fix lists, some our parts some theirs. Honest and dina good alignment instead of good enough as some do. Print out to prove it also. I had an exhaust leak. A previous shop said I needed to have a bunch of things fixed. They fixed two small things saving me hundreds. They are fast, courteous, and honest. I'll be back.

Great service and prices! They fixed my exhaust instead of replacing the whole exhaust system like the dealer wanted to do. It saved me lots of money! Highly recommended!
