I stopped in because my tire pressure was low. I was promptly greeted , I let him know why I was here and could they help...response, a resounding yes, and it would be a 5-10 minute wait. Less than 10 minutes, I was in and out. Great service techs, no charge - thanks, I am so happy and highly recommend this Valvoline !

Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Caden, the manager in training at Valvoline, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed by his service. From the moment I walked in, Caden greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. His friendly and personable demeanor instantly put me at ease.Not only was Caden incredibly friendly, but he also displayed a high level of professionalism. He was knowledgeable about the services being offered and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that I understood exactly what was being done to my vehicle. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.I greatly appreciate Caden's dedication to his job and his commitment to making sure customers have a positive experience. Update: I decided to give them another try today (7/17/23) with my new vehicle. They are under new management! Alexandra and Cody did a fantastic job!! They were kind, conversational, and professional! I m thankful because this place is convenient. Will be back!Over 30 minutes for a basic oil change. Five guys were working. It was me and one other person for a basic oil change. We pulled in at the same time. They spent over 20 minutes arguing with one of the guys about an emissions test. They were screaming at each other. This place used to have great service. The last two times I have been here has been nothing but problems. A basic oil change shouldn t take 40 min.

I got completely overcharged for the oil change. I went in to get an oil change recently at this location and it didn't take them that long to complete the job, about 20 minutes to do it. When I heard the price I was completely stunned. $110 dollars for an oil change. This is way over priced and you can easily get just as good service from other places for much cheaper.Service: Oil change

I feel like they did a good job inspecting my vehicle, and I ended up getting a transmission flush which I didn't realize I needed. The oil change cost $80 and about $160 for the flush. Way more than I planned to spend, and I was in there for at least 45 minutes. I'm glad I wasn't in a rush.

Went and had my oil changed and oil all over the front of my engine oil every where was not happy with this at all

They advertise emission testing from 8-11 Monday to Thursday and I called ahead of time to confirm. I stopped on two occasions to have it done and they were unable to. They said there was only one person able to do it and he was busy with oil changes. They turned away several cars and are clearly not a real testing site. They just seem to use it for the advertising and to fill in work for when they have no other customers.

Don t waste your time coming here for emissions testing. They ll say they offer it during certain hours but there won t ever be anyone there that is certified to perform the test. Hall automotive down the road has better emissions hours and then gives you a discount on an oil change too.

Was in line an hour to get an emissions test and I called before hand to see if an appointment was needed I was told no. When it was my turn the technician was friendly but he said I wouldn't pass because my engine light was on, he said he could still do it which I needed to have either a pass or fall to proceed with the next step, if failed get a temp tag. He did not perform the test and I waited an hour for nothing!

Nick took such good care of me. I only had money for an oil change and a directional bulb as I forgot my credit card. He still explained everything that I should have done and fixed my bulb. It was just corroded or something so I didn't need a new one. All about customer service!!! Which is hard to find being a woman. Mechanics usually try to take advantage of the fact we may not know everything. He was great!! I'll be back

This was my first time at this location and I arrived needing an emissions test. I was greeted promptly by I believe the assistant manager Justin who was kind and friendly while making sure that all arriving customers were greeted and organized based on their requested service. Approximately 8 cars arrived within a span of about 10 minutes and he was prompt with acknowledging everyone. My emissions test was handled by manager Collin who was professional and efficient. I was offered the opportunity to also handle my registration renewal which I was not aware was a service offered, I gladly accepted. Despite what I perceived to be higher than normal volume, I was in and out in under 30 minutes and accomplished more than I expected. The team was communicating well and working hard to get everyone taken care of. I would definitely recommend this location for emissions testing.

Don't EVER have them perform a transmission fluid change here, or any other oil change place that doesn't change the filter! My torque converter was trashed after the service was done on my truck. They should have warned me that that could happen!

Had a great experience with Colin and Justin. Both were kind, friendly and professional. Emissions testing 8-12 M-Th which is great because not many places offer this service anymore. It was so convenient. I was in and out for both an oil change and emissions test in 40 mins. Will definitely be back again!

There's a sign outside stating they're doing emissions testing. They lie. I even called them before heading over (I'm 5 minutes away), they said "sure, come over, bay 1". I get there & someone comes out & says "we're not doing emissions testing" so then I had to find somewhere else to go. STOP LYING. Head over to Hall Automotive/Collision by the Waukesha airport instead. They do emissions testing, and are quick with it.

Pulled in for an oil change. I asked how much for an oil change. He said $159. I said this is a low mileage Hyundai, I just need basic oil. He said they make these cars to require "foreign" oil? WTH is that? 2017 Hyundai 4 cylinder low miles. No turbo. No hybrid. Nothing fancy at all. I pulled off. Went to Woodmans, oil change was $25. No hassle. No one trying to sell "foreign" oil.

Great service from theaw guys. Came in for an air pressure check and they did a thorough job with air and fluids. If your from out of town and you need an oil change before heading out- these guys will take care of you.

Total time spent getting an oil change was one hour and thirty minutes. It shouldn t be called Valvoline instant oil change. The amount of time spent sitting in my vehicle while not one person was working on it was absurd. I will never recommend this place and never go back, and I know they don t care any way. This is just a forewarning for future customers.Service: Oil change

Completely dissatisfied! I arrived at location Waukesha Main Street to get my oil changed at their two oil change Bay building and the manager was working on his car in Bay 2 and there was one car ahead of me waiting to get an oil change and one inside almost finished with their oil change then the car ahead of me pulled in for their oil change and after over an hour of waiting to get in for my oil change I couldn't take it anymore and I had to leave!! Absolutely horrible service, I will never go back there again !!

Friendly, fast, reasonable and honest. Really appreciated how these guys took care of business. I'd been using another oil change company but after this experience, I'll be make the change permanently. We had a no pressure discussion about recommended services, which he was very honest about. Good location and cheaper than my previous service... and I have full confidence it was done the right way. Highly recommend!

Took my car their for emissions and their ODBII connecter wasn't able to connect to me car and they weren't able to get any emissions data off of it, told me it was a problem with my port and that I should take my car to the dealer. Spent a few hours at the dealer and had a tech look over it, said everything seemed fine, and I ended up just taking it to another emissions place, who didn't have any issues connecting to it or using the port. Also there was a super long line and they were only doing one car at a time, so I ended up waiting in line about 30 minutes.Everyone there seems nice but maybe go somewhere else for emissions.

I do not recommend this place. My car was in excellent condition before I brought it in.1. Came here for an oil change and my engine is now louder than before and it was shaking. They told me that my transmission cap was missing so I went and bought a transmission cap and try to look for a missing cap under my hood and it was actually a plug missing from my transmission but the little plug was sitting right next to where you put transmission fluid in so I had to get a refund for the transmission cap.2. I also did a tire rotation while I was there and after I left there my tire is pulling to the right now. And my steering wheel is not centered anymore. I brought it back the next day and they refuse to do anything about it. I told him I just wanted to undo the tire rotation and they won t do that either. If I pushed it then they would re-charge me for another rotation.This was a horrible experience I would be going somewhere else to get this resolved.Not going back to any Valvoline again. Spent a good amount of $$ here. I regret it my decision going here.

Worst experience at a valvoline. Was told it would be about 20-30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up waiting over an hour for the two services. No continuity with the techs checking me in and providing services. I had specifically asked to know one of the tire pressures due to concern for a slow leak and that request was not communicated. Techs were consistently jumping between bays to service other cars while I sat there waiting. I understand someone was new/in training, however, my suggestion is if they are not able to function independently then one of the bays needs to be closed to improve efficiency.Services: Tires, Oil change

Came here a few months ago to get oil changed and filter replaced, no issues everything went smoothly. Come here to get an emissions test done, crickets. Waited 30 minutes and wasn't even asked what I was there for over other people who showed up much later. Unfortunate to see the quality of service go off a cliff, don't waste your time or money here.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Don t bother trying to go here for emissions testing.The first time I tried was Friday at 5pm and I saw a sign that said Emission Testing Closed . I asked the employee when the emissions testing is actually open, and he gave me the arbitrary hours of Mon-Thurs 9am-3pm. He assured me I didn t need an appointment. So then I returned at 12pm on a Wednesday, and once again I saw the same sign that emission testing was closed.I m pretty sure there s only one employee here certified by the state to do emissions testing, but you d have to know their exact working schedule and hope they feel like doing it that day.
