Cannot say enough about Tristan and all of the mechanics at Town Motors Waukesha. Tristan was whom I had the most contact with and he is honest, straightforward, and will do what he can to make things right. Each experience has been above and beyond. I 100% recommend this establishment for purchasing a vehicle and mechanical services. Great prices for used vehicles. Top notch service. After taking my new to me 2012 Toyota RAV4 Sport 4x4, July 01, 2022, a check engine light came on as I left Town Motors and I turned around to go back. Tristan looked into it, diagnosed it as an O2 sensor, and in a short period of time, due to the part no being available, the O2 sensor was replaced. Another issue arose being the A/C wasn't maintaining cold air during idle and park. Tristan and crew did everything possible to diagnose and therefore fix the problem at no charge! Impressive service tirelessly working to make sure your vehicle is road ready and in good working mechanical order. Fair prices & honesty above all else. Cannot recommend this business enough - I will never take my Toyota to any other shop. Tristan is extremely honest and reliable when it comes to auto repairs. Last May, my wife had to replace two front struts and the repairs came in at half the price that our dealership quoted us. What an amazing experience with Town Motors! I purchased a Toyota Avalon. The price was more than fair. And they offered to make repairs if the check engine light came on. It did come on and they replaced an O2 sensor - no charge - in 15 minutes and I was on my way. They also offered to program a new key for the car - no charge. Would buy from them again. I will check with them first the next time I need to purchase a car. Excellent company!

Great car-buying experience! Very easy transaction. No hidden fees. I felt like the price was very reasonable and there was no haggling. I felt like Tristan was helpful and honest. I wished I lived closer so I could come to him for future maintenance work. I recommend!

My friend bought a 2012 RAV4 from Tristan in June 2022 when used car prices were ridiculously high. A/C had issues on the test drive, he said he'd take care of it, and by God, he did, compressor and condenser replaced, no charge. I was 100 miles from home when my alternator started to fail. I shut down all electric power crossed my fingers and cautiously headed home. Although this was my 5th alternator I did not know what to expect this time. I called Tristan and explained the situation. He got me the eight a.m. time slot. Andrew the lead mechanic had me safely back on the road before noon! If you have any issues with your vehicle and want quality service at a honest price, Town Motors is my recommended choice.

This business came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I m really happy with the car I bought there, they gave me a really good price on a really good car. The owner buys and works on the cars but he also fields the calls and draws up the sales contracts. It s a very well run business. Professional and trustworthy. Got back to me right away with any questions I had, no messing around. I super appreciate their honesty and efficiency. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a Toyota!

Great mechanic, honest and reliable. Best prices in southeast Wisconsin. We drive 35 miles for this 5 star service. Saved thousands over dealers quotes. Had our van at few places in Milwaukee area all said that motor was done and we needed to trade it in. Town Motors was able to find and fix problems that numerous dealerships and shops could not. This place is great!!!

AWFUL BUSINESS !!!!!!I went in to purchase a vehicle and the owner told me he can t hold specialty vehicles which was understandable.The next day he held the exact car for someone else and didn t even give me the light of day !DO NOT SHOP HERE. EVER.OWNER IS NOT PROFESSIONAL
