I was in town for a wedding, I had some time to kill before the ceremony so I figured I d see if I could squeeze in for some things . The manager, Will, was amazing to work with! He was very helpful getting me in and out with all of my vehicles needs met. I am a Tires Plus regular but this location was by far the best experience I have ever had. He talked me through the services in an informative non judgmental way, not to mention him and the staff are HILARIOUS. It s so refreshing to be in a welcoming environment. I got 4 new tires, oil change and new filters, Will helped me get the best deal I could with coupons/deals going on at the moment. I was extremely happy with my bill at the end.If I m ever in town again I will definitely be stopping in.

Will & Tosh were amazing. I was so happy with the service and they really went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed. They were welcoming and helpful, and turned around what could have been a really bad start to my weekend.Every time I come to Tires Plus, they always give me peace of mind and great advice. They also told be about a great tire sale next month, so I'll definitely be making a return trip.

Ive come to this location twice and have been very pleased both times. The men working the front desk are very nice and helpful. They do what they can in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price, and these days you can't ask for more. Will definitely be returning here at some point.

I m a longtime loyal customer of this Tire Plus but will NEVER go back to Tires Plus again. When getting tire service today I presented a Tires Plus business card from a previous Store Manager with a free oil change written on it to the current Store Manager. The oil change was offered due to an extremely long wait time getting tires serviced on a previous visit. The current Store Manager said he would not honor the free oil change offer. We had an exchange, me saying I wouldn t come back after today and he saying we wouldn t do my work scheduled for today. Poor customer service. NEVER going back! Too many other better tire shop options in the area.

Desperately needing a new tire on a Sunday and after going to 2 different shops that couldn t help me, tires plus made it a point to make sure I was taken care of. I dropped my car off and before I could even finish my lunch they had my car ready! Super quick service that made the rest of my day so much easier. Thank you to the team!

So appreciative of the quick and kind response when I was in need of a repair. The team at TiresPlus on Moreland were kind and offered me multiple options of how they could best help me when I was in a pinch. I was in and out in 30 minutes and my tire is working great. They also made sure to fill the rest of my tires and check them to make sure I was going to be okay. Thank you!

I never give out 1 star. Horrible experience.Called the branch, rang forever someone answered. Booked the appointment and picked tires. Got there, guy ignored me when I said HI!, then said the tires are not in stock. I said OK should I just reschedule? Instead of answering, he literally sat with his chin on his hand and berated me for not calling the branch directly. Which I Did!!!! He said the tires don't populate from the main branch. How would I know that? The girl who I spoke with on the phone said they were in stock AT THAT LOCATION! That's why I picked those tires.What a drag. Yuck just made me sick. I wasn't rude until he snapped at me for not calling the branch. Then I just said forget it I'll figure it out somewhere else. Just awful.

This is our family's go-to Tires Plus store for anything tires. Not only is their service top-notch, they also work with you on making sure that when it's time for new tires to make sure you get the best tires at the best deals when they have them. Highly recommend.

My family and I were coming back from vacation on a Sunday riding a spare tire. Every shop was either closed or booked solid. Called this shop on a prayer and Mike agreed to squeeze us in right away. We even had our dog with us and were prepared to stand outside in the cold, windy weather, but he even let us bring the pup inside to stay warm. Got us hooked up and back on the road quickly. Many thanks to Mike and the team for the A-1 service, they definitely kept us from having a much worse Sunday afternoon.

I stopped by with my snow blower tires because they had came loose from the rims. The manager took them right away. He said it was a bit of a pain to get the tires set but did not charge me anything for the service! Thank You!

Was on my way on a weekend trip when I realized my tire sensor valve was leaking air ended up calling Tires Plus in speaking to Austin and he showed me if I came in you be able to help meSure nuff true to his word I came in when they open and he was able to service my vehicle and get me back on the road I'm going 45 minutes sales technique and service knowledge very impressive but his willingness to make the customer happy and do whatever it tookthank you Austin I appreciate all your help and help me get back on the road as soon as possible I will be back again soon to get more service done

This five stars is all thanks to Mike. I was in town on a trip from Joliet Illinois so almost 3 hours away. Got a screw in my tire and he made sure to have not only my best interest first but as well as my safety by letting me know that adding a patch to the tire that s previously had been patched would not be safe. Not only displayed amazing customer service but was prompt, polite and welcoming. Any company is lucky to have someone like this representing their name.

Gave me 20% off my tires because it took them longer than expected and overall even before that it was a good deal. Might have to go back so they can replace my tire sensors. And I love these new tires

Can t really say enough good things about this shop. Been here several times for various car ailments. Communication is always clear, from pricing to specific issues found. Online appointment scheduling makes it all very accessible.Recently went in for a diagnostic appointment - they determined the issue, but referred me to my dealer and waived the fee as they couldn t address it. Great service attitude to have in this industry.

Mike was the main guy I spoke and interacted with on a customer serve basis. Great guy awesome job in communication and helping me figure out issues and possible pricing. Chris the mechanic went above and beyond diagnosing the problem with my windows and found it was a bad switch instead of a bad motor, and then took time to explain it all to me. Great experience with getting a tire leak repaired. Scheduled my appointment online the night before, and I received a phone call the next morning to confirm the appointment. The manager was polite and helpful when I dropped the car off, and the car was done when promised. I will certainly be returning to Tires Plus for any other tire care needs.

If you didn't buy tires from this place or tire rack they won't put them on. What a joke. I've never heard of a business turning down business for something simple like installing 4 tires like they do here. Oh and the person that answered the phone actually hung up on me. This place used to be my go to for auto work because they've always been good, but I will NEVER be back here due to this stupidity you lost a loyal customer.

So, when I initially went in to receive an alignment, I was told that the camber and another adjustment couldn't be done because of frozen hardware. I subsequently found this to be false while replacing my own brakes and suspension and drivetrain. There were no tool marks of any kind on the hardware reflecting that it could not be removed. I had to return for a follow up visit.The adjustments could not, in fact be made as they stated without replacing some other hardware. I feel that's something they should have told me while I was there.

Dont come here if you are a woman :)! I visited a few weeks ago and was charged $800 to replace all the sparkplugs & ignition coils on my prius. Today, my check engine light came back on to reveal the exact same problem as before. It feels great to know how big of a target is on your back as a solo traveling female who knows next to nothing about cars. Cant say im surprised but just wanted to spread the word. Needless to say im now looking into a career of mechanics! Happy new year! :)

I know the staff and used to work here. No animosity with them. Still enjoy being there and seeing them. However, corporate has left them high and dry taking staff for other locations and now they can't keep up. Head tech, Chris' work is typically flawless and he's very knowledgeable compared to other senior/ master technicians I've encountered.However, due to short staffing in the industry there's a lacking in service quality trying to keep up with quantity. Engine lights being triggered during inspections and left on, tpms not being reset, dirty steering wheels and door handles from grimy hands, etc. Not major issues, but small inconveniences due to having to rush to keep up.Corporate really needs to take greater care in how they treat this store. The staff is plenty competent and deserve to be paid much better if not supplied with sufficient manpower to compensate for the demanded workload.If you're in a pinch, this location has always been very helpful to accommodate your emergencies even late at night staying well beyond closing time.I'd always recommend scheduling your appointments in advance and leaving the vehicle with them sufficient time.No matter where you go. Rushing leads to accidents. Don't rush something as important as your car. Let them do it right, because they can.1 star to corporate. 5 stars to the staff.
