I've had conflicting experiences here. I only keep coming for convenience, but going forward I'm going to be going elsewhere. I've actually tried recommending this place to others after my better experiences, but two people ended up saying they did not even get their oil changed here. Both obviously went during open hours, but one of them said nobody ever came outside after waiting for a while and even trying to circle around again. The other said that they also were waiting for a while, and when the guys finally got out of their own car from the parking lot they smelled like they had been out there smoking. I recently spent about $120 for just an oil change. Yes, I did need the extra quart, but the prices here are way higher than anywhere else I've been for the exact same service. I've tried using the coupons they offer and my last two visits I've been told they can't use them due to some issue with the computer. The staff also seemed annoyed by having to be helping me. Generally my oil changes are about half this anywhere else.

Came in for a top off between oil changes today - I always get intimidated by going to get any kind of work done on my car, but Donvonte and the rest of the staff were super friendly and polite. Got me in and out in 10 minutes. Great experience!

First time getting my oil changed here. It s a little pricey, although convenient. I was out in about 15 mins. Davonte or Donovan (didn t catch the end of his name tag) helped me out and was so polite. He even ran to oreilly down the road to see if they had the air filter I needed. The other 2 guys changing my oil were fast and efficient. A nice place to go if in a pinch and will use again if needed! Thanks!

I drove in and before I even got the window down I was offered bottled waters and dog treats for my dog! The men...there were 3 of them, were so kind and respectful to me. They were thorough in their inspection of my car. They explained everything they were doing as they went along. I was so impressed. I am baking cookies for those men right now. I will be returning to them for sure!

In the past, I haven t had the greatest experience here. However, the 3 people who helped me today were phenomenal. I was offered water, everything was topped off, and I was on my way quickly with barley any wait. Had to take a long trip. The guys had me in and out in like 10 or 15 minutes. Quickest oil change I ve ever had. Maybe because it was near closing or just the norm I really didn t care. they got me in and out and that s all that matters. The crew were very professional and my car ran very smoothly afterwards.

The gentlemen working there are SO polite. One of them waved to me and smiled as he started coming out. Made me feel welcome. Such nice nice people. They should get a raise. I ll always go to this place for oil changes!!

These guys were fantastic manager, senior,and new hireI was very impressed with the Competency with the drain and fill machine. The senior service individual was outstanding. He made sure every drop of oil came out of my Audi and that was so important. I liked these guys a lot. Give him a Pat on the back.!

Rude customer service, >$85 for non-synthetic oil change, and they didn t even reattach my prop rod. Go to the dealer next door - worth the added time.

One of the employees sat inside and stared at me in another customer in our vehicles for a good 10 minutes before slowly meandering out. There's no way you'll get this oil change done in a timely fashion at this place. I'll take my business elsewhere

I had a fantastic experience with this business. It was my first time at a Take5. Nathan one of their employee'swas so friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth sailing. I will definitely be using their car wash services again in the future.

I've been here plenty of times. It's fast...it's getting ridiculously expensive for the type of service I'm receiving. The guy who helped me previously was covered in hickey's & made some sexual comments to me. (I'm married, very pregnant, and had a toddler in the back seat... I'm not the one) And my experience yesterday was even worse. The man who helped me was rude & I tried to be empathic (maybe he had a rough day or something) but after several conversations, I was beyond over his attitude. We all have stuff going on...don't bring it to work. Be professional. I'll never go back again. Not worth the disrespect or the money.

The attendants were nice, but it was very difficult to understand the gentleman with the gold teeth. I was not asked what type of oil I wanted. Since I have been to the same location several times, I made the mistake of assuming they were putting in the same kind I always get. Instead, they put in the most expensive one and even the $15 coupon did not help. The coupon said $15 off ANY oil change, not just the highest costing.I will not be back.Service: Oil change

Nice staff. Super quick oil change. And if you have a child in the car they give them fruit snacks and a juice while you wait. So nice! Over priced which is my only reason for not 5 stars

I took my car to get a oil change yesterday. Today, there was a big puddle of oil on the floor of my garage.I spent $100 for a simple oil change. I expect it to be done correctly.Take your vehicle elsewhere.

I have been to quite a few different oil change businesses in the past, this place was by far The Absolute Worst experience in my Life! Before going to this establishment my vehicle worked perfectly, had no issues nor any lights on my dashboard on. When I first arrive at this particular location, they were confused and did not know what oil that my particular vehicle requires. That should have been the sign from the beginning that this was not going to end well. Anyways, they do the service and I turn my car back on and suddenly ALL OF MY HAZARD LIGHTS on my dashboard are lit. My dashboard going crazy showing numerous Malfunctions of Brakes, AWD system, Check engine light, you name it, it was probably on. As it turns out, when they were changing my air cabin filter, THEY FORGOT TO PLUG the MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR back in... Especially when you are doing the Air & Cabin filter replacement, you think you would remember to plug that back in.. There is one thing that I know for sure, I will not be EVER returning to this location or any of Take 5 Oils again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have been going to Take 5 since 2014. Today I went for a regular oil change. I would told that my engine was caked in oil, leaking everywhere, the oil filter was jammed in sideways, the head gasket was bad, and oil pan leak, rear main seal, and possible transmission issues and they could not service my vehicle due to liability reasons. They looked at my car for less than 3 minutes before turning me away. One on the guys said, I m already having a bad day working on my vehicle there, pointing to his personal vehicle in bay 1. After giving me to list, telling me they can t change my oil, another worker finally pulls out the dip stick and says, Your oil looks clean and it s full, you should be good for awhile .So tell me, if this list were truly correct, wouldn t there be a smell, lights on the dash, poor performance, and would be oil be clean, full and still good for awhile?!?I pulled out of the garage, panicked that my car was going to explode, because with this list I surely shouldn t be able to drive anywhere, right? I called my local mechanic, told him what was on the list and that I needed a simple oil change. He fit me in right away, looked over the car, went over it with me, did the oil change and found NOTHING WRONG with my car!!Now I read similar reviews of this happening to other single women by themselves. Do you think it s funny to scare people? Do you think your little joke will just brush off? How, I ask, can you write a list like this after looking at a vehicle for 3 minutes?I will NEVER give them my business again! You ve lost a longtime customer.

They were quick and efficient. They checked my cabin air filter - which was so dirty!- and had one in stock to replace it with. Hunter was personable, professional and courteous. It was a bit more expensive than I'd anticipated, but it was worth it since I was in a hurry. My car is 10 yrs.old and has high mileage, so I used the synthetic oil for older vehicles, which is more expensive. I would use them again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

They showed me my air filter was bad, that was great.However it was not the air filter that goes to my car. They also spilled oil on my engine, I was told to get my car washed, I feel you should have paid for that not me. I WILL NEVER GO TO YOU GUYS AGAIN.

Very weird experience. Asked for the economy oil change and the guy kept trying to talk me out of it because he didn t recommend it for any car . Tried to say that economy is a synthetic blend that is used and put through a filter. Told me I would HAVE to stop by on a weekly basis to get the oil topper off. Not sure why you have that on offer then. Tried to up-sell parts as expected while also being weirdly judgmental about my car. When he realized I wasn t going to be spending more than the oil change he was pretty much done interacting with me. Didn t show dipstick, didn t reset oil life indicator. Super expensive prices for weird employees and subpar service.Service: Oil change

Never again. Was told the cost of a synthetic oil change on the phone was one price and then charged the next level above when I arrived. This would not have happened if the rep on the phone would ask questions on the type of vehicle I had, which they did not, leading to my surprise upcharge when I rolled up. Both service techs at the location were very rude and when I arrived one was cursing as he tried to figure out what to type on the screen, as if a customer wasn't sitting right in front of him. The second tech tried to argue with me about the surprise charge, raising his voice, and then met me with a cavalier, "Welp sorry, I already pulled the plug". Nothing was done to even try to make the situation better and I have to question/worry now whether I even received the correct oil. Not to mentioned, the other services (checking the tire pressure, etc) were not done either. Still waiting on a call back from customer service, which judging by the lack of concern during my call following this experience to the call center, I will not be receiving. I now cringe everytime I see or hear their low-budget and corny commercials, as it takes me back to this horrible experience. I hope this review will save everyone from making the collossal mistake I made.Service: Oil change

Super bad experience at this place. Got send here from the waukesha on sunset location due ther system being down... that part is totally understandable.Got here... a guy with a very bad attitude came to the car... told him we needed an oil change and told us to pop up the hood and something else that we could not understand.15 mind later, the other guy came to the car and told us we needed to come back in about 20 min so they could take their lunch....So we waited 15 mins... for them to ask us to wait another 20 mins.... instead of just letting us know from the start and not having us wait like idiots.They're costumer service of these 2 individuals was horrible and unprofessional.I am not giving my business to these location for sure.Not recommend you to go there.

The hours on the sign outside stay till 8:00 but every time I've been there after 6:30 the employees are nowhere to be found.

I usually go to the dealership where I got my vehicle but they were busier than usual so I tried out this place because it was close.The guys when I pulled in were very professional, friendly and fast.
