New tires put on. 2 years ago. Warranty good for 60k.....im at 20k. Two front need replacement. I was never told I had to continue my membership. I called to see if they were still under warranty they would give me no info unless I became a member again. Kind of poor customer service. Makes me feel like ok you get my money but oh well.

They don't answer their phone, had to waste 20 driving out there and still had to wait for someone to come help.
