Tamara was very helpful in putting of the windshield wipers for my dad and I. He recently had a stoke and cannot do this task himself anymore and I'm not good with cars. She even help us even though we was the only employee in store. Great customer service.

Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly if they don't have your part they will find it for you or order it as well. Highly recommend go here for all your car needs.

I was in desperate need for a battery. Not only did I pick it up, but Jack installed it immediately as well in -18 degrees weather and he was happy to do it.Thank you Jack!Highly recommend!

I stopped by to get a rear turn signal bulb for my car, I asked if they'd be OK helping me install it, Tamara, the Manager, said yes, and while it took about 15 minutes, she was great, patient, super helpful, and I would recommend her and this store 100%

Had a headlight out and was in a pinch to replace it. Not only were the prices reasonable, but Alexzander switched both out for me so they matched! Talk about going above and beyond!!I just became a lifetime customer. Thanks Alex!

Nice place, has everything you need. Easy to find. Good customer service. Allowed me to borrow plastic funnel to use for oil. It is set off from the main road with a private parking lot that allows you to look at your car without people and traffic right next to you. Overall, great store with quality products and good customer service.

Staff was very helpful. The Manager Kevin was great with my kids and helped me get what I need at a great price. Sidenote: Very clean restrooms for a parts store. :)

On 04/20/21, I was having my van serviced at Town Motors and the alternator needed to be replaced. Jeff, at O'Reilly Auto Parts, had one available and offered to send it over. Andrew, the lead technician at Town Motors, replaced the unit and I was on my way back to O'Reilly for warranty reimbursement.A very knowledgeable and helpful young lady took care of the transaction. I didn't catch her name but she was "Rockin' this Kool hair Kolor" Thank you O'Reilly staff! My stressful and costly morning had a happy ending after all. Gary

Second favorite parts store on Sunset only because their prices are often higher. They have the best selection of parts in this area. I have never come here and left without the part I was seeking. Employees have vast technical knowledge.

This person by the name of Steve should not be answering phones. He continues to sigh and laugh with other employes at customer's expanse. I will not be going to this location and will actively telling other consumers not to use this specific location! To bad 0 stars is not a option!!

They were helpful on all the parts I needed and even checked my battery again and I'm glad I did because it was at the end of life there customer service is excellent

Ive been frequenting this store for years because it's so close to my house. They've screwed me with bad or wrong parts more times than I can count. Every time I say never again. To the store's credit, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Out of all the box stores out there I will drive out of my way to go to O'riley because they have a variety of parts that are hard to find as well as aftermarket and the staff is always friendly and helpful

Most O'Reilly stores are a disappointment when it comes to employee knowledge & customer service skills. This location is the exception. I have had nothing but good experiences here!

Very good service I come here for all of my needs they have everything and if they dont they will order it for you I highly recommend it they are a good store with good people and great environment all around. Thank you have a good day

Too bad there are no ZERO stars , cause that's what I would put . If a google search for nitrous bottle refill near me shows that BOTH stores in town do it & you go there & they just laugh @ you . Can't go racing w/out that stuff , maybe O'wrong parts should have deleted that when NONE of them fill bottles & NEVER have !!! W T F ?

Called this Friday to ask if someone was working Sunday who can cut rotors. Took a vehicle apart only to be told the person doesn't work Sundays. Ended up going to the other store. I won't go to this location again.
