Little bit of a wait on parts, but nothing unreasonable. Great service, Ken is very kind and professional. Mounted all 6 tires for me, packaged them perfectly and had them dropped right to my door. Good communication response time, always responded to my emails within an hour and answered all my questions. Most definitely will shop here again when I'm ready for more parts.

Ken saved me from a lot of hard work that my age was limiting me too. Fair pricing and quick work. Also went above and beyond and took care of some other issues I didn't know I had .Definitely make the 2hr trip again to his shop when the need arises.

I had a very strange pin hole leak in a sidewall on a 100% new tread LMTV tire. There is no way Ken or his team could have known of this defect. I thought I had a CTIS or some other leak as it would take a week for the tire to go down. I finally found leak and sent Ken a video and he hooked me up with a replacement tire. I am very thankful and will recommend Ken and his team in the future.

Bought a hard top for $1,375 that was said only to be "Surface rust" shows up at my place bent, unusable, and the bottom was corroded... You would think a man from Michigan would know what surface rust is. Tried contacting him via email and directly through facebook. He's seen my message but not helping me out any. (Okay correction, Wisconsin. But yes, they did send me vids and pics of the actual surface rust parts EXCEPT the bottom, the one part that was completely corroded was not pictured or vid. I would not have bought it if I saw that. Preciate the $175 return on shipping. I'll be using that to attempt to fix it)

I placed an order with them on Nov 30th. They said they would send me a confirmation email when the items shipped. I haven't gotten one yet and I've tried emailing them, calling them, messaging them through Facebook, and I'm getting frustrated. I can see they read my message on Facebook but no response. They took my money but haven't done anything with it. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau of they don't respond soon. I wish I could rate them zero stars

Bought a tire from this company back in July.We hit the road the same month, less than 700 miles into the trip the tire blew. We called the company who assured us they would look into this right away and see about getting us a tire. That was over 3 months ago and they will not pick up or return a single call. We have called several times a week since....

Very pleased with the wheels, adapters and tires for my 53 M-37. Ken did a great job putting everything together and getting them shipped out. Really hard to find decent replacements for these old dodge trucks, Ken had just what I was looking for!
