Awesome owner, wife and co workers! Everyone friendly, corteous and helpful. Went in for an oil change and they completed a full inspection. Owner actually took me into shop to show and explain to me what he found. Gave me a quote on cost and was honest enough to let me know not necessary to have done TODAY. Love being treated with honesty and respect! They have my business!.

I had previously used these guys for an oil change and brakes. They'd been quick and friendly, reasonably priced. So when my car died a few times while waiting for red lights, I called up and Lou had me bring it in immediately. He found and fixed the broken sensor in under an hour. I know I have other problems with my vehicle but he found the immediate problem and didn't give me any runaround. I will never take my vehicles to another mechanic. These are good guys who know what they're doing and have the best customer service around.

I recently got into a car collision and everyone at this shop was so nice and friendly! They worked on my car in a quick and timely manner and still took their time. I definitely recommend getting your car work done here! Definitely a shop I will come back to.

Doesn't it figure that my car would lose heat and overheat on the night before NYE?! I called to ask if they would be open the next day, (NYE), and the reply was, we're closed tomorrow, but is it an emergency? I described my situation, and a wonderfully friendly gentleman named Lou, said he'd be willing to come in to work on his holiday to look at it!! He was awesome and called me with thorough information and concern, and fixed the issue. I am so very grateful that he could help me this holiday so that I could make it in to work! Thanks, Lou! I will be recommending you to everyone I know. Awesome customer service! Thanks again for going above and beyond.

I was traveling from out of town when my auto kept stalling while driving. I just happened to pull into the Shell station and saw Max Auto at 5pm on a Thursday. I stopped in to ask if they could help and explained that I was out of town traveling with my 4 kids. They stopped what they were doing and checked under the hood to find the alternator had gone bad. These amazing guys worked to help me in every way! They were honest and did not take advantage of the situation. Two of the guys replaced the alternator in under two hours and had me back on my way home . I cannot thank them enough! Go there!!!!

I had a big bumper and quarter panel job that needed done on my Subaru Outback from an accident. It looks better than it did before it was hit. The job Maxx Auto Care did was flawless. Because of Lou s trustworthiness and my trust and years of experience with Lou, who was referred to me by a friend, my mechanic is 30 miles from my house. I live in Fox Point/Bayside. There are hundreds of mechanics between us, but I won t go to anyone else b/c Lou is the best. We just bought a Land Rover that has only ever been seen by Land Rover specialists. Lou s understanding of every kind of car is very extensive and he will be the only one we go to for this vehicle, also. He s a big BMW guy and has owned and owns BMWs. Those are pricey cars to work on and some would choose the fancy foreign luxury car mechanics, but they don t need to! Lou is where it s at!!

One star is too much. Took our car in for simple fuel injectors to be replaced. Mechanic got into an accident when taking it for the final test drive(which they were at fault for). First the owner said he'd fix it all himself, then realized it was too much for him and had to take it elsewhere where his insurance ruled it totalled. Not to mention the owner was dodging our calls left and right and was very unprofessional and had an excuse for everything. DO NOT GO HERE

I always take my car here because the owner and his staff are honest and don't charge three arms and a leg. The work is quick and concise, they don't half a** anything.

I returned from a two-week vacation to a dead battery. Maxx Auto came out to my house and installed a new battery within two hours of my phone call. And it was very reasonably priced for a house call!

Horrible this guy doesn't take responsibility for his work and will keep rigging your car to keep you coming back charging more. Be careful when dealing with this fast talker he has excuses for days... Do your own research before believing him

Overpriced but imagine overpriced for very poor work, the kind of work that seems intentional know ing you will have to bring your car back to have something or the same problem worked on again. If you have other options go with your gut and go there instead save the hassle, time and money.
