I went with Mander as recommended by my insurance company and great reviews. They did a great job repairing damage to my front/side bumper and mirror to my Lexus RX. They were responsive, customer service oriented and have great attention to detail. I would choose them again!

I liked the constant communication letting me know what's going on with my car. I think people are very knowledgeable there and Nikki was extremely helpful. I was really thrilled to see that they vacuumed out my car and even detailed it before I picked it up. I think that's really a great extra added benefit. I'm hoping I don't need to come back here anytime soon but I'll definitely recommend you to friends. Great job!

This is the second vehicle we have had repaired at Mander, and we will keep coming back any time it s needed! They kept me updated every step of the way and took care of car rental details so I was never without transportation. I had a question after I left and everything was answered! They don t just send you off with a hearty handshake they stand behind their work with a lifetime warrantee, and customer service is absolutely top notch.

I came in with my daughter for an Estimate. Megan and Trey did a great job. Megan is so kind and Trey's knowledge of the what the repairs would be and putting us at ease about the insurance questions I had. We will see how the repairs go in a few weeks when we drop off, but off to an excellent start.

I took my vehicle to Mander to repair damage on the back lid on my SUV. Their service was on time, on budget and done to perfection. My vehicle's color is a complicated silver. I was very concerned about how the paint match would turn out. It was absolutely fantastic from every light and viewing position. I couldn't be more pleased. Keep up the great work Mander!

Mander has been so great to work with during a time that was frustrating to me because of being inconvenienced from my situation. They kept me updated on a weekly basis on the status of my vehicle. They were all always professional and friendly, especially Megan and Justin who I did most communicating with. I would hands down return if I ever needed and would refer them to friends, family, etc. Thank you, Mander! She looks brand new :)

I took my car to Mander to get fixed after hitting a deer. Clayton was very prompt and professional and was just so on top of everything. He made me feel at ease and everything went smooth it looked beautiful when completed. I never expected it but the interior was cleaned and the exterior was washed after getting it back. Wow am I impressed with the good work well done!!!!!

Have used them before and they were great, not so much this time. A 1 week repair took 3 weeks without any communication from the shop until we called them. Overcharged for a windshield repair, which was refunded when we called. And a handle installed incorrectly, simple fix but annoying and shows either a lack of attention to detail or rushing to complete the work.

Mander in Waukesha was awesome! No one wants to deal with having their car repaired after an accident, but Mander made it easy and they did outstanding work! Tho everyone was helpful & friendly, Megan deserves extra thanks. She called with status reports, answered all my questions & was always cheerful. She was happy to explain how the insurance process worked & what to expect. I HIGHLY recommend Mander in Waukesha!

I'll tell you what you need to know is they are rude, don't return phone calls, and you won't have your car for months. You'll be spending $$$ for a rental car due to their excuses. Total runaround and they don't own up to anything. Meagan doesn't like to get challenged. She wants to do all the talking and no listening to their customers. 3m double sided tape is how they reattach parts that require snap clips so they fall of in about a year just enough to get it out the door. DO NOT give them your business.

I have been to Mander multiple times over the years but have never left a review. They have always been great, but I felt especially compelled to share my latest experience.. We recently had work done on our mini-van due to an accident. Mander worked swiftly with the other driver's insurance company on the repair. Within a month of the work being done, the repair work began to show signs of stress cracks. Upon bringing the issue back to Mander and finding that the insurance company would not cover the cost of the expanded repair work, Mander covered the entire project themselves. A completely new OEM tailgate was procured, painted, and installed at no charge to me. They even offered to rotate our tires which was needed. This review is the least I can do to say thank you. Follow up: It has been about 10 days since I had my 2016 Dodge Journey repaired by Mander Collision. Since then I have had absolutely no issues at all with the vehicle. I could add that it seems to handle better now than it did before! I noticed a post on our local Nextdoor App about Mander, and was the first of many to reply about how good they there. Great job!07/12/23 All I can say is - Fantastic service! For the first time in almost 50 years, I had the need of a body shop (due to a front end collision). Based on all the reviews I read, I was especially impressed with Mander Collision. From the first call until work was completed, I was treated like the most important customer they had. Megan was very attentive and focused on my situation. She kept me appraised of progress and couldn t have made me feel more at ease. The car was repaired sooner than expected and looked perfect! I know if I ever need this type of service in the future, I will not have to look anywhere else to go to! Just picked up my 2019 Honda Pilot that Mander repaired with a new passenger-side door shell and mirror. The door seems to fit well and the paint matches perfectly. I had a great customer service experience, from first contact to pick up. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They arranged for a rental car. And the work was completed within a week. Initially, I planned on taking my 2013 Honda Accord to a near-by competitor for some moderate body work; however, they over-promised and under-delivered with respect to customer service. My neighbor recommended Mander Collision and Glass for the repairs. Mander made the process easy by providing an estimate and scheduling the repairs on the same visit (without an appointment), which happened to be a busy Monday morning. The repairs took three weeks because there was a back order of a couple parts. While my vehicle was in the shop, Scott or Meghan would contact me every five to seven days with a status update. Mander is lucky to have great employees. They understand the value of customer service and establishing long-term relationships. I am very satisfied with the body work. The panel was replaced with the proper gap. The paint and finish looks great. The vehicle was returned to me clean inside and out. Five Stars!! The passenger door of our minivan came off it's track. I took the van to Mander and they helped me ON THE SPOT!! The technician I worked with was very kind and so helpful. From my initial call to inquire if they could help, to the immediate attention I received upon my arrival, the team at Mander was exceptional. After being recommended by my State Farm Insurance agent (Paul), I brought in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a full front bumper replacement/repair after it was torn off by a metal rod sticking out of one of those concrete parking spot stoppers (see attached photos). No appointment need for them to give me an estimate of the damages which took less than 30 mins. While my car was in the shop, they soooo kindly offered me a FREE loaner car, a white Honda that was in great shape and NOT embarrassing at all to be seen in. My Jeep took 3 days to fix which included them ordering an extra part that was due to some underbody work that they couldn t see during my estimate because my car was NOT lifted up at that time. I was totally ok with this and they did inform me during the estimate that there may be additional charges. The outstanding team at Mander allowed me to have the loaner car (at no cost again) for a couple extra days because I couldn t pick up my Jeep right away due to conflicting schedules with my work. All said and done, I would definitely go back to Mander Collision and Glass for any of my automotive repairs. The staff was very understanding, knowledgeable and caring during the whole process!! Thank you guys for all your hard work!!

Horrible place to take your car. This is the second time I ve taken my car there to be fixed. The first time we had to take it back 3 times, this time we picked it up and they didn t EVEN WASH THE CAR!!! I thought we would give them another chance. Dripping paint, you call them and they act like everything is fine. I will never ever go to this place again. The owners don t even care. Paid our deductible and they have nothing to say. All they want is your money.

Took my 2019 Toyota Rav4 here to have my right side mirror repaired and some scratches after I was side swipped. Mander did a fantastic job with the repairs, I am very satisfied with how my car was repaired.

Excellent customer service, from the fromt desk to the gentleman who pulled the car up. Quick friendly estimate when I just dropped in. Clean loaner vehicle. I recently used the Mander location in Muskego and I was very pleased with whole experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ran into a little insurance issue and they were able to rectify it. The work was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Mander.A BIG shout out to Devin and Nikki, keep up the great work.

My daughter was involved in a hit and run accident and her 2021 Nissan Rogue needed extensive rear end work.. Her car was in rough shape and it was estimated to cost over $11,000! My insurance agent contacted Mander and within days I handed over the keys for repair. Mander consistently communicated with me and the car was completed on schedule.
