From getting a straightforward, honest estimate for car damage repair to completion of the work, Maaco exceeded my expectations. Each staff member I had contact with from damage estimator to office personnel were friendly, professional and competent. Pricing for repair was fair and the results were outstanding. Hard to believe a stressful situation turned out to be pleasant.

Awesome place! I had 2 cars worked on here and will always give them my business. Last time their estimate was $1500 less than a different body shop. My wife could not believe the repair and paint job they did on our Toyota Rav 4.

Side swiped my car on a brick wall, brought my car into maaco and the customer service was great. Sally kept me updated every step of the way regarding my car repairs. It took a little longer than estimated, but was worth the wait. Great pricing took my car to several other collision repair shops and their estimates were way over Maacos. Highly recommended and will definable come back. Thank you guys so very much. Also military discount was a plus, thank you guys for supporting our current military and vets!! Great communication from Sally during the whole process. Did an incredible job of repairing emergent rust on my Chevy Avalanche. Vehicle was complete even sooner than originally promised and looks amazing! Highly recommend!

I brought my classic car here to have it completely repainted custom to my taste. Two-toned. There were also a lot of fiberglass issues that needed to be fixed as well. They absolutely overdelivered. From the initial inspection, to the estimate, to the service, and keeping me in the loop the entire time... it was a great experience. And the price was fantastic for what I had done. Sally and Jeff were a pleasure to work with and communication was great. The tech, Matt, who did the majority of the work on my car really showed knowledge and passion for what he does which is less and less common these days. This is the only place I'll be taking my car from now on.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I rarely write reviews but my service at Maaco Waukesha was exceptional! Not only were they one of the most economical quotes, they went above and beyond to get me in at a convenient time (while I was out of state) on short notice. They completed my small repair on time and I am happy with their work. When I picked up the car, I was surprised and delighted to find they also detailed the interior! I am absolutely stunned at how fantastic my car looks! My driver door was completely replaced, and a few areas needed to be buffed and painted. Everything looks brand new. You can t even tell there was ever any issues! Absolutely amazing work. On top of that, they cleaned the inside which was no small feat it hadn t been cleaned out in quite a while! I will be the first one to say I hate getting any kind car repairs. I often feel I am taken advantage of because I am a women and do not know much about these kind of things. So when I went to Maaco in Waukesha to get an estimate to repair my bumper I was not excited for the process. Sally met me at the door and I was pleasantly surprised on how I was handled. She walked me thru the process and made me comfortable in doing so. I was ready for sticker shock in the costs to repair and it actually was better than I was expecting. I scheduled an appointment over the Easter weekend and I picked up my car the Monday after. Everything looked great and my car looked new again. Thank you Sally for making this an enjoyable experience.Gloria

They got an awesome group of people here. I was a walk in with a motorcycle tank and wasn't sure if they'd be able to do it. I was looking for a gloss black paint job and they were happy to do it for me. I was very very impressed with how the tank came out, 5/5 I'd recommend anyone to this business

I would recommend any one to come to Maaco for their auto body needs! There customer service, communication, and body work is second to none!I got into a minor accident in December and had some auto body damage. I had sent in a few requests for a quote to other body shops in the area with no response. I called Maaco and explained my situation to them and was able to stop in same day for a quote. Nikki looked over my car and was able to give me a quote to get it fixed within 20 minutes. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to auto body repair and she took the time to explain everything to me that needed to be done as well as a written break down. The price was very reasonable, I even showed the quote to my dad who is a mechanic and he thought the price was very reasonable as well.As I was dealing with insurance for my claim, I had to wait a few weeks to be able to schedule my repair. Nikki even followed up with me to see if I was ready to schedule or if I had any questions regarding the quote.I called Nikki last Thursday afternoon to schedule my repairs, she was able to get my car in on Monday and gave me an estimate of the car being done by Friday. She called me Wednesday afternoon to let me know my car was done early. I was only without my car for 2 days and when I picked it up, the repairs they did looked amazing!Even with certain hoops we had to jump through with insurance, Maaco and Nikki had great communication and customer service the whole time.Thank you so much Maaco, I couldn't be more happy with my experience and I'm so glad my car was able to be fixed so quickly!Service: Body & Trim

Awesome staff!! Car was done as promised and came in a little bit under the estimate. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of paint or repairs. Nikki and Sally were awesome to work with. The car looks beautiful and you cant tell where any work had been done because it was blended beautifully.

Had substantial hail damage from the June storm. They brought in a specialist, worked with my insurance company, and even fixed a few other dents and scrapes not from the storm. Jeff and Sally are great to work with! Jeff gave me a quote and got me in the following week. Repairs were mostly cosmetic with a little rust starting to form. Looks like new now! Very happy with the work and the quick turn around! Rather reasonable prices too. I will be coming back and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I urgently needed some body work done on my car pending a sale. I called several body shops and found that they were booked out for 1-2 months. A friend suggested Maaco. Sally and Jeff were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. They paid close attention to my concerns with the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. From the first phone call and the on-site quote, I was rest assured that my car was going to be well taken care of. And it WAS! When I came back to pick it up I was ecstatic at how good it looked. They even went above and beyond repairing a door ding that I didn t even request service for. I met some of the staff in the shop who were also a pleasure to talk to and were also very friendly! THANK YOU!!

Good service and good people!!!Was able to work directly with the owner to find the best service for my project. While i was looking for a quality paint job I didn't have a big budget to work with. Jeff worked out a deal with me doing my prep work so I could get the top tier paint job into my budget. Got my truck back on schedule and it looks great.!Definitely a great value for my budget!

Really pleased with the whole experience. We needed our 'kids car' repainted due to extensive sun damage. Jeff provided a ballpark estimate by phone without even seeing the car, and the actual estimate turned out to be pretty darn close. Also, I loved that Jeff or Sally always answered the phone after 1-2 rings. Finally, they over-achieved with an early completion, which was really important due to our tough family schedule. And I haven't even mentioned how great the car looks! Can't tell it from a factory finish!

I would not recommend this shop for any insurance claims. Cash only sales. The quotes and workmanship vary greatly when insurance is involved. Sally stated they cut corners and cost generally and don t follow insurance specification with their quotes. Do not accept any verbal agreements. Sally and Jeff were dishonest and did not work on my vehicle as promised. My concerns were ignored and I wasn t given an estimate to address additional work such as buffing and rust repair. I was told it could be worked out as an incentive to retain business. I was limited to a scratch located on my left quarter panel. Beware I was called and told my vehicle was ready and repaired. Jeff and Sally sat behind the desk didn t even offer the courtesy to review the repairs or omissions. To my surprise never again rude dishonest and bypass if your using insurance funds for repairs their are better service shops in the area to address concerns dealing with insurance claims and service options.

Sally was wonderful. Very honest about the timeline of the work to be done. Actually finished the job ahead of schedule. I'm very pleased with the new paint job on my 89 Lebaron! Very professional team. Manager call me when he found other undetected bumper issues requiring additional fixing (ones that Carmax missed) Finished job was well done in a timely manner.
