Great experience with Erik and Jeff! Absolutely no pressure whatsoever! I really feel I got a great price on the car I bought and a fair price for my trade in. Found a couple of dings on the car I bought when I brought it home, contacted Erik and he said bring it in and we will take care of them. Which they did at no additional cost!Awesome dealership and will definitely come back. Waiting area if really nice and comfortable, great food also!

John was excellent from start to finish, as was the plate/title woman. It was an out of state sale which could be challenging, but everything promised was delivered and it was a very pleasurable experience all the way around. I d like to start off by saying this is one of the easiest dealerships to work with. I had initially ordered a White Range Rover back in 2021 when they released the new body style. Unfortunately the initial dealership I ordered it from was unable to deliver my vehicle as promised. I ve purchased two Range Rovers from Erik within the past year. My girlfriend, and I absolutely love our trucks. Thank you very much for the extremely transparent buying process on both of our RR SE s.

Disappointment is an understatement. The way I was treated by the service department Is unacceptable. After spending over $4200 in service repair, not only was my car not washed upon pick up, but Peter, my service advisor acted like he didn t know who I was - even though I had a scheduled pick up time.When I turned in a $25 Christmas coupon Land Rover mailed out to their customers- I was told I cannot use that because I had other discounts on my invoice. Did I mentioned being charged for an oil change didn t need ?? and told Peter prior to dropping off my vehicle.This is just a few of the issues I encountered!I beyond discouraged.!!!

Great service and fast too. Needed some work done. My vehicle would not start. And within 24 hours they had it up and running. Very easy to get everything done that need to be done. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to them. They are professionals there.

Peter with Land Rover was great! I'm rating him 5stars due to service, honesty, and time that was spent with my vehicle. Even with it ending with needing another engine. My service received was still great! So if you ever stop over ask for Peter! He takes his time with you and he's honest!

My 2nd experience with this dealership was amazing Bob was my service provider and he made sure I had all my questions answered and he gave me my parts that was removed off my car and he labeled everything that was wrong and what was fixed thanks Bob for going above and beyond I would give you a 1000 stars if I could keep up the GREAT work BobTo the person that brought me my to the one that checked me out 2 thumbs up to you bothI would recommend this dealership to anyone

I have purchased a lot of cars from BMW to Honda dealerships but this was the absolute greatest all around vehicle purchase I have ever made! Alan, Todd, Jeff and Nikole are in a complete class of their own. Honestly the whole Land Rover team is phenomenal and just deals with each other like family. NO haggling..they just made it happen on the trade in and the purchase of the Range Rover, giving us an excellent price! The on site cafe that allows you to order free food from the menu, while you wait is amazing! My Wife was blown away by the hospitality as well. I thank Land Rover Waukesha for making this a real experience rather than just another purchase!Thanks,The entire Jones family!

Very disappointed in the sales process. Was not made aware they could not hold a vehicle. I understand why they wouldn't, which is why I wanted to put a deposit down on the vehicle. I set an appointment at 7 am to come purchase the vehicle and was told, while I was on my way to make the purchase, that the vehicle was sold. Poor business etiquette, in my opinion.

Disappointed that the cafe wasn t open to customers; a worker made lunch for the staff only and it smelled delicious. But great service if my vehicle, not too pushy with trying to sell other services. But kept me informed with what repairs may be coming for the future.

If I could give negative starts I would. Worst dealership experience ever.I had a Range Rover that sat for sometime but I planned on giving it to a sibling. I had the car towed there for SERVICE.I was called a few days after the truck arrived and I was told they would not work on my vehicle because it was unsafe/condition.THATS WHY I TOWED IT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO IMPROVE THE CONDITION AND MAKE IT SAFE.They then sent demands on picking up my vehicle stating it would be ticketed and towed if not picked up within a week.I then had to call another tow truck to tow my vehicle BACK HOME. But when the tow truck driver arrived THEY LOST MY KEY. I HAD TO PAY the driver for a wasted trip while they scrambled to find my key.The worst part is this EXACT vehicle in its EXACT condition was serviced at THIS location ALREADY.Which says to me that I was being discriminated against for absolutely NO REASON. I will definitely be filling an official retailer complaint with Land Rover.If your a person of color do not spend your money with these people!

We actually did not end up buying a vehicle from the Waukesha Land Rover dealership, but only because of the lead time to get a new, ordered vehicle. But because of the quality of service by the Sales Dept, and specifically by Mr. Alan Whitson, we wanted to acknowledge and commend them for his help and professionalism during our several visits to the dealership and communications via texts and phone calls....even on his days off. Thanks Alan, sorry it didn't work out this time but we'll definitely look you up for any future visits to the dealership.

Peter at Fields LR service is a rockstar. He is constantly communicating. As we all know, parts can have extended lead times so knowing where things are at is always welcomed. They are great about putting you in a loaner for any warranty work. My truck even came back from service with a full tank. Five star service!

When I dropped off my vehicle for service I was given white glove treatment. Extremely professional, covered the driver side. Bob Bertnick in the service department couldn t be better. Excellent communication throughout the repairs, Repairs were done on time and at the quoted cost. Kathy in service was also excellent with multiple follow ups and getting me scheduled. She has helped me multiple times. Highly recommend!
