Been taking all of our cars to this place since we moved to the area in 2019. I've had trouble with other auto shops in the past but these people are the best at what they do and they're also extremely personable. Also, their communication is impeccable. I get a confirmation text when I make my appointment and a phone call immediately afterwards when the job is finished. They also get the job done extremely efficiently (while not lacking quality). I would recommend this place to anybody who asked... see ya next time, guys!

I had tires replaced and all was great! However, I learned that the tires I have are "Directional". And one of them was installed wrong. I explained and they had me come in and fixed it at no cost! Wow, now that is the way to treat a customer. I'll be returning!

I have come here this time for an emissions test and it was so quick and easy! No need for an appointment, just drive into the assigned spot!I had brought my old civic for regular services before, nothing to complain about. Very professional about explaining what they were doing during that visit and getting the car ready on time!

Jerry's is an auto repair service that you can trust!!I had a muffler issue with our Lexus. Jerry's provided me with two options on how to repair it along with pros and cons for each option and cost. They provide me what they would do if it was their car. Great and timely service!!I would recommend to any one who needs trusted auto repair service done.

David and Shane went above and beyond with their service. As someone who is not knowledgeable about cars, I rely on experts to help me understand the process. I felt warmly welcomed, and David patiently answered every single question I had. To ease my anxiety, Shane took care of the emissions test for my car. Their exceptional assistance and support were truly remarkable, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!

I have gone to Jerry's for all my auto emission's testing for the past few years and didn't think of them for other services, this was a bad decision on my part. I finally had a reason to talk to Dave at the service counter about replacing my tires thinking that they would not be competitive but again I was wrong. I did go ahead with new tires and the service was really great! They offered me options and met the tire specs for my vehicle for the required speed ratings so I did not have to make sure I was getting the right tires for me vehicle. The service I received was top notch and highly recommend Jerry's Automotive for all services. The shop is clean, the mechanics are professionally trained and certified and courteous. They really took good care of my vehicle and I will use them going forward for all my service.Service: Auto tire replacement

Went here for emission testing and it was the best experience I've ever had. Because of this I bwill definitely look at them for other services

Was a breeze getting emissions test there. Done in 5 minutes. You park in the designated spot outside, call the number if someone is not in the booth, and a tech comes out to do the test. Emissions test. Dave was super helpful on the phone. After having problems at another local site (connection issues) he said to bring it to them. In two minutes or less I had my Pass notification. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. We will be back!

Went here to get my emissions tested. Wow how easy! You just follow the sign, pull up, they plug in the device and you're done in a few minutes. The service tech who did mine was very friendly! Didn't catch his name but it was May 12, so whoever was working that day, thank you!

I've always used Jerry's Automotive for my emissions checks. They are quick and painless. Recently I had my check engine light activate. The light stayed on for several days and then turned itself off. Auto Zone checked it out and said I had an oxygen sensor issue. Instead of going to my dealership in West Allis, I decided to try Jerry's for this fix. They made me an appointment early in the morning because this is my only car, and I would have to wait for the repair to be completed. The mechanic confirmed Auto Zone's diagnosis as well as a weak battery, overdue oil change, and overdue tune up. I opted for all services as winter is fast approaching. Since the repairs would take most of the day, I was offered a ride home with the promise of a pickup when the car repairs were completed. All repairs went smoothly, and my car has noticeable new vim and vigor. I am quite pleased.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Battery, Oil change

I brought my 2001 Dodge Caravan Sport in for an oil change. Since I was a first-time customer, they also did a safety check free of charge! That meant quite a lot to me, as I had recently driven the car from CA to WI and appreciated the assurance that the basics were still functioning correctly. I've also had my car smogged there...a process that was highly efficient and took very little time. Thank you all who have worked on my car at Jerry's!!!Service: Oil change

I called about a problem I am having with emissions. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and offering solutions not just at their, but recommending other that are closer to me or on my route to work. This made even more fantastic since I live quite a ways from Waukesha, but he offered his help. If I am near Waukesha and need service I am definitely going to Jerry's.

Very awesome experience getting an emissions test here. They have a super convenient drive up window on the side of the buildings - nice signage to guide you in and feel welcome. In and out in about 5 minutes and the gentleman who took care of me was very nice and personable.Nice to see that they give this much attention to something that certainly cannot make them a bunch of money...If they put this much thought and effort into an emissions test, I definitely feel good about bringing them my repair and maintenance work in the future.Service: Vehicle Inspection

My family and I have been going to Jerry s Automotive for decades. Throughout the years their entire staff has consistently provided excellent service. Everything from their exemplary communication, their detailed descriptions of the work needed, and their willingness to prioritize necessary repairs is unparalleled. Top-notch, friendly service, always a quick turn-around and absolutely no concerns as to the honesty of the business. I cannot recommend Jerry s Automotive enough and I know many other folks who use Jerry s as their car repair shop and have never once heard a single negative comment. Had my car towed in. Found out battery was bad. They replaced a battery I had just purchased a month before. They were very professional and quick to fix. Phoned me twice to let me know what was happening. A very good experience would not hesitate to continue going there or refer others to do the same.
