If I could give this place zero stars I would. Me and my wife inquired on an 2017 Audi A4 that they had on the lot. We worked with John Konstan our sales rep Todd Mathias the desk manager and Alexis Brinker the finacing manager After going back and forth with them on pricing we agreed to a number out the door. I expressed we would be using our own Financing and that we didn't want to go through their lenders. For clear reasons of protecting our credit from to many inquiries. They told me that their company policies didn't allow for outside bank checks unless you lived in the state of Wisconsin. (we live in Illinois 1hr from the dealership). My bank check was through PNC and they said the only way I could purchase the car was to apply for an auto loan through their website and they would submit it to PNC. My banker at PNC informed me that this was a first time ever hearing a dealership tell a customer this. They tried to strong arm us into finacing with them so that they could make more money off the deal. I had already put a $1000 deposit hold on the vehicle and even offered to give them the already-cut check from my bank to them in advance.. I expressed that they could deposit the check and once it cleared on their end I would come back and take delivery of the vehicle. But I was told that if I want the car it's pretty much their way or the highway. I was sent my $1000 back thankfully. But I hope you all stay clear of this dealership. I work for a dealership and have never done business like this. Highly disappointed with this experience.

Took my Jaguar to get serviced, had to leave it there overnight. When I picked it up I had a crack in my windshield that they refused to repair. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR vehicles fully before leaving the lot! Unfortunately Dennis or Bob were very unhelpful. Didn t communicate effectively all my call backs were a day after. Jaguar in Schaumburg is where I would give my five star. Also they replaced a windshield wiper with an aftermarket one without letting me know and charged me full price. Ridiculous.

Had set appointment a few weeks ahead, needed a loaner. Arrived and reception didn t have a record of me needing a loaner, but Peter from the service dept jumped in to take care of things and get me set up. Picked up the car the following day and it was immaculate! Outstanding job. Dropping the loaner was quick and easy. Very impressed by the above and beyond cementing the customer relationship job that Peter did. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience. Growing up I was always told that when you take your cars to get serviced take a man with you because they will try to get over on you because you won t know any better. But this was not the case I believe it was Peter who serviced me he educated me on what was wrong with my car told me everything was covered and also that Jaguar offers a free oil change a year for their customers even tho I was a couple days early he reached out and asked if they would allow me to get it done early at first I was a little worried as it was hard to get an appointment to come in due to them getting booked out really fast and my check engine light was on so luckily I had another vehicle to drive because it was a month before I could get in. When I went I was expecting to pay something out of pocket but everything was covered due to a recall and my annual oil change I was very pleased with my appointment and will definitely keep up on my maintenance and bring my car back to this dealership. Kudos to you guys you gained a long time customer.

10/10 would recommend. my Jaguar XJL is in good hands when I drop it off to Jaguar Waukesha. Peter was my service advisor and made sure to communicate with me and suggest best options when it comes to fixing any issues. I needed a ride from home to Jaguar and they sent a very nice gentleman who arrived promptly. Coupon in the mail came in handy as well. Thank you again!

I been here a few times in the last few months for different reasons, they always received me with at most care and addressed all the issues every single time.Every one in the service department is good but my man peter is my to go person. He always addresses my issues and gives me an ideal solution.My father always used to tell me, more than the brand service is important. Here you get both.

I've never actually felt a connection with my car dealer until I purchased my Jaguar from Fields. From Allen who sold me to vehicle, to Chad and Peter who have serviced my SUV, their customer service has been top tier. I also like that there's a text feature to get updates on service rather than having to call.

Amazing experience after nothing but poor experiences at other places! John was great and to the point with all of the information we needed. I never felt like i was being fooled or lied to about the vehicle. We worked together via text and then scheduled a day for purchase. Then on that day, it took about 20mins and some signatures with Alexis, and we were ready to take her home. I couldn t believe how quick and easy the process was! On top of that i am in LOVE with my new Honda. Thank you for the great experience. I will definitely recommend this place in future when my friends or family are car shopping.

Peter was a nice guy but the software update converted my speedometer to kilometers and there s no way to switch it back. Peter promised me they would look into it but 2+ months later, I m still waiting. I ve followed up with them, but that hasn t helped

Great place if your shopping for a car. Amazing selection of cars. With their protection packages the out the door price was still way below bluebook. The sales team was amazing. My car was perfectly detailed and all paperwork was done when we got there after a long drive. I wanted to stay and keep looking at their cars. If my wife would have let me I would have left with a few cars not just one. 10/10 experience. Thanks again

I can not leave 1 star , that is what they deserve!Was told needed a transmission replacement. I asked if fluid levels were ok. I was told they wouldn t check, once they get the code it s game over I checked and topped off fluid , test drive fine. I cleared codes and they didn t come back. $200 diagnostic, and I told them the codes! Terrible! Then got a text from service mgr, if I wasn t satisfied to text back. I did, and he never responded! Go figure! They wanted 5k plus labor for trans. If I would of said go ahead I would of never known. I m sick!

This is my 2nd purchase from Fields, first was 5 years ago. Process with Greg was easy and smooth and hassle free, I had looked at a Cadillac a couple weeks prior at another dealership and they went completely overboard with follow up texts and emails to the point of turning me off. Also got great value for my trade in compared to what Cadillac and others had offered (FYI, don t EVER go to Carmax). Greg answered any questions I had and also had window tint thrown in as I requested. Was happy to see my purchase gleaming in, and being able to drive it out of, the showroom when I went to pick it up, never had that done before, that was a nice touch (as well as the gift box with 2 Jaguar keychains provided).

We received and excellent customer service from beginning to end. John Konstan even picked us up from the airport sunday night and took us to our hotel. On Monday morning, he picked us up and took us to the dealership to complete paperwork and the purchase. Best service ever received and we will come back for sure for our next purchase.

Exceeded expectations! Greg was very friendly and welcoming. He made the process of car buying very easy, informative, and pleasurable. We found the car that I was looking for and with a test drive and all my questions answered I was on my way in my new vehicle! Cassie was the person whom I worked with on the paperwork side of the purchase and she was super helpful and did a great job of getting all the required documents through and completing the sale quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this dealership if Greg and Cassie are any indication of the highly qualified and motivated sales force. Thanks again!

We found just the vehicle we were looking for online and worked with Erik as we live 4 hours away. Erik test drove the vehicle and gave us the confidence we needed to negotiate the purchase price. When we arrived at the dealership we were in and out in one hour and on our way home. Great experience!

This was by far the best experience I ve had at a dealership! From drop off, to hot made to order breakfast, shuttle to work 30 min away and back, it all went so smoothly and exceeded all my expectations! I would highly recommend.

I recently bought a 2018 Jaguar F-Pace S there. The experience was great and very easy. Greg Jenkins was great to work with. I was coming from out of state, so we exchanged a lot of emails. He was great about getting back to me in a timely manner with answers. Fields Jaguar gave me a very reasonable offer for my trade-in. The buying process was easy and I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks Greg and Fields Jaguar for pleasant buying experience!

My salesman John Smith was very wonderful. He was extremely informational regarding the vehicle I purchased. He was great with my husband and children when we picked up our vehicle to take him. Alexis their finance lady, was just as wonderful. She answered any questions I had, and thoroughly went through every detail with the paperwork with me. I couldn't have asked for better service.
