Customer Service in 2023 is a hit or miss for me. BUT, not at Honda Action Power Sports! I lost the primary key for my Goldwing and only had a back-up fob - not good. This is the first dealer to take care of my problem, with two other dealers not knowing how to replace the keys. Kudo's to Justin in Service, who handled my issue like a pro and within no time, I had my two (2) new keys and two (2) back-up Fobs. Also want to recognize Goldwing expert/tech Mark for taking care of this unique service request. This is how excellent customer service looks. They have earned my business for the foreseeable future. Thank You Honda Action Power Sports!

My stupidity to buy a bike here, I bought 2007 suzuki bouleva 07/01/2022, I drove a few times total 50 ml, it's winter, I have stored it in my garage Until 04/15/23 I took it out to run 1 mile, the engine was still running but could not roll, I had to hire uhal to take the bike back to repair, she said I waited 3 weeks to call me, but I Waited 8 weeks still no one called. So I called them. And a few days later they called me back, she said my motocycle was done, A few days later I came to pick up the bike. She took $179 and gave me the bill. She told me to wait. After 15 minutes She said my bike wasn't done, if it's not done why call me to pick it up, and get me $179, what is that, and she told me she will call me next day, wait a few days, I call Again, she said she would call back, and in the end there was no call. A few days later my wife and I said we wanted to sell the bike back . They said not to buy it back, I asked why when you sold it to me last year, can I ask if when I don't use it anymore I can sell it back ,? He said ok. But less than 1 year, they said not to buy back, I explained, they said buy it back for $2500. It's crazy, when I bought them they sold me $7900. He told me to fix it and sell it outside, then he took me to the repair , I asked how much, she said $1000 , about 10 days, and I had to accept it. Since I'm Asian, I don't know much English, and I'm not respected as a customer, in the end I have to wait another 10 days is it true what they say?

They did a nice job on my goldwing. They replaced the steering bearing, tuned up my front forks with seals and oil and replaced my front tire for $1500. It seems a bit expensive but I'm happy with the job they did and my bike now handles like new.

Went in with a flat rear tire..they were friendly and great..untill I got home with a still flat tire!! Turns out they just replaced the tube. Never pulled the nail out or patched the tire. I did go back and they made it right and did even refund me some of the cost. Overall good people just a piss poor tech..i guess it happens....

Went there to sell my 21 Goldwing DCT, 1300 MI. Several thousand dollars in Honda accessories, most of which were purchased and installed there. $$$$. Bike was purchased there as well. Bike is show room ready. Offered a little over auction price. Now I have to find some place to get it serviced.

Walked in and out of the showroom for 45 mins looking to purchase a UTV. Cash in my pocket and all sales staff sat behind the counter talking and joking with each other. No one person interacted with me to inquire about what I was looking for. Guess I'll go down the road.

Looked online read bout how they can do bout anything to any bike or scooter. I call wanting a repair on a 82 honda urban express moped and they can't do it. Go figure. My well take it to someone who can.
