I was so nervous and anxious the day before coming in to get a car. I hate dealing with a lot of paperwork. Kezra Swanson was soooo helpful so professional and patient with my questions and process of understanding. Had I known that it would have been this painless I would have spent more time getting excited for my new car. She was fast proficient and personable. I didn t feel rushed or dragged at all throughout the entire process 10/10 experience definitely recommend.

Kezra made the car buying experience more positive than I ever could imagine. She made it so calm and I felt heard, it was a human experience, where elsewhere I ve felt like I m not even a part of it, it s just about the sale. It was fun, relaxing, real, and easily the best experience I think you could have buying a car. Will definitely work with Hall automotive in the future, and Kezra will be my go to. Huge thank you to her!

I have been with Hall Automotive since my first car at 16. They have made every repair easy and clear for me to understand, as well as educate me on taking care of my vehicle. From my chevy to my new Volkswagen they have done each repair and maintenance right the first time so I didn t have to come in again. Plus gave me access to great rentals when my car was out of service for longer than a few hours. Just recently I hit a deer driving in November around deer hunting season( pictures below). Hall was able to make it possible for me to purchase one headlight and installed it, While I wait for my order of LED headlights to come in to do the full repair. Their understanding of my concern for my safety needing two headlights working late reflects through their work and customer service.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

I arrived just before noon (the morning cut off time for emission testing). I was greeted with a friendly smile and complete courtesy. The emission testing was done before I knew it and I was on my way. Thank you Hall Waukesha!

Brought my VM in during the blizzard because the rear brake tire was making a noise. Waited in line for almost 30 mins to then be told that before anything the ice on the wheels would have to be defrosted and then they could check it but they told me that they had no room to defrost the car before they could inspect it and that I would have to find a way to defrost it and bring it back if it was.still making the noise??? Last time I ever buy a VW. I'll stick to my Hyundai. To be literally sidelined like that and ignored. Terri le Customer Service

Took my Kia Sorento there for a door latch after it was stolen in Milwaukee. Micah Wesbey, the technician, went above what I'm used to when it came to the care and service of my vehicle. The service writer, Michael Davies, made it very easy to understand the entire process and explained another problem that the technician noticed when he took the door apart. When it came time to pay, Ann Stenke was most understanding when I needed to pay remotely. She quickly provided me with everything I needed.It was timely and affordable.Thank you!

They are always quick and efficient with emissions testing. Usually takes less than 5 minutes if there's no waiting for another car.

Used them twice in the same week for emissions. Failed the first time, but having noticed my battery had been replaced, they told me to drive it a bit more and come back after about 100 miles. Each time I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Convenient location and professional staff.

Came at 5:15pm facility CLOSED.They should work ( sales department) until 6:00 p.m. as it said on their door.5:15pm every one GONE

Well let's see, I spent $650 bucks for them to tell me they can't figure out why my car went bonkers on me. Granted it ran fine when I picked it up but a car doesn't act like that for no reason so I'm out $650 bucks with no answers... When I went to pick it up I noticed the tire pressure gauge was on.... Ok. So like you couldn't be bothered to top off my tires for nearly $700 of "diagnostic fees", come on

Update: 13K miles later and still a very reliable car, no check engine light or any other major issues. Overall a very happy customer and Hall sold me a great Honda.Bought a 99 Civic LX a few weeks ago, 1200 miles later... runs great and no problems, very satisfied with the car :) Update: The car was a bit overpriced considering it was behind on its timing belt/water pump when I purchased it. However, it has been reliable almost 6k miles later.

Just moved to state. Stop by for a smoke check. In-out less than 3 minutes. Very clean, courteous and professional place with friendly staff.

I was at Hall's emission and collision facility having front and rear mud guards installed on my 2020 Atlas Cross Tour. Hall definitely has their act together!! The receptionist was super polite and even better she smiled and greeted me when I entered the building to check in. Keep in mind this location is Hall's emission and collision facility yet the customer lounge, restrooms (mensroom..) were super clean. And yes I was offered coffee. The car business is super competitive- these are the minor items that collectively make for an overall positive experience. Great job!!

I would definitely recommend Hall Automotive! We just bought a cargo van for our business. It was a great experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Kezra, was very knowledgeable, helpful & efficient. The sales manager, Dayne, spoke with us to assure we were satisfied with everything. The value & customer service is outstanding!

I came to Hall for the first time today to check out some of their Volkswagens. Needless to say, this will be the only place I will be looking for cars! Kezra, my salesperson, was absolutely phenomenal! I m not a person that can easily make a decision, but Kezra walked me through my choices weighing out any pros or cons with each vehicle I looked at. Huge shout out for her patience with me and her knowledge of the vehicles. A++

I am delighted to have found Hall Automotive and will be using them again! Clearly labeled areas to pull up to, friendly phone staff, emissions testing available during normal business hours (instead of very limited hours by several other nearby providers), it was quick and easy! After spending thousands in maintenance for two vehicles at Hall over the last 2+ years they chose to lose my business over $267. At Hall s recommendation I had them replace transmission lines on my truck for $688.76. Unfortunately Hall didn t go the extra mile and replace the fittings where the new lines connect to the radiator. That resulted in a catastrophic leak and a $100 towing bill approximately one month later on Easter Sunday. The fittings were replaced by Hall for $167 and fortunately the transmission seems to have avoided any lasting damage. After I phoned twice to complain about the issue, Hall admitted no fault but offered a couple free oil changes for my troubles. Whopee. Hall should have replaced the fittings for free and paid my towing bill.

When I needed an everyday commuter vehcile I always wanted to check out a passat as they are very classy get great mpg. I am a big guy, i fit perfectly in the passat. Dayne was absolutely fantastic in the purchase of my new to me passat. I love this car!After putting on some miles in my everyday commuting Jeremy and the service team took care of my oil change for me. Service was prompt, speedy and no surprises. Communication is 5star I recommend them for everything. This is coming from a converted diy guy.Services: Auto power window repair, Auto emissions testing, Oil change

I have used Hall for several repairs for my car and feel confident with them every time I've gone. The most recent I came in thinking it was time for new brakes and wheels. They were extremely communicative and told me wheels and brakes were still very functioning. Didn't try to upsell me or get me to do something else.
