The staff over the years has always done great work at a reasonable cost. Amber in particular, went above & beyond to get us out of a bind with a tire issue. Will continue to use this location for my auto care needs.

Recently I needed two tires mounted before a road trip and really regret coming to this location. First, I was waiting several hours to get my wheels back and called only to learn that they forgot to call and tell me they were done.When I got my wheels back, I found them scratched up and chipped in several places. The week previous I spent a lot of time restoring these wheels only to have that work ruined by careless techs. Matt told me that their machine isn t touch less, but I wish they had informed me there was a risk of damage before I dropped them off. Even still, it s clear that they used a screwdriver to pry off the center caps causing unnecessary damage when you can literally pop them out from the back.Finally, when I got my car back and didn t drive it for a few weeks I noticed I had a flat tire. After washing my car I noticed bubbling around the valve stem, showing that the leak happened because of the install. When I called to get this leak fixed they said I would have to pay additionally for this repair since it had been a few weeks. It s a slow leak that only was obvious after this amount of time.I really can t recommend a shop that doesn t respect their customers nor their vehicles. I m just glad I delivered my wheels off my car so they couldn t damage my vehicle too.

Store #14052 in Waukesha, WisconsinGreat service at a fair price. Mangement listens to the cistomers needs and takes action to resolve the problem. I have been a customer for 30 years so I trust them to repair my car with expertise.

Over an hour for an oil change, workers completely scattered. Prob the worst Firestone I've been to. And they apparently lost an appointment lmao.

They saved us during a move! At 6:30 pm Friday night our alternater was going out while driving. Miraculously there were 3 places that were open until 7pm. The other 2 couldn't get us in until Wednesday. Firestone didn't think they could get us in until Monday. We took a chance and left it there just before close and the fit us in between appointments and completed the work on Saturday. We were able to get back on the road on time for our move dates. They were kind throughout the ordeal and helped find some discounts to help with the unexpected expense.

Please do not take your vehicles here! We were told we had a bent rim TWICE and when we bought a brand new one we were told the rim was bent AGAIN! My car was just taken there for an alignment after body work was done on the front (thanks to ice) and it was NOT aligned so they took it back to get realigned STILL NOT ALIGNED!!! They do not know what they are doing and will make stuff up to get you to spend more $.Service: Wheel alignment

The woman that answered the phone was very helpful! My daughter is riding on a spare and she fit her into their already busy schedule on a weekend!! She also had the out of stock tires that she needed shipped in before the appointment! 100% recommended!!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Took a work van there for an alignment and was told the alignment couldn't be done because a ball joint was failing. Such ball joint would be $500+ to replace per Firestone. Took the van for a second opinion and was told the ball joint was fine, the van just needed a $30 camber kit. 50k+ miles and almost a year later and everything is still fine. Thanks Mike, glad you tried to get me for a $470 repair that wasn't needed. Haven't and will not go back.

Top notch service! I actually chose this location because one of their fine employees actually stopped to help me on the side of the road, when he wasn't on the clock. Super unprofessional place with rude people. I make an online appointment for Sunday afternoon. I heard nothing after scheduling it so I waited until my time and then drove there. Upon arriving the for my appointment the door is locked and a lady approaches the door to unlock it. She rudly explains that sometimes the online appointments will still show up when there aren't appointments. I asked how come they didn't call me to let me know this and she say hasn't looked since 2 at the online appointments and didn't see mine. I made it at 1. Place looked empty. Her exact words were "we are closing early". Sounds like the people here didn't want to their jobs and then let the customers suffer for their laziness. Will never be using Firestone again. Completely ruined your company.

Awesome auto care shop! I had a flat tire and was rejected by two other tire stores nearby. Firestone was super busy but they still helped me. I will get my next tires here!!! Awesome customer service and support. Best quality of work and very helpful. My tire was fixed in a short time. If you need tires or any help Firestone is the place!!!

They're fine for a quick oil change, but it's like a retail store always trying to get you to add on services so they can make money. Expect to have a list of things to be serviced when you go here.A few years ago they made it seem so urgent that I get new brakes. They told me it was dangerous to drive off the lot with the condition they were in. (I had taken my car in for a quick oil change that day). I left the lot without getting any extra work done and they made me feel terrible for doing so. I called my normal mechanic who was booked, otherwise I would've went there in the first place. I was in tears telling him they told me my car was in terrible condition. I took my car in a few days later for him to look at and he said my brakes were fine and did not need to be serviced immediately. I trust them enough when I need a quick oil change, but anything else I will go to my normal mechanic.

Car was vibrating just replaced cv axle and still vibrates but less. Figured it was old bearings or it needed an alignment so I bought new ones and planned to replace the next day. Got it aligned here to see if that fixed my issues first and within 5 minutes they let me know my ball joint was broken. Never would have known since I don t know what to look for.. Few hours later car s driving smooth as butter. Thank you!

These guys ordered, installed, and rotated my tires; as well as aligned the wheels for me all within just a couple hours! Only thing that I didn't like too much was the tires were low on air when I left and they charged me $10 or $11 for my old rubber recycling even though I kept them

I stopped in three times over the course of a week hoping to get my tires rotated and oil changed. The earliest appointment I could get in was a week and a half away. I arrived 15 minutes early before my appointment was scheduled. I was told it would take a minimum of an extra hour before my car was done. An hour and a half later I was called to the desk for check out. I was told my rear tires were too worn and it wasn't worth rotating them, I was told I had to purchase new ones in about 6 months. They gave me a quote for the highest-end tires and charged me $25 for an oil change. The customer service was very poor, I found both of the front desk people to be very condescending. They were very rushed and I felt I was taking up their time. I will not return to the store nor will I recommend it. I'm giving it 2 stars because the free coffee was really great.

I like going here it's close to my home. I had 2 holes in 2 of my tires from Milwaukee potholes and they patched them up for $40 what a steal I thought I was going to have to replace them.

Myles was extremely helpful. I had a stripped oil plug and the tech had no problem getting it out. I will definitely be going back for any other car problem that persist. Thanks guys!!!

Mike up front is amazing. Came is without an appointment for a flat fix..even though the tire couldn't be fixed we got an easy solution and a speedy repair. Even on a Friday late afternoon.Will be back to replace other tires in the future.

I booked an appointment for 9am, I arrived at 8.50 and told them my name they didn't have me on the system apparently? I then showed the man my email from them confirming my 9am appointment! They then said that I would have to come back another day as they didn't have the time! A complete waste of my time! Obviously not a professional setup! Go somewhere else people.

I ve been here a few times and believe the do good work. That being said I think you will pay a little more here than at other shops (less than the dealer). I also had very rude customer service when I tried to do some price shopping. But to me the work is the most important factor to getting my car fixed so still a good rating.

Sent My daughter in there for new front tires and an alignment. They told me she needed $700 dollars of front end work before they would align the front. They INSTALLED THE NEW TIRES BEFORE THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS WORK THEY SAID IT NEEDED SO I WAS OBLICATED TO BUY THE TIRES THEY INSTALLED. i took it to my mechanic who's been doing car repair for 40+ years and he SHOWED me there was nothing wrong. They were trying to sell me services and parts that were not needed. Plus the Manager hung up on me when i called him out!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! IF I COULD GO LOWER THAN 1 STAR I WOULD...

I have always used this Firestone over the last 10 odd years for my service and maintenance. They are kind, courteous and don't over sell like some shops do. They are similar to the typical "Mom and Pop" shops that you always hear about. They always look out for what needs to been done right away and give their opinions on other items that may be needed but that can wait. Their technicians take care of my vehicle and always give my truck back to me in the same if not better condition as I gave it to them. I will always use this facility for my automotive needs.

Great team of service guys that know what they are doing and helped me with my problems with ease. Got 2 new tires an alignment and 1 sensor. They were honest about what was wrong with and started working on it immediately even when i showed up a little early. Glad i went here.

I don't recommend this auto shop, They left Grease smudges all over my truck and they managed to put the wrong tire on and not match it to the current ones.
