Honesty, Integrity, Personalized service, Friendly staff Fair pricing, even great food. All of these things are the reason for my review today. (Please take the time to read this.) My wife and I began our car search almost a month before finding her dream BMW at Land Rover Waukesha. To be clear we live in Pittsburgh and we're shopping far and wide for a specific 540i BMW, in a specific price range. We found two different Vehicles that fit the bill, one in Waukesha and one in Texas. It only took one phone call to the salesman Greg at Land Rover Waukesha for me to realize we were on the right track. Once I explained that we would be coming from Pittsburgh by plane and driving the vehicle home which to some would be a little odd , so without hesitation Greg got me on the phone with Jeff Sayers (Sales Manager), who may have been a bit skeptical at first but after a brief conversation understood our needs and agreed. He also offered to have somebody meet me at the airport and bring me to the dealership! Alexis (Finance dept.) and my wife worked out all of the financing details tax tag title everything, it was all handled flawlessly. I Flew into Wisconsin, one of their courtesy drivers was waiting for me at the airport, he took me straight to the dealership. After meeting Greg and checking out the car I asked that it be put on a lift so that I could examine the underneath of the car, to be clear I have a fair amount of knowledge about vehicles and mechanicals and wanted to make sure that I examined every aspect of the car before bringing it home. Everything was perfect except for an issue with a CV boot underneath which was cause for great concern on my part. Once again Greg immediately got Jeff the sales manager involved and we created a plan they were going to order the part and make the repair while I waited, during that time I can honestly say I've never felt more at home in any car dealership anywhere in the country they have a lunch counter made me some amazing fish and coleslaw for lunch even gave me a loaner vehicle so that I could do a little shopping in the area. Once the repairs were made and the papers were signed I drove our new BMW home to Pennsylvania. Within five or six days of getting it home the CV joint within the boot that was repaired started showing mechanical issues! We did purchase an aftermarket warranty from EasyCare, through Alexis at the dealership. I have nothing BUT BAD THINGS to say about the warranty company itself!!! the warranty company was simply the worst experience I've ever had with a warranty company however! I reached out to Jeff the sales manager that put this whole deal together for me and explained the situation we were having with the warranty company, not only did they make sure the warranty company stood up to their end of the agreement they also without me even asking or expecting offered to help me with part of the payment that the warranty company refused to pay. In my opinion the dealership itself Land Rover of Waukesha and their staff , went so far above and beyond what could be expected of any car dealership in the way of honesty and dealer integrity. That despite being 10 hours away from home I will always check their lot first when I'm buying a vehicle, because without a doubt this is a dealership that Can be trusted and will stand behind the products they sell. I can t recommend Alex enough. He was a great communicator and made the process very easy. We traveled from about 2 hours away because of his detailed information and timely responses. Even after the sale he has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend this dealership and specifically Alex.

I had a great service experience at Fields Volvo. My repair was done in a timely manner and Luke in service kept me informed about my repairs. When picking up my car I mentioned to John Busse in Sales that I had recently gotten a scratch on my car. He took a look at it and offered to take it back and buff it out. Amazingly, the scratch is gone! Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Mason did an outstanding job, I walked in test drove a S60 recharge. I walked out after putting a deposit down he got the car windows tinted, a week later I picked up my beautiful new car and had some snickers ice cream bars. Don t miss out on the snacks there anyways 10/10 experience dealing with these folks. I look forward to getting more Volvos in the fleet down the road.

Overall a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I brought my car in for 100,000 mile maintenance service. When I first went to book online I was quoted $495, but because I needed a loaner I had to call. When I called them they told me it s $550 for the 100k, then when I brought the car in I was told it would be $595. Each time I received a different price for essentially the same 100k mile service. After agreeing it would be $550+ tax, when I picked up my vehicle, they added a $25 fee that I was not told about previously - the fee was for supplies and rags . I informed the man I m not paying for that as I was quoted the $550 (which was even more than what was online). He shrugged off my response but ultimately took the $25 for the rags and supplies off. When I suggested to him they should make sure they align their online and in store pricing, he again shrugged it off and said take it to the manager . This was the second time that I brought my vehicle there and have gotten different pricing based on what s online versus what they told me in person. they obviously don t seem to care about fixing this issue or discrepancy, which, as a consumer, is incredibly frustrating and almost intentionally misleading. Needless to say, I won t be utilizing them anymore for service.

It may sound funny, but I actually enjoy having my Volvo serviced! The reason is that the service department at Waukesha Fields Volvo is fantastic! It is easy to schedule an appointment (hint:especially if you have the app on your phone!) and they send reminders.Once you arrive they make sure you understand what charges to expect and how long it might take. My last visit I chose to wait and was treated to a fantastic breakfast at their very own cafe located on the Range Rover side. There were multiple options of waiting areas and each was comfortable and includes beverages and snacks. When the work was completed they delivered my car right to the front of the showroom and it was shiny clean and even the interior had been vacuumed. All in all it was a comfortable experience, I was able to get work done while I waited and every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. I give them 5 stars!!

With this weather we ve had this winter In Wisconsin. It s taken a toll on the Old rover. I have did as many repairs as I ever can remember doing on any other car.. But the service at the Land Rover Jaguar Volvo was superb. Took care of me and all my needs. I am very satisfied. I will be returning if any other repairs are needed to my old rover.

I had my first service at Fields and it was a positive experience. Service advisor John was helpful, and answered all my questions. Even though they didn t realize I would have to wait for the car, they were able to get everything done quickly. I was given a ticket to get a complimentary breakfast at the cafe in the attached Jaguar dealership and it was delicious! Only downside was that they re busy-it took several weeks to get an appointment.

This was my first visit to fields. As a dealership of premier brands I was expecting premier service. Unfortunately that was not the case. I made the appointment weeks prior to the service date. After the checkin, my vehicle was not looked/ worked on for day what s the point of having an appointment? For a relatively simple service, my vehicle was out for a week with no courtesy vehicle. My disappointing first experience.

The service department and Bob were very professional and courteous. The service was done in the prescribed amount of time. The service review of the car was very informative and greatly appreciated. Unfortunately investing $2,300 plus another $1,000 or more for the exhaust system is almost more than the trade-in valve as of now. Since it is not my primary vehicle I will have to decline the additional service. I will see you on January 9th for the recall service. Jim

Very transparent with their pricing. They gave us an estimate of our payments upfront without asking us to sign any weird random statement on a blank page that I will buy it if I like the prices , unlike other dealerships we went to. We were not sure when we went in what kind of Volvo we wanted. Alex, very patiently, went over all the different models that would be within our budget. If I had to buy/lease another Volvo in this area, I would definitely go back here.

Ryan and Nicole were fantastic! Ryan didn t pressure us one bit and let us test drive a few vehicles to get an idea of what we wanted. Once we decided, him and Nicole worked with us and treated us like family. I have nothing bad to say about Fields Land Rover of Waukesha! :D

This experience was horrible. The service department was not helpful and hardly ever answered the phone. Even the manager never returned my calls. They were not able to assist in getting me parts with an estimate time of arrival. I had to purchase the parts on my own. Then the service charge was $998.00 for a 2 hour job. Way beyond the average time for this job. I feel robbed and taken advantage at this dealership that I enjoyed until this point.

A wonderful experience overall! This was my first time buying a vehicle from Fields & my sales person, Mason made it easy. He was very thorough and his communication skills were great. He provided good feedback when questions were asked, and was honest in the process. I didn t notice a chip in the windshield, but he did and pointed it out and said they would take care of it. I would highly recommend Mason at Fields Volvo located in Waukesha. I also absolutely love my XC90!!!

My boyfriend helped me find a very nice Volvo XC60 from Fields! Our salesman was Mason. Mason was extremely helpful, worked with me a lot, helped me get a good trade in for my current car and did everything he could to stay within my budget. Great guy. However, Nikole was our financial person that worked with us. Though she explained what I was signing she was trying to get through all the papers as fast as possible and it felt very rushed. She also quietly scoffed when I decided against the warranty packages they provided. Nothing wrong with the warranty they provide just nothing I personally needed. She very clearly wanted to get me in and out. Other than that, I found a car that I love and very happy in :)
