When I needed to get my new C8 Corvette home and the roads were covered with salt the ONLY one I would trust to do it is Express Towing. They have always given me exceptional service and I knew I could count on them to take great care of my new baby. From loading to unloading and even avoiding driving next to semi's to avoid the side splash they did amazing!!!! Thanks!!!!

Invoice # 87074. The tow driver/mechanic I had was very nice, professional, and knew what he was doing. My truck had a coolant leak that spilled on the street and my driveway had no problem cleaning that up which was much appreciated especially after a long day for him. I appreciate the service. Sheriff called Express following an accident. Very polite, professional, arrived quickly. Although it was his day off, driver was courteous and helpful even after we requested a tow to a body shop 20+ miles away.

When your battery dies and the insurance roadside assistance is taking +2hours to even find a provider, just call Express Towing & Recovery. Tim was so helpful and kind. He had me wait in the truck and crank the heat since it was cold and rainy outside. I felt safe and taken care of. I m hoping I won t need them again but if I do, I know I can trust them to be prompt and kind. The tow was $20 less than quoted.

They are on time and very reasonable on there price and nice i would use them again if i had to i would tell friends if they would ask me who would they use for towing i would tell them express towing thanks for your help

Sunday night, 5 degrees below 0 and my Toyota alternator went out on I-94 leaving me stranded on the shoulder. Called AAA was told 2+ hours. Express Towing sent Tim in 25 minutes to save my near frozen rear end. Very highly recommended.

Great service. Polite, friendly, excellent pricing and timely. Jim was excellent and nothing beats experience. Hooked and in and out in no time. Called 4 different companies in his area and he was the best priced by far. I will recommend and use this service. He's my new tow guy.

This morning I conveniently locked myself out of my car as I was heading to work. I just moved to Waukesha and called Express towing upon recommendation from friends and colleagues. Called the company to come pick up our car and they got delayed because they were going to pick up a cops car. Two hours later We were told it was going to be another hour more. No discount or anything and we were waiting that whole time.

I flagged this company down after waiting over 1.5 hours for another company to arrive. Tim was very helpful and willing to work with my insurance company and get my car towed home. I will always recommend this company and request it if I need another tow in the future. Thank you Tim!!!

I recently required towomg services from Express Towing. For the record I did not specifically ask for this company provide towing of my vehicle; they were asked by local AHJ to tow my car after these accident I was involved in.Initially I thought the driver was very professional and courteous. As I watched with critical eye, my vehicle appeared to be handled with care. After loaded into the tow truck, the driver even offered to take me to work. I graciously accepted.Shortly after lunch the same day, I visited their yard (facility) to remove belongs from my vehicle. The visit that included another person who was driving me home, required access into my vehicle including opening the tailgate to remove geared stored in the back of my SUV.This is where and why I m only giving Express Towing one star rating. Due to their scrupulously and unethical behavior I cannot comfortably rank Express Towing any higher. If I could give them a zero (0) I would.My issue and poor review is due to additional damage to the tailgate on my SUV that did NOT exist prior to accident. The damage was also not caused by the accident since all the damages were to the front end of the vehicle. Finally, when I was on site at their yard (facility) there was no damage to the tailgate.Fastword to later in the same week; Express Towing was required to my SUV for inspection at the local IAA lot in Sussex. After the vehicle was inspected I was permitted to have the vehicle taken to the auto body shop for repairs. When I showed up to get the vehicle, I immediately identified a significant dent on the tailgate that did not exist when I last saw my vehicle on their lot. According to IAA inspection lot personal and the insurance adjuster, damaged to the tailgate exist when they took possession of my SUV.Based upon my research the damage to my vehicle happened between the time I last saw at Express Towing s lot and before IAA Inspection lot received the vehicle. Logic points to culprit reaponsible for the damage to the tailgate on my SUV.I m very disappointed that Express Towing refuses to act with honor, integrity and customer service to make things right by fixing what they damaged.To all future users needing a tow. STAY AWAY FROM EXPRESS TOWING. I recommended the same and have shared my frustrations with local authorities, AAA (auto club), insurance companies adjustors, friends and the local auto inspection yard. Express Towing does not accept responsibility for their actions.
