We have been taking our cars there for years, started with a failed transmission on a previous car. Damon has always been amazing and has worked with us giving us the information we needed to make the right decision. This last time He saved us over $900.00 from what the dealership quoted us. I have a 2008 Toyota Sienna. Brought it in because of rear end vibration. I suspected rear end bushing. ETE found a host of other problems. Could have been better communication on what I wanted done to minimize cost. I assumed bushing problem was correct but never was confirmed. Work done was good and was otherwise treated very nice.

I was leaving for my office one morning last week and my car was totally dead. After a tow truck jump start I was able to get the car to ETE Waukesha. I left it with them saying to fix whatever they find as I have been a customer of their's for awhile, and they did not even have to call me with an estimate. They were very backed up with work but were able to get to my car by early the next morning. They called me to tell me they did not find anything wrong with my car and that the battery and the electrical systems were all working fine. I picked up my car and expected to pay them for the diagnostic work that they performed, and they told me "No Charge". I cannot recommend ETE more highly, extremely happy with the service and the people there. Karen and Damon are very professional and everyone seems to provide the best possible service.

Vince was amazing to work with. Diagnosed two separate vehicles for me with existing know issues. Not only did he validate a previous diagnosis, he took to time to explain to root of the issue. His extensive knowledge and understanding of the mechanical design enabled him to clearly explain what most likely led to the failure.

I am very pleased with ETE. The work on my 2020 Tahoe was done quickly and communication from the staff was done in a timely manner. I brought my vehicle in after having it serviced at another business. The other business recommended repairs to the fuel line and radiator that the ETE staff confirmed were unncecessary. They did service the suspension, but at a lower cost than what was quoted by the other shop.

The follow up on what as wrong was quick and detailed. They also made recommendations after the work was done and the test drive for issues that should be addressed in the near future. This was done in a professional way with no pressure have it done immediately but did recommend a time line which gave me peace of mind.

I purchased my dream car in January from Florida. 1999 Saleen Mustang convertible. Pretty rare car and I realize now after ETE replaced the transmission that I bought it with an issue for sure. The car is a completely different car. It runs/shifts flawlessly. From start to finish ETE was straight up with me on price and finished it two weeks ahead of the 5-week time frame I originally was given. When I got the car home I noticed a leak under the car. I called and they thought that it might be transmission leak so they had it picked up the next morning and checked it out. What are the chances that the piston of the convertible top went at that moment and that was the leak?? They did not charge me for the tow and I really appreciate that. ETE you will see this car again. Hopefully, not until I bring it out of storage next year.

Vince and his team are professional, friendly, and most importantly they are do excellent auto repair work at competitive pricing. They diagnose the problem(s) accurately and only do the work that needs to be done. I highly recommend ETE to everyone to check them out, you won't be disappointed. Thanks to Vince for working things out so my vehicle could be completed quickly. Dropped it off on a Thursday night. He worked some things out so it would be done "within the next week". I got a call the next Wednesday and to my surprise it was already completed. Pricing seemed fair and competitive.

I recently brought in my Rave 4 into Engine Transmission to trouble shoot a vibration coming from the rear axle. Vince and his team spent two days searching for the problem. He gave me advise for next steps and did not charge me for their time. I have also had other work done there as well, that was completed under the quoted price.If you're looking for a competent and honest repair shop for your car, you have to give Vince and his team a chance.

These guys are simply awesome to deal with. Fair prices and they stand by their parts and labor.We had a part fail in us that they installed less than a year ago. It was NOT ETE's fault the part failed. We dropped the vehicle off Monday evening, and it was ready to pick up before 10am on Tuesday.We won't trust our vehicles to anyone else in the area.

A year ago I took my high mileage GMC truck to ETE to replace my rear shocks and when I got the bill it was about 15% lower than the estimate I received from the dealership. Same parts, but ETE cares about their customers. The dealership had done a valve job on the left side of the engine. Last summer ETE did the right side. Identical work and guess what the bill was almost $1000 less than the dealership for identical work. Last week my emission check light went on. ETE fixed it. It was only a loose hose connection. Small diagnostic cost, no repair cost. I have never encountered better mechanical service in all my years of high mileage driving. Better yet, their ethics match their expertise. I highly recommend ETE If you want expert repair at a reasonable cost. JJF

My transmission was failing and was referred to ETE. Vince and the team looked at it and took it from there. They handled the warranty and explained everything that needed to be done. I also got my truck back quick. Thank you all for the great service.

We started going to ETE because of WISN Jay Weber and his reviews, and because our former car repair shop was getting hard to get an appointment due to Covid etc. Recently our car was having issues. We have taken our car in multiple times over the past month. Vince and his crew were so diligent on trying finding the problem. We all thought it was resolved many times, but the engine light would come back on. As frustrating as it is/was, the crew were so patient and kind. Thank you ETE.

Gang! Local Ford dealership quoted me for a an Expedition XLT transmission and a starter repair--$7,500 combined. Called Vince at ETE, and he told me the starter repair is only a sound made upon ignition and not needed unless a repair symbol appears on the dash. Also said the Trans repair is likely only the beginning of my woes as, once the gearbox is open, they'll likely say I need to replace worn tensioners, timing chain, and idlers, and should do it now as long as it's taken apart. New probable cost--over $12K !! Vince also gave me leads with BBB sources, National Transportation Board, Dept. of Consumer Protection, and the "Ford 10-Speed Lawsuit." Thank you Vince for being a nice guy, font of knowledge, and honest man--just as all the radio ads profess!! Thanks to you, I'm so much less depressed!! :-). Luv you, man!

I ve had all my vehicles serviced at ETE foreign, domestic, from a transmission replacement to some minor electrical work and I can t say enough about the quality of service provided by ETE. There s never a doubt the work was done right with quality parts at a reasonable price. Damon & Karen at the Waukesha location are really helpful in working repairs into their schedule, when at times I needed work done quickly, and they were backed up with repairs ahead of time. I ll definitely keep coming back to ETE for my vehicle repairs.

ETE replaced my faulty transmission quickly and at a great price. What has impressed me the most is that Vince regularly contacts me to ask how the repair is. No other car repair shop has ever done that. Very impressed!

Damon and Karen really worked me into there schedule to get the work done on my truck. We had a check engine light with too many codes driving us nuts to fix.Finally able to narrow it done. A great place to get a vehicle worked on.

Another great experience at ETE. Puzzling symptoms diagnosed over a couple of days during snowstorm, fixed promptly with part delivery and a minimal labor charge for all the diagnosis and installation. That and a requested oil change at BETTER than a fair price!

Owning a Lincoln navigator and trying to go through a dealership to change out my timing, gears, phasers, water pump,. They had it for five weeks, and still not received all the parts to do the job. ETE had parts on hand, and had my vehicle back to me in three days. The cost was about the same, but definitely nice for my wife to have her vehicle back.

This place is awesome and I would recommend you to anyone. I am extremely impressed by the way that they don t just do the repairs and forget about you they reach out to you and ask if everything is okay. They text me once a week for about a month just to make sure everything was working properly these guys are great and will never leave you hanging
