The service here is phenomenal! Joel and CJ are top notch. I dropped my truck off without an appointment to mount some wheels and tires, and they had it done a couple hours later. Turned out great!

CJ and the team at Discount Tire were top notch. Highly efficient and communicated well. Got me right in and out. Packaged up my take off rims/tires and packed them individually bagged in my car. Great service!

I've been a loyal customer at Discount Tire for the past four years, but this was my first visit to this particular store. Lucas Martin provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. Despite my late arrival, just half an hour before closing, he went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. I mentioned I was traveling back, yet he never mentioned the limited time before closing. Lucas truly provided exceptional service, and I'm incredibly grateful to him. Thank you so much, Lucas!

I have never written a review before but I could not help myself not to write one for this experience.Terrible experience all the way around for Tesla owner, please beware if you have a Tesla.Brought my Tesla in to get winter tires put on, only to find out their website lists the tire size incorrectly and had to get new ones ordered. I was told the tires will come Monday and they didn t come till Thursday and then was told I can get them installed Friday a week later then the original appointment date.Next, I am getting called multiple times by Discount Tire after my car has been dropped off and my appointment has been set in stone for 2 weeks, asking for the Jack Pucks needed to jack a tesla because it s different from a normal car.You re asking customers to bring in supplies you should have? What if I didn t have my own or what if there are other Teslas that needed to be worked on? Are you calling every Tesla owner to bring them in? Lol .it just keeps getting worseThe worker Hunter makes empty promises. I get told one day if I drop my car off at 8am it will be the first car worked on and when I call the next day when i m on my way in, I get told by him now if I drop my car off by 10am my car will be able to get picked up by end of day close. No one with priorities and multiple businesses has time to drop their car off all day, it s just not realistic. John, Austin and other manager with glasses were trying their best to accommodate for the inconvenience. Lastly upon getting my car back, one of my wheels/ rim is scratched at least 4 inches long, it looks like the rim was pryed out of tire so unprofessional. I came in at 8:30am and they promised to get it done by 10am so it was extremely rushed. I should have just gone to a dealer or a professional shop that works on higher end cars that use hydraulic lifts instead of jacks. Gave this place a shot because I saw multiple Tesla s in their bays and only to find out they are overall very unprofessional and untimely.

I came in for the tire installation on 12/13/23. The service was excellent! In fact, they were able to install my tires in less than 30 minutes, which is the fastest that I've ever experienced.All employees and assistant manager were cordial, polite and seemed in good spirits. That's nice and refreshing when compared to other tire places and full-service mechanics. They also have exact same pricing on most tires as Tire Rack, which is now owned by Discount Tire.

Called these guys when I was out of town because I got a nail, dude told me to come in and they'd fix it. The place was hustling, phones ringing off the hook, and still they took the time to help a traveler. John who took my call stepped in and fixed it himself, and he got me on my way in record time! #UWMI'm glad I had that certificate plan on my tires, I didn't pay anything, seriously.Thank you Discount Tire in Waukesha, you rock!

My runflat got flat and I called to see if they had tires available in my size. Over phone they said they had some tires in stock and could squeeze me in. Drove 30 mins to get there and find out they don t have any tires in my size and it had to be ordered. Unlikely they sold all the tires that would fit my car in those 30 minutes.4 new tires were ordered and put my car. After driving around to recalibrate the tpm, find out 1 of rear tires was accidentally set to front psi recommendation. Not end of the world but careless.Overall, my experience was mediocre.

The Men who work here are extremely hard working ,All of them. The counter guys the sales team Chris and Hunter are so Very helpful and Made a big deal to make sure I was helped in a fast efficient way. This place is the Best place in Five counties to get tires bought and Mounted and Balanced. I will Definitely Trust them to Take care of all My Tire Needs . They Really are Hard working and quick.

The staff at Discount Tire are amazing. Huge shout out to Hunter and Rocky for their kindness and professionalism, as well as the team that repaired my tire. They went above and beyond, and did a fantastic and quick job with the repair. I highly recommend this location.

Great customer service by Trevor as well as all the techs involved in rotating tires today for my Honda Civic. Everyone was very professional and i was in and out in 30 minutes. I d recommend discount tire to anyone

My visit to Discount Tires was a great visit. I unfortunately was there on a very busy day due to a snowstorm. I had an appointment so I was in and out within an hour and a half. The Yokohama Ascend GT that they recommended for my car made my 12 year old car ride like new again and it feels secure on the road in the foul weather that we are experiencing this January. Thank You!

I've used Discount exclusively for years on a lot of cars and tires. Price has always been great. It's definitely a disappointing experience when you specifically ask for something done. When finished, they say it was done, and it wasn't. Then they spin back on you. The fact they ignore the phone and you can't get through is a whole separate issue.Update the bring the truck out, and its got low pressure warnings, and they ask me what pressure they should be at. That's a first.

Friendly and efficient. Appointment as scheduled, took less than an hour. Communicated several times during the replacement to insure I was aware of the details. Will definitely return in the future

The staff is very friendly. They never asked any questions about the tire rotations and balancing like other stores. They did wonderful job. I really appreciate the store associates.

Update: Finally decided to go back and get the balancing checked. Guy tells me it'll be at least 2 hours. Yea that's a big no from me. Today I went to a reputable tire place starts with a P, let the guy know what's up and settle in. 30 minutes later calls me up to the desk, come to find out all 4 tires were out of balance. ALL 4 TIRES!! So now I've sunk another 80 some bucks into this car but at least I know the work was done right thanks to the fellas at the place that starts with a P. My advice is to run not walk away from this disgrace if a tire shop. I think I would have been better off to let high school kids work on my car in their Autos class because the people Discount hires and allows to work on vehicles have no business touching tools.Regret my decision to come here. I bought 2 tires and came in for the appointment. Let the guy know my tpms sensor in one tire was on the fritz and wanted replaced and also I want the new tires on the back. He gets his spiffy tool checks all the tires says they're all about ready to be replaced. That's all fine and well I wasn't going to replace one. Price, a small fortune. Talks me into the warranty so now I've added 300 bucks on for 2 tires. Get my car back I'm missing a valve stem cover, new tires are on the front and the tires were at all different pressures none of which I consider properly filled considering all 4 tires should have been worked on. Anyway go to work and on my way home the tpms light comes back. Now I'm really unhappy. Went back couple days later and bring up my concerns/issues. Kid gets his spiffy tool again checks and says yea none of the sensors were replaced. We'll get it done. Comes out with my wheel saying I should think about getting new ones due to corrosion, thanks but no. Get my car back and new tires still on the front, tire pressures still not really acceptable (low 30's) but whatever I think to myself. Well the next time I'm on the freeway I immediately notice something feels off, maybe a wheel is out of balance, figure it must be in my head. About another week goes by I pick up my friend for work, we get on the freeway and he says your car is definitely shaking a bit feels like a back wheel. Great. I really don't want to go back and have them touch my car again. But I also don't want to pay someone else to fix what Discount is incapable of doing. Avoid this place.

Always a good experience @ this store. Weeks out on appointments, but I was willing to wait for a spot during their rush season. I was able to get in and done with the best tire team. Hard working non-stop guys, I sure hope DT has a clue and takes very good care of these top employees!

Fantastic customer service.I had called for a question about my tire warranty and the gentleman on the phone was able to help me out, quickly and efficiently over the phone. Came in next day and had my tire fixed all in less than a hour. Highly recommend for any of your tire needs.

Went to Discount Tires this afternoon because I needed new tires before the winter season. They made an error on my online order but they made it right for me and went above and beyond customer service wise. These guys were working extremely hard and trying their best to get everyone s car done in this busy season. Hunter and Rocky were extra nice to me and I really appreciate it!!

Everyone here is amazing! I came in with tires ordered online, I mistakenly ordered the wrong ones but John and another gentleman at the front desk were very kind and patient with me. While working on putting my new tires on, someone came in to give me an update which was also very kind. I was in and out in an hour even though they were incredibly busy and sounded like they were going to stay busy all day. Overall, incredible service, even better crew. Highly recommend this location.

A bad situation turned into a wonderful experience:Drove into Discount Tire at 5:55pm with a nearly flat tire. Only 5 minutes until closing but CJ assured me I would be taken care of and would leave with a safe vehicle.The damage to the tire was irreparable. I was 200 miles from home and had already purchased 4 new tires to be installed when I returned home after the holiday. To make this brief, a new Michelin tire was installed at NO Charge! I still can't believe it. Thanks so much to CJ and Jeremy for going so above and beyond.

Make your appt and your in and out in 30 mins or less. I've been going to discount tire 45 yrs. I'm from TN and glad they moved into Wisconsin. Prices are great too !

Good prices but service has become much worse over last few years. Went to get tire rotated and buy new tires..clerk forgot I wanted new tires ..rotated existing ones failed to provide any info on new tires so left without buying. They have too few employees to answer phones/retail part and handle garage installations.

Service was great, communication was great but the next day when I went for an oil change they told me that my front right tire was at 62 psi. Not sure how a place that does tires inflates my tire to 62psi but that's not good.

They have discounted prices on tires but sadly I feel the discount also bleeds into the service. Overpromise and under deliver seems to be the going theme yes we can get those tires done today! You pay for the service their sales numbers look great but then they don t get them done then they call you and leave a voicemail while simultaneously sending you a message that they are done so they can inconvenience you but also pad their pockets by logged job completion .

Top notch service bar none. John and Joel will take great care of you. They are honest, efficient and the epitome of friendly. All of my questions were answered, they even gave my truck a once over and wiped down the new tires. They go the extra mile here.

Before and after of tire balancing,they did a good job at balancing my tires, even though I mentioned I painted my wheels recently they used a rubber disc to hold them in the machine, which ended up rubbing paint on all 4 of my wheels, nothing they can do about it they told me, next time I should tell them not to use the rubber disc they said ,how am I supposed to know that? Like do I work there and know what attachments the machine has for every occasion? A whole week of painting my wheels and a whole week of waiting for them to dry for nothing,they do great at everything else but they really missed this time.

So I have an app called CarAdvise, which is supposed to save you money on tires when I went there while first I called and spoke to someone on the phone. We figured out the type Tires that I need all weather Tires. As I paid for my tires when they were done with CarAdvise, I used my Visa card and bought the tires. Got my key back and left two weeks later. One of the managers call me and says to me I have not paid for the tires you need to pay it right away or I m going to have to call the authorities on you I told him I paid it through my Best Buy Visa card. He said we don t take Best Buy cards here. I said it s a Best Buy card but it s also Visa. You can use it anywhere and yes I paid for it. I even went inside spoke to the cashier showed him I paid for it, and he printed out a receipt and gave me my keys and I left, so the guy really didn t believe me so thank God I did find the receipt because I wasn t going to get arrested for no apparent reason when I paid for it Anyways, I found the receipt gave him the invoice number. He never even apologized. He just said that s good to know that we have the information correct now smh, Going to call me Call and accuse me for stealing smh
