Dropped my SUV off for an exhaust repair (muffler was hanging) at 2pm, the shop ordered parts and they arrived super fast. By 4 pm it was fixed, good prices, honest, and they do good work. This shop specializes in welding, so they try to salvage your exhaust, unlike other shops who just order a whole new exhaust and bolt it on, which costs people. Highly recommend them!

It was nice to be able to have them look at my car and found out what was wrong with it catalytic converter I really appreciate all that John from BMS and his team had help me out to find what was wrong

Came here after having a bad experience at another shop. They got me in immediately, serviced my car quickly, and were kind while doing it. I couldn t recommend an auto shop more than I do this one.

We were in town for our daughters wedding drove in from Barnes, Wisconsin 5 and an half hours away and our alternator failed. Called BMS and they managed to get us in and had it replaced in record time right before a holiday weekend! They were amazing and would definitely recommend them.

Really nice guy with fast turnaround and pretty reasonable prices. Found a way to fix my old minivan for a price I could afford and had it done the next day after I dropped it off.

John & His team are incredible! I have brought every vehicle I owned to him. From a 2005 town & country that was falling apart, he helped me keep it on the road until it wasn t worth it anymore. He gives honest opinions and treated me like family. To now my 2019 Pacifica, serviced the throttle body for me, helped with battery issues, cabin air filter, etc. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my vehicles! He always goes the extra mile for customers, answers my (probably annoying) questions, and explains things so I can understand them. Best car place in Waukesha!Service: Auto maintenance

I have never felt a mechanic shop deserved a good review until now. This is an expression of my gratitude to BMS; they earned it!John is an honest, reliable (witty and humorous too) guy who is fair with prices. More importantly, the job is done correctly the FIRST time!I was surprised and very delighted he found a way to squeeze me in for a nessecary repair after I came flying in one afternoon, freaked out and worried. They had me back on the road by morning!!Thank you guys so much!

I urgently needed to get my brakes replaced and by luck they were able to get me in same day. After install I noticed the new brakes were still squeaking 6 weeks later. So I took the vehicle back and they replaced the front pads no charge. They offered me wonderful customer service and very affordable rates. We will definitely be back.Service: Brakes

BMS is awesome! They're honest and skilled and fast and they take all the stress out of car problems. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Always good movies playing in the lobby too :)

Was in town from Chicago and had a problem with my right rear brake caliper. They took my truck in right away and got me back on the road in no time at all. I can't speak any higher of a shop than this one!! Great people!!

I'm shocked that I haven't left a comment on the amazing service I receive from BMS. I love going here!! It all started back at least 8 years ago with a oil change special and the rest is history. I usually go in the mornings on my days off and I am in out within minutes. I can not recall ever having to wait longer than 20 mins. I only get oil changes from BMS. But that shouldn't stop anyone from going in, saying hello and seeing what BMS has to offer. Thank you BMS for your service as well as the nation grips through this pandemic.

Started hearing noises when turning and did not hesitate to bring my car to BMS. They'd already been highly recommended. Needed new front brakes, they were able to complete the job right away and now I'm safely back on the road. Thanks John & the team at BMS! :)

It is always nice to know that BMS will get you up and running and back on the road quickly. Always offering Fair pricing and he does not try to upsell things that you do not really need . They will fix the things that need to be fixed. Many repair shops cannot say that! BMS can. Good job John!

I have worked with BMS for years. It is a small family shop. The hours are 1st no weekends but they make it up by always being there for me. I can get my car in for a look sometimes same day. He has told me when I need a new car and has checked the new one. Thanks to BMS for years of commitment to the community.

Great, fast, friendly service....i went in for a quote and the price was 100% reasonable and I decided to get it fixed right away because they said they could have it done quickly and it was....i will definitely return for future service if needed and especially will recommend to anyone who needs their car worked on..
