My car was making an odd sound and had a service light on the dash. Their earliest appointment time was a short 3 business days later. I dropped off the car with no issues when they opened and they gave me a call about the quote and parts they needed to order that morning. They sent a text to let me know the car was ready and I was able to pick it up the same day! Their waiting room was well air-conditioned, though I never had to wait long, and all three employees that I talked to (schedule, drop off, pick up) were very knowledgeable and kind.My car sounds and drives great.Thank you!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I don't say this lightly, the team at BIC has repeatedly shown me and my family that they are a competent organization that cares about their customers. Integrity throughout.Since I was referred to them years ago, if possible I always take our vehicles there.Since I've found out, they quietly also do very important work in the community.If you're in need of automotive repair - take your vehicle to BIC. They'll earn your business!

My truck engine started acting up, BIC towed the next morning, diagnosed quickly and while unfortunately the engine needed repair (lifters), they did it quickly and the price was much less than what I feared it would be. Truck is now running great.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

They always take really good care of my vehicle! They are very kind, fast, and offer good prices. I appreciate that they offer to repair whatever needs to be done but are not pushy about it at all. Absolutely would recommend going here for auto repairs!

Love taking our car to this shop! (And who can typically say they like getting car work done!). They are so kind and reasonable here. The owner often is at the front counter and is so nice to every customer. We have taken our car to other places on weekends when they are closed if we are in a pinch but it s never the same quality work. They also quoted us at hundreds of dollars less than the dealership our car is through and I m sure their work was done even better than the dealer would have. This is a great shop to take your car to!! Highly recommend!!!

DO NOT have them service your import!! I had them change the oil and replace the filter on my 2016 Mercedes SUV. When I got back in my car there was an awful ticking sound. Then upon restart again the noise was louder and the check engine light was on. I ended up having to go to another auto shop who found that BIC had used the wrong oil and incorrect filter size. I had asked BIC prior to booking the appointment, and again when I arrived if they are familiar with my car and what it required. Both times they stated they did. However, they did not. Thankfully I immediately went to another place to fix. If I hadn't this could have completely ruined my car. I gave them 2 stars only because they refunded my money without a question asked.Service: Oil change

Made an appointment for them to repair a blown brake line. My car then sat there for 2 weeks not worked and all they would say when I called was that they don't know if their scanner would work on my 06 Mercedes to bleed the brakes. Picked my car up took it to a different locally ran shop and had my car back a day later.

There are no words to describe how overwhelming car issues are & how much I appreciate this shop- their honesty, knowledge, professionalism & diligence. I know nothing about cars, other than they re often times extremely expensive to repair & maintenance. They price very reasonably (half of what the dealership quoted) & will honestly tell you when issues are not pertinent. I have taken my cars here although I ve moved & have mechanics close by. Sooo thankful them!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

I rarely review businesses, but this mechanic is honestly so integrity filled and affordable. Once you try this mechanic for any of your auto needs, you will NOT go any where else. The attention to detail, quality of work, timeliness, and professionalism is not what you find normally. It is refreshing to see such hard working individuals. I am very grateful to have them in our lives. You need a good doctor, hair stylist, mechanic, and handy man in your life- glad I have BIC Auto for ALL my Auto needs. Highly highly suggest!!

Jason and his crew always do the best work! They are fast, yet they do it right and I've never had to go back for a second repair. Even though it's a bit out of my way, they will always have my business because of the work that they do and the customer service which is always on point!

New favorite and ONLY place we will ever take our cars from here on out.Amazing, fast, professional, kind, and love their mission.We dropped our vehicle off at roughly 9 am, we were told last night they had a packed and busy day but they would get to it. 3 hours later it was done and ready to be picked up.Thank you guys. We will be recommending you to all of our friends (our family is who recommended you to us, otherwise we'd recommend you to them too!)Please keep doing what you do!10/10 stars will be back

What a blessing to be able to take your car to a group of competent trustworthy mechanics. I have had them do numerous repairs on my vehicles and many times the final bill came in lower than their initial estimate. I recommend their services without hesitation.

I recently had work completed on my 2009 Dodge Caravan and they were able to get it fixed and back up and running in a day and half, I will be bringing my vehicle back to them when I need repairs, they are honest and trustworthy and there prices are reasonable, I had one place quote me over $3500 dollars for repairs and that was just the control arms and suspension issues, I had more than just that fixed and it was around $2600 dollars so they do what they say and are open and honest

My wife's van had the check engine light come on and the shop was recommended to me so I went for a visit. After dropping the vehicle off they called me and said the light was not on anymore. I guess they have the Magic Touch! They drove the vehicle around town a bit in an attempt to get the light to come back on but it never did. After receiving some prompt phone calls through the day keeping me aware of the situation they called around lunch to say that I could come up and get the car. Upon arriving I asked them how much I owed them, knowing they definitely invested some time on the vehicle checking it out, and they said nothing was owed. I was pleasantly shocked by that! I would have happily paid something but they refused. For this experience I worked with Steve, he was very nice to work with, very honest, and you could just tell he's the real deal. Don't hesitate to give them a try! Hopefully I won't be back too soon but I know I will go there again when the van calls for it.

These men have cared for my car like they would their own. They always make time to squeeze me in to keep my old car running. I love that it's a Christain environment. As a single woman, I trust these men to make the best judgement calls about my car and needed repairs. It's also close to a little restaurant so it's convenient to walk over and get some food while your waiting on your car repair. Or I can sit inside the shop which is clean, offers some free tea and has free wifi and wait while listening to Christian music.

I don't gush over auto repair shops but this one reeks of integrity.I actually brought my vehicle here by accident, thinking it was another shop up the street. Best mistake I ever made. If I wasn't moving to another state soon, this would be my permanent shop, but then I would leave a mediocre review so I could bring my truck here without the competition from other customers ; )

I bought a van that needed a head gasket replaced. $800 was reasonable, but a mechanic who's a friend of mine offered to do it for 500. I told him but I would take it to B I C Automotive because they said it would be done between 1 to 3 weeks and my friend said 5 to 6 weeks. Well pic ended up taking almost four months to get it done. I had bought that van to take a vacation sleeping it and everything. The vacation that I had planned had come and gone, I had taken that time off of work and I didn't even have my van. The people who I was going with also missed all that work for no reason. And they left me to pay for all of the supplies that we were going to go halves on. The terrible service at b i c cost me $800 on top of the $300 I could have saved on an actually more expedient repair Plus I lost a week's wages in addition to the cost to repair which they ended up charging full price. I address my concerns to the owner who excused it away. The second time he didn't even respond and eventually I got him to say that he understands. I never got an apology the most I got was I understand. When I did finally get it back, the guy who worked on it didn't put brackets back on the oil well or a couple of other pipes. They were just bouncing around there freely on top of a hot pipe. If this didn't cause my air conditioner to break, I wouldn't have known about the issue until that pipe would have melted through my oil well and made my car completely undrivable. Brothers in Christ Automotive gives Christianity a bad name, if I could rate 0 Stars I would. Never had worst service in my life. Avoid B I C Automotive at all cost.

We bought beater cars for our college kids to get back and forth and we got what we paid for. Hence we needed many repairs. We recently moved to Waukesha and contacted CJ's Automotive. They have taken excellent care of our cars and made the necessary repairs. They have been friendly and considerate and I would highly recommend them. at this point we have been there many, many times and our experience has always been great!

Very professional. Very well priced. Couldn t be happier with the service. Normally do all my automotive Repairs, but an injury left me sidelined and they did an excellent job! Recommend them to anybody!

I was very disappointed. I had a starter put in. Haven t been able to drive my Toyota tunder. Hard to shift in gear. I have to put petal to floor it to get it to go. When I told them my concerns the young guy told me it is fine. I drove it home and haven t driven. And to top it off , first they estimate was 300 and then they called said it more work, I said ok and it was $1000.00. Pay that much and can t drive it. Well I don t have a vehicle to drive so I will never be back!

I want to give a shout out to the people at B.I.C. Earlier this week, my husband and I were told that we needed to replace two things that would have been around $900 to fix. We just put a lot of money into some repairs on my 2005 car a few months ago so we were thinking we were going to buy a new car as it wasn't worth it to us to put more money into it. A friend recommend B.I.C to take the car in for a second opinion. After looking at the car, B.I.C. Automotive ended up telling us that there wasn't a need to get those things replaced at this time. This second opinion saved us from ditching a car that can now hopefully last us much longer! It feels so good to now know of an automotive shop that strives for complete honesty and integrity. We will definitely be back to B.I.C.

I'm a skeptical person by nature, so it often takes me awhile to develop a sense of trust in other people, particularly when it comes to my beloved Honda Odyssey. I have more than 250,000 miles on it, and I hope I take care as good of care of it as it has of me over the last 10 years.So when I was searching for someone to replace my timing belt last spring, I found CJ Automotive. All their reviews looked good, but their price was quite a bit lower than everyone else's. Was their shop too good to be true? I considered this question and decided to give them a try. A year and some 50,000 miles later, so far so good! This past Fall I decided to go with them again to replace my front struts, and then just recently had them replace my right front axle and all four tires.This is where the real story begins. When I left their shop in Fall, Rich there told me I might feel a pull due to a possible belt issue with one of my tires. If it got worse, he said to replace my tires immediately. The pull never got worse, but I knew I needed new tires anyway, so I did that earlier this month at CJ along with the axle replacement. Afterwards, the pull persisted. I brought it back the next day, and their mechanic tried swapping the two front tires. The pull still persisted. They checked the alignment, which turned out to be perfect. They checked for a dragging brake. Nothing. Then they tried replacing the new axle with my old one in the off chance that had something to do with it. Still, my van pulled to the right.I did some research online and found a guy who had the exact same problem after putting new struts on his Odyssey. Turns out there were problems with a certain brand of strut that caused - you guessed it - a pull. I brought this to Rich's attention and he assured me they'd get me straightened out. So I brought it back the next time I was in town (I live about 70 miles away), they replaced the struts with an even higher quality brand and I'm happy to report my van is now driving straight again.Here's the real kicker. Guess how much extra I had to pay for all the additional hours of diagnostic work they put into my vehicle? Not a single dime, not even for the higher-end struts they wound up replacing the defective ones with. I've read all too many stories of shops charging customers for labor in similar situations. In this case it's especially surprising given the amount of time that had passed between the original strut replacement and discovery of that as the cause of the pulling problem.To top it all off, never once did I feel like I was anything less than a highly valued customer, even though my van was taking up their valuable time for a fix that turned out to be the fault of the strut manufacturer. Every dealing I had by phone and in person with Rich, Chuck and their staff was pleasant and thoroughly professional. Like I said, I live about 70 miles away. However, I cannot recommend CJ Automotive highly enough for their honesty and integrity as mechanics. I hope I don't need to see them too often, but when the need arises, they'll be my first call. Thank you!

Thank goodness businesses like BIC still exist! This family owed shop is a Diamond in the ruff! They are honest and I never worry that I am being taken advantage of! I would never take my vehicles anywhere else! Thank you BIC!!!

Started going to CJ after our mechanic joined their crew after leaving a different local shop. He raved about working for CJ, and we've learned why. The crew is honest and friendly, and the maintenance costs are less than the previous shop. Highly recommended, and happy to see I'm the eighth person of eight reviews to give them a 5-star rating.
