My experience experience with AV auto and Victor specifically is exceptional. Because of this, I have bought several cars from him and have been pleased with all of them. My service has always been fast and efficient and he has the best prices in town. Victor thank you for all your help over the years! I will continue to refer my friends and family for years to come.

Owner, Victor was very helpful! Unfortunately, my car died and wasn't worth repairing. He gave me a reasonable price to take it off my hands! I would do business with him again and would also recommend.

I took my car in to have 2 control arms and power steering pump done. The guy replaced 2 extra control arms without asking me and went ahead and did it himself. Then tried to charge me extra for the parts when I told them I could get them cheaper. On top of that he he broke a bolt on the control arm so I had to wait until the next day which was very inconvenient. Then he lied and said he had to wait to get the bolt from the dealership. So I wait until the next day. Come to find out he welded the broken bolt back into my new control arm so it s basically useless if I wanted to get another bolt and do it properly.On top of that the brake lines were fried because of these guys doing the job halfass.On top of all of this I took it to another mechanic, and he said the control arms weren t even tightens down properly.I called the guy and he basically tried to blame me for wanting the job done in the quoted amount of time, before he did extra work to make extra money and broke the bolt which took more time and eventually led to my brake lines leaking. One more extra, he quoted me at one price for the power steering pump then tried to raise it another $100 dollars after giving me the price. Very Very shady guy don t take your vehicle here if you won t guaranteed work done properly.

Do not take your cars to this shop the owner and employees are always drinking on the job and always mess up the jobs they re doing. And he doesn t like to pay his employees and takes Advantage of them!!!
