Stopped in this morning to get new wiper blades before the snow comes tomorrow. The man (I didn't catch his name) at the register was kind enough to look up and verify that I had grabbed the correct sizes. Then a young man named Ethan (who was very friendly and cheery) came out to my car and put them on for me. I was very impressed, and so relieved to know I'd be able to see clearly while driving this winter season. Thank you!

My headlight went out last night and the worker today helped me replace it free of charge and was super sweet. I also have come here in the past for other car issues and they have given me their input! These people are saints! Thank you!!

I forgot to leave a review last week, but I wanted to mention that the tall gentleman, whom I believe is named Noah, is amazing. It was freezing outside, and my husband, who is in the military, was away. I needed lightbulbs for my car and a battery, and Noah took the time out of his day to help me with the best prices. He had an amazing attitude, and he even replaced my lightbulbs for my headlights and installed my battery. Additionally, he checked all the fluids in my car and taught me some things. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you, Noah; bless you!

I want to let y all know this is my favorite auto zone! They always help put in lights or anything that needs to be replaced. Ethan was working tonight and he went as far as watching a YouTube video to figure out how to replace my license plate lights! He was awesome and very kind! He deserves a a raise! Waukesha auto zone on sunset by family dollar is the best store they are all great workers there!

Great store, every time I ve been here everyone is always helpful and friendly. Specifically today, Noah helped me out with replacing my car battery. He was nice and friendly from the start. Then my radio went out and he helped me fix that too. Please give this man a raise! Noah if you see this, thank you again so much and may the force be with you!

Autozone saved the day! My car wouldn t start out of nowhere after 4 years of working fine, so I jumped it and brought it in to have the battery tested. Sure enough, I needed it replaced. Mike helped me out and was kind enough to replace it for me right before the store closed in the freezing temperatures. Thank you so much for putting in the extra time for me.

Walked in to the store with my sister to pick out car accessories, at the check out the manager (who s white) proceeded to speak to us in Spanish then asked persistently if we were Mexican. He began to say that the boy working at checkout went to a school full of Mexicans and started asking us if we spoke Spanish and tried pushing us to speak Spanish. Not only that, he also started saying tequila! and making jokes about our ethnicity. It not only made uncomfortable but it shocked us to have experienced something like this.

I had a small tire compressor that stopped working- figured it was a fuse. Jeffrey P. offered to help. He checked the fuse on the compressor cigarette lighter plug and the fuse was good. He then checked the compressor using his car's cigarette lighter and it worked. So he then went above and beyond by replacing the cigarette lighter fuse in my car and the compressor worked! He spent a lot of time with me and I am so grateful! Being an older person I didn't want to be stuck with a flat tire anywhere.

I ve been coming here for years. I encountered Benjamin, the new (I believe store manager). He provided excellent service from start to finish! He even put my new headlight in for me which saved me so much time and stress. On top of all of that, he put a smile on my face with his positive attitude and genuine personality. Benjamin is an exceptional employee and a great asset to the store!

Went in to have buy a headlight bulb, and two workers came out to replace it for me. It was not easy to access, but they worked hard to do a nice job. In the extreme heat it was greatly appreciated!

Benjamin is the GOAT. Very friendly and helpful, professional. Definitely one of the bros. If you re a car noob ask for Ben he makes it feel like you can t ask a stupid question. Thanks man!

Shopped today for an air filter and wiper blades. The air filter wasn't in stock but he found one at another store which I will pick up tomorrow. Had the wiper blades and installed them right away.Excellent service, good personality and will definitely return for other needs.

Get it together!! Driving all the way to Milwaukee, when I was told this morning they were ordering the part and it will be there by 2 pm!!!! Called them at 3pm and got the "ohhh we didn't order it!"
