The phone was answered rather quickly and the cashier was helpful with suggestions and alternatives. The service took a little longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait. My car rides better and my new tires don't ping when I drive. All in all, I'm very pleased with the service and the cost

It started off not good I m not going to lie. We were in need of two tires from them being slashed criminally. Basically they almost couldn t put the tires on the day of the appointment and it was a lot of miscommunication from the older lady who works the desk. The techs here are very amazing not the associates at the desk unfortunately she did not inform us at all about policy from the start and that s what started the confusion. The manager here that runs this auto shop here was a blessed angel and he ended up working out a solution for us in the end and went over and beyond what he could ve done. I will have to check for his name again but he was a very nice man and deserves to work with the public. Thank you so much for helping us when we felt out of options. Unfortunately the front desk lady just was not helpful and added a lot to our already stressed brains. His name was Joshua. Walmart please reward this incredible man with a raise, paid vacation, anything since they can t accept tips. Which they should be allowed to @walmart.

had a tire mount and balance towards end of the day, The technician refused to break loose lug studs(its an audi so it doesnt have lug nuts) because they seemed tight(I sure hope they would be), So they then sent me on my way home, declaring the car would be undriveable and unsafe if one of the lug studs broke(proceeded to let me drive the car which both of the front tires were riding on the wires)

I purchased and had Wal-Mart install four Michelin tires on my Toyota. I could not find the tires cheaper anywhere else as well as the install. Tires arrived at my Walmart on time and install only took 75 minutes. Very pleased with the entire process.

After our car breaking down on 94 and we had the tow truck tow it here on a hunch that we would have better prices in better service than one of the four shops that we passed. It was a Sunday and we slept in the parking lot waiting for them to open at eight. They were open at 7:45 and had already begun work on the car by 8 o clock. The price for four tires was only $50 more than the price even quoted at tires plus for one tire. I realize that the quality might be different but $300 versus $1000 is crazy. They were quick. It only took about an hour to put in all four tires. On a sidenote they had really good coffee

Reasonable prices, outstanding service with the BEST staff, even while short staffed! Got 4 new tires for a Rav4. Purchased and installed at this location at the last minute. They literally made availability for me the day before my road trip so I could drive safely!Thank You!

Excellent experience, fast service and I love that they text you when your car is done. Very affordable oil change they did a great job. Only issue was I walked all the way around outside instead of asking for them to open the door I came in. I'll know for next time, it is locked once you enter. They do have a seating area or you can walk around Walmart.

Best auto care center around. They work very fast and take really good care of you as a customer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they do anything they possibly can to make sure you're well cared for.

I got a oil change very quick and even sent a text to let me know when it was done. I didn't know that I had a sealed steering system so they charged me for the 35 oil change but really did the pit crew change minus thay they used a higher brand of oil. So next time I'll be just doing the pit crew.

I used to go to the Janesville location but kept getting terrible service: attitude, long service and wait times, incomplete services, bad customer sevice period. So I stopped going to Walmart auto centers in general. However, since I bought my tires at Walmart I wanted the free tire rotation and decided to also get an oil change at the same time. Decided to go with Watertown location since Janesville was saying they don't do appointments for those services only for new tire installations! What?! Called Watertown, no problem. Set the appointment. Went in and got the work done and everyone there was so much friendlier and much much better service. Night and day difference between the 2 locations. I'll gladly go back here but never going to the Janesville one again. Great job to the Watertown team, that's how business should be ran!

Over the last year the place has been pretty bad but the last few months it's been on the upswing. Glad they finally got rid of the guy with the pink hair....he was holding the department back and was too easily distracted. Just need to do a better job of keeping the waiting area clean, stocked with fresh coffee and new magazines. If you add a TV the rating would be 5 stars!

Good custemer service. But they didn't like my truck so they told me to come back when breaks are fixed, completely understandable. I took tires off in parking lot and took them in to get changed and they charged an extra 14 dollors per tire for doing it that way. So lesson is make sure breaks work before you go.

Oil change done correctly ...tire pressure 45lbs on a 40lbs max tire ....car was fine before service after thought my car was broken as it was shaking violently ..when i brought it to there attention i was told that their people wouldnt do that offered no compensation. No apologies

Walk in. Put new tires on at low cost van I got had bad tires. So got $500 off to buy tires $400.

They said they changed my.oil and my oil filter but didn't because it still has the the same filter from farm and fleet on it . And when I called to complain because in van is having major issues with something to do with the oil pressure . They deny it's their fault. And supposedly they have it on video that they did change the filter but won't let me see the footage.. They are not taking any responsibility for their negligence of doing their job they were paid to do.. DO NOT GO TO WAL-MART AND HAVE THEM TOUCH YOUR Vehicle THEY WILL SCREW IT UP ..

Went in with a slow leak. Said it may be a valve stem. As that had happened on the same car twice. My mistake. They came out and told me that it was the valve stem. Drove 40 miles and the slow leak was still there at the exact same rate.Do not go there!

My car battery died in the Walmart parking lot and one of the car department techs took time out of his busy schedule to jump start it for me. His name is Matt, and he is awesome. Then I found out if you buy a battery there, they install it for free, which is also awesome. Thanks Matt!

I've had not great experiences there in the past but this time was great. They got my car in and out quickly and the tech explained the service he had done

Let's just say it ended with me having to file an insurance claim. And taking it to professional mechanic to fix the mistake.

The worst service possible ever ask them to do something on the vehicle which is part of the service and they did not do it get home call them up they had an attitude come in to have it done I have to wait and would not give me a reimbursement do not recommend Walmart auto center to anyone.
