I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone. They were committed to customer satisfaction and made the experience of my car accident oddly pleasant. The customer service representative, Danielle, ALWAYS had a smile on her face and was very punctual and helpful when it came to finding answers to my questions. She genuinely seemed happy to help, her excellent customer service deserves a raise! My car is perfect again, and this shop stands behind their work as well.

The staff was excellent from start to finish. They were very helpful and detail oriented when it came to explained the repairs they did after my wife hit a turkey with her van. The van looks better than new! They took the extra steps in ensuring color match and even detailed the exterior and interior as part of the service. I highly recommend their services!

I've had Pesicek repair body damage on several occasions and am always beyond satisfied with their work. They deal directly with my insurance and complete the work on time and on budget. I have never had a single problem with anything they fix and my truck always comes back looking as good as the day it rolled off the lot. They even cleaned the inside of dog hair and mud at no charge. I will always have them do any repairs that are needed and recommend them extremely highly.

The attention to detail is amazing. They handled the insurance company, completed the repair washed the car , gave us flowers and sent us a very nice thank you note. What's not to like!

What an excellent experience!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Professional in every sense of the word from start to finish. An unexpected bonus was I dropped the car off dirty inside from the crappy Wisconsin weather and it was returned to me clean and fresh inside and out. I can't thank Jordan, Bill and the rest of the staff enough at Pesicek of Watertown for taking GREAT care of me!!

Took my auto in for a headlight lens replacement on an ins. claim and they not only fixed my car but washed it too!!! Even the inside was cleaned.My second time using Pesicek of Watertown and they always get it done right. The first time.Thank you Pesicek!
