Great customer service a O'Reilly's location. Very pleased with how quickly they help you here. I'm in and within 10 minutes every visit.

I had great customer service with Nick the store manager. I needed to have my battery levels checked. Before checking, he asked me why I thought I needed a new battery. I explained that I had left work for the day and I went out and nothing! My husband did come and jump it and it started right away. He proceeded to check it and it came up bad battery. We went back in the store to see what I needed etc. I asked if he could put it in for me and he said absolutely. The strap down bracket didn't fit right so he even brought it back in the store to bend one of the posts so it would fit right. All around great personal customer service! Most definitely will be back again.

I originally posted one star review but Ben the manager called me and made everything right.If he hadn't done that I would be still telling people not to shop at O'Reilly's so thank you Ben.

They are always helpful. The people here were able to locate a receipt from a year ago. A previous employee never added my rewards when I checked out. They tracked the purchase down, added it and replaced my battery- which I was told was unreturned previously. Was very pleased with 180 change in service here since the original purchase.

Very knowledgeable staff, was in town for the holidays and needed fuel filters cross referenced, five minutes and had what I needed in my hands and truck was back on the road.

Courteous service twice in one week. One young fella in night shift not so knowledgeable, but found part quickly. I've found this Sun Prairie, Watertown and Columbus stores to be well stocked on Honda CRV and CHEVY TRAILBLAZER parts. $120 cheaper than Holz Motors for a replacement door lock remote I could program myself in 3 minutes. A little higher priced than AMAZON, but did not have to wait.

Very friendly and helpful. Employee checked out my check engine light. I also purchased gas cap which employee installed for me. Great!

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, parts almost always in stocks, for older vehicles as well. Ordered parts are same day delivery. Best parts store by far

Had what i needed cheaper than the rest needed snowmobile spark plug NGK 6669 AND THEY HAD IT!!! REST NEEDED TO ORDER THEM!!
