My Colorado was leaking oil so I took it to Northside to have them look at it. They were able to quickly diagnose the leak and found the next problem before it happened. I have always been skeptical of some auto places because it can be hard to know if the issues actually need to be fixed or not. With Northside, you get a report that includes pictures of the issues before you move forward with any repairs. The report was text to my phone actually. This was great for my piece of mind in this expensive repair. The repair was done quickly and the truck is working great now. I received text updates along the way. l so I knew what was going on Very happy!

I was welcomed the moment I walked in the door. The Service Advisor kept me abreast of the progress of my car and then went over what was found along with a breakdown of the bill. Very professional. From what I can tell, the service technician did a great job. I definitely will go back and I suggest that you check them out.

Everything was seamless... I filled out an online appointment request (because I requested it after hours) they got back to me bright and early the next day. The appointment was right away the same week. Jake was very efficient and thourough with the information transfer and the check out process. Well done Northside my experience was a breath of fresh air!!

With auto shops nowadays, I m always very skeptical, however, this place blew me away. Awesome staff and customer service here! Everything was explained to me throughly and they made sure I was aware before moving on with any services. They even asked if I wanted to come back into the shop to check out the issue with my car for myself while it was up in the air They text you with estimates, inspection results and photos of the work that is done/needs to be done. Couches are comfy and they offer coffee, bottled water, and pop for those waiting. Thank you for the help, it means a lot!

Northside is my auto repair supplier of choice. I trust their work implicitly, they are always fair. The text feedback and web driven feedback tools are great to understand the status without a phone call. Highly recommended.

Everyone at Northside is friendly and helpful. When my car needed to be in the shop for an extended period of time, they even offered me the use of a loaner vehicle free of charge. I started coming to Northside Auto a year ago because my other mechanic didn't offer a place to wait, no loaner, an no way to get a loan for anything major. The owner here is awesome, people are great an they have you back on the road in a day unless it's a major job then the next day. They send you pictures of what is being done an text you to follow up. Can't say enough about this place!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Took our van in to them for the first time to have our ac fixed. They also did an oil change and changed our air filter. They really worked with us and were very professional! Overall, great experience!!!

Got us in same day. Did a pressure test on cooling system. Found leak in bottom fins of the radiator Replaced my radiator, oil change and transmission change. Couldn't have been more satisfied with their ability to squeeze it in troubleshoot it quickly and repair everything in the same day. Stopped by on 8/11 Friday ,the owner John was there (they are closed on Fridays) told him I have a wire hanging down in front of my car, he stopped what he was doing and came outside to look , he said it's the ambient temperature sensor. He was able to find where it plugs in and fixed it at no charge. Thanks John

Not impressed. I brought my car in for a bad wheel bearing. They said it wasn't that. Gave a few suggestions. Had those addressed. Was still acting up. Brought it back after getting a second opinion. Was told my abs censor was damaged due to the bad bearing that was misdiagnosed by them. Wasn't willing to take responsibility for that and I had to pay full price for there incompetence. Won't be returning.

I made an appointment for three service purposes: AC diagnostic (not blowing cold), check engine light, which was pre-diagnosed as a thermostat issue, and transmission flush. Two individuals (one clearly in training and the veteran employee assisting) took down my service needs. I was quoted about $600 for everything. I agreed to the service and left my vehicle at the shop for several hours. When my vehicle was finished I was told they found no leaks in my AC system, so they charged it with refrigerant. I drove away with $650 spent and, seemingly, all problems fixed. However, when I got home, my AC system had obvious leaks. Green liquid was visibly and audibly leaking into the driveway. The location of the leaks were widely known problem spots on this model of vehicle. Additionally, I learned in looking more closely at my paperwork that my transmission was not flushed. Rather, my coolant system was flushed at the cost of about $170. I called to ask about these issues and was told to bring my vehicle back; that the AC could be easily fixed in a half hour now that the leaks were found. I gladly went back only to have them confirm the leak locations I had already located and then quote me $1500 for further repair. Regarding the transmission flush, I was told that service was never included in my work order. The owner chalked that up to the inexperience or carelessness of his new employee, but he failed to take accountability for the cause of this, either poor hiring screening or poor training. He did offer 10% off labor on this service if I were to bring my vehicle back, but the service would still cost me over $400. All-in-all, I was charged $650, and only the thermostat was repaired. Nothing else was fixed. I am extremely disappointed with such poor service and communication and will not take another vehicle.Services: A/C system maintenance, Thermostat repair, Transmission repair, Auto maintenance

Went to have a nail pulled out of my tire. Told me I have dry rotted tires. Been a mechanic for 40 years and I know what dry rot looks like. Took my my truck to another shop and said my tires r fine.

These guys are pretty well respected and trusted within the community, pretty much everyone told us to take our cars to them when we moved to the area. Their service is pretty fairly priced. The oil change is a wee bit expensive compared to other shops, but they do have coupons so be sure to look for one we need your oil change. They also give a free oil change for every fifth visit if you sign up for their customer club. Also, they are more skilled and have more capabilities then many other shops around. Most importantly they are very honest and do a full inspection of their work. I'm happy and will keep bringing my cars here.

I had called your service department to have a fuel pump replaced on my 2004 F250 truck on a Wednesday morning and I was told I would not be able to have it looked at until the following week. Latter that morning the service desk called me back and due to a cancellation I was able to have it towed in. They were able to complete the work for me to pick it up that evening. The service was very timely and well done but expensive.

Had a slow leaking tire. These guys got me in, sent a text message with a link to their inspection findings, repaired the tire same day, Car was ready when they said it would be, Outstanding service, They got me in, out, great work! Great price. Will definitely be back for other maintenance.

These guys are straight about the customer. I had a rough few days with tire issues, Ryan and John took care of me right before they were closing, knew I was in desperate need and they helped me out tremendously! All your tire needs definitely highly recommended A++. They do other mechanical work also. Thank you Northside Auto for your patience with me and taking care of my tire issues right away with no appointment. Definitely look forward to doing business with y all in the future!

I had a really good experience at Northside Auto. I called them a few days ago and explained to them that I needed front brake pads installed, and they were working on my brakes within about 20 minutes. Most places would not have squeezed me in. Thank you so much guys, and I know you can t always squeeze people in like that, but you did. I would recommend everyone that I know to go to Northside Auto if they re having car issues.
