I purchased a used Polaris UTV from a private seller in September 23 and this dealership refuses to service it. They told me they only service existing customers and I agreed to be placed on a 10 week waiting list. Still have heard nothing. Very poor communication. I would never do business here!

The lady working the front counter, phenomenal. Called the day before to have gasket set aside picked up and it was waiting for me then asked fire another part and she found it for me no problem. She was super polite.

Called to make an appointment for service but unfortunately they are 8 weeks out on appointments. The woman apologized and said "let me have a technician speak with you". Marcus got on the phone and spent 10 minutes going over what was wrong, what I have done so far and suggested other things to check. They could have easily said that we are booked up and left it at that but they went above and beyond!

I have recently bought 2 new Polaris snowmobiles. Assault 850 and VR1 650.First time customer with them. They were the best dealership I have boughten from. Super accommodating and friendly! I will be returning to purchase more products and machines from them for sure. Love the small town feel and service!

Took my ATV in for tires, tune-up and some extras. Great service and prices. The staff is very friendly and didn't rush you to get something else done. They took the time to explain what they did and why. Just a great team. I would recommend them to anyone

We have been a customer of Hartwig's for years and will continue to purchase from them as well as utilize the service department. My favorite thing about their business is that they always treat you the same whether you are spending $10 or $10,000. No pressure--family atmosphere!!!

We bought our 1st Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Premium here recently. We cannot say enough nice things about the dealership. Amy and John were an absolute pleasure to work with. Any and John were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We will never go to another dealership. I would highly recommend Hartwigs to anyone!

First time customer, I called and asked for a small part and a belt for a 22 year old atv I didn t think anyone would carry and none of the other dealerships had in stock, they had it in stock. I was not able to get there until after hours and they even left it somewhere for me to pick up. Jane was extremely nice and deffinatelty went the extra mile for that little $12 part. I will be back

The only place to purchase from, its a fair, friendly family atmosphere that makes you feel welcome beyond any expectations. I am 2nd generation purchasing from them and didn't even hesitate to come back. Please support the local business who is active in the community, you will never be disappointed!

I was looking for a part for a polaris quad, that was no longer available from polaris . This dealership just happened to still have one in stock per the Polaris part location system. Contacted them Monday morning about the part.These guys found it in their stock and had it shipped out to me the same day! 2 days later part was on my door step. Outstanding service and constant communication with me until I received my part. These guys are the best! I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends or use them again for all my polaris parts or to purchasnemachine if I was in the market for a new one.

Best motor sports dealer around. Just bought a Polaris Ranger from Hartwigs and can't say enough how great they are to work with. Very helpful, friendly and fair. Will buy all my Polaris products there in the future.

Our family has been dealing with the Hartwig family for over 30 years. Always top notch service and priced right. Recently, I had ordered a new 2021 Indy 850. Hartwig's went above and beyond to bridge the gap of the COVID-19 problems Polaris was having. That is a value you cannot put a price on!!

If you didn't purchase from them don't bother calling to get warranty or recall work done. Been told twice now that if they didn't sell it they'd rather not work on it.

I ve been a customer of theirs for over a decade, I have about 3 dealers closer to my house and I drive past them all to go here. They understand getting the customer back up and going better than anyone. Will continue to buy all my equipment from them.
