I had an appointment the other day which my fiance sent my truck in for a tire change. Front desk service is stellar, and my interactions over the phone were a positive experience compared to other shops I've called. The truck was in and out within 20 or so minutes and although the prices are a bit higher than I've seen at shops in the past it looks like the money was well invested back into the business, in a way that shows care for the customer. There is a play area for kids and other amenities for those who are in the waiting area. I'll continue supporting this local business as soon I need some new tires on one of our other vehicles.

My father-in-law order me tires as a wedding present and all I had to do was make an appointment to put them on. J&L got me in and out in an hour and they did a great job. Waiting room is really nice and they have free cookies and beverages while you wait!

One of the best shops I have ever worked with. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Doesn't matter if it is your first time there or your tenth. Most companies only care about one thing; how much money they can get from you. J & L is honest and the one thing they care about is their customers! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They treat you as if you were family, maybe even better!

So my wife has been here twice for her oil change and tire rotations. As far as the work is concerned they seem to do a good job minus the oil/grease hands on the steering wheel. But the service SUCKS. My side was told the 1st time, oh an hour. She sat for almost 2. And before hand said her vehicle and wiper blade size, he laughed at her and said oh we keep those in stock. THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY! Second time around, oh it will be an hour. Two hours later we call after she was told yes we will contact you as soon as it is done. Good thing we called, it was done.

The quote I got for headlights on a '16 Mazda 6 was "I have to see if we have time for it"In reality what they were trying to say was "the 8 clips it will take and the half turn on the bulb is $105 dollars"

I was on my way to work this morning and must have hit a pot hole somewhere because I blew out the sidewall on my tire. These guys were willing to run me to my office and pick me up at the end of the day, which was just super nice because I was onboarding a new employee and it would have looked super unprofessional if I had not been there. I appreciate that help!

I've taken my business to J&L Tire for many years. Todd has always been able to work with me on anything I needed. They've diagnosed my vehicles to insure their work is worth it. Such as, suggesting other components be replaced before new tires are in installed. Or, if I ever needed a specific tire they would order it and have it within a day. They are quick to get your vehicle serviced and have a waiting room suitable to entertain little kids if need be. Their facility is always clean and in tip top shape. I look forward to continuing my business with J&L Tire.

Firstly, these guys are honest. I have been in three times to get things checked out on three vehicles. They don't try to sell you. They speak the truth. Only one of those three vehicles actually needed new tires. One a repair, the other fine. Secondly, they take time to sell. They talked to me to understand my driving needs, and helped me with the right choice for my price range. Lastly, they give back to the community. They have been involved in a few community programs we have come across with my kids. This is what a business in Watertown should look like. Thanks J&L.

Love going to J &L tires! Their honest and the pricing is reasonable. The problem we had with our vehicle, they asked us to come in and talk with them to fully understand the problem. They take the time and they care!

Been using this location for last 4 years, and Johnson Creek location for last 15 years. Doug is an excellent person, on the front end of operations to deal with. I've always found J & L to be extremely reasonably priced, honest, and the job is always done quick and skillfully. Recently dropped Subaru off assuming I needed my front breaks replaced due to milage and noise, they were able to make a minor adjustment, notified me I had plenty of pad left, rotated tires (purchased from them) and charged me a very fair price. Wow, integrity all the way. Again thanks to Doug and the whole crew at J &L, you have my business for life.Thanks

Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful. I never feel like I am being ripped off here. The waiting area is legit as well. I always grab a soda and a cookie when I come. I once even had to stay the entire time it took to repair my car (4 hours) and I did not feel put out at all. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Oh and they have loaner cars if you need one.

Doug and the folks at J&L are top notch. After traveling 4 states to our destination, we needed new tread so we stopped there. Great prices great service. Would definitely recommend.

Don t take your car here if you want the work done right the first time. Technicians apparently do not know how to diagnose problems, they love to beat around the bush or give you the run around. ASE certified by little tikes so the quality of work is subpar, but the customer isn t right only misconstrued. Warranty labor is not prioritized, so you go back to the bottom of the list even after you ve already paid for the incomplete services. Will not be returning, assuming the car is safe to drive after the service

While I was at work they picked up my vehicle, put on new tires and returned it to my place of employment before my shift was over. I hate buying tires and service centers in general as I always feel like I m getting ripped off....I felt comfortable and confident this time. Would recommend hands down!

Very impressed with the speed that the work was completed at. I had an oil change and 4 tires installed in under two hours. Doug was great to work with and very respectful!

5 stars, I had to take my truck on a longer trip on short notice. Doug and the guys in Watertown got my truck in and serviced and got the new tires in and on in only two days!! Worked Great !! Thank You for the good service.

They were very friendly. Did what I asked them to do. They couldn't figure out my tire sensors. Did explain what they did. Gave me a free tire rotation for waiting so long. Would highly recommend them.

Ran over a screw while in town from out of state for a funeral and J and L helped me with the spare and torqued the bolts for me as well. They were quick and very friendly. Would recommend.

Well, after one oil change, I'd say I'm impressed. Staff was friendly and service time was as expected (about 40 minutes). Nice waiting area, as well.

The car my wife drives had the battery go bad and I needed the battery changed ASAP. The service was amazing and thorough! Quality and caring place that does amazing work and supports the community as well!

I have 5 vehicles and always get my tires from here. Great work and service. Ask for Doug, he'll take care of you. I don't go anywhere else for tires.

Great service! Appointments run on time. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility. If you choose to wait, the waiting area has WiFi and comfortable seating.

I was pricing a new set of tires and had bought from them before, but this time they didn't have the best deal. However, they were the only ones that could give me nitrogen inflation

Doug was very thorough in explaining to my daughter what he thought needed to be done with her car to put her at ease so she wasn't worrying every time she got behind the wheel.. would highly recommend J&L.

Wife's car got a flat on way to conference, I was 30 mi away, had car towed to J&L and they replaced ASAP, tires had to be brought in from Milwaukee, Al and the team did an awesome job, waiting room super comfortable, free coffee, cookies, thanks again.
