As you would expect, AutoZone has a large selection of parts and accessories to fit and care for the most common autos and trucks. They also have staff who are friendly and helpful, while the computer system allows them to find most parts not normally stocked or regularly sold.

Great customer service. They replaced my battery quickly even though it was legitimately 30 below zero (Dec. 23) with the wind chill. The 2 guys working that morning showed terrific customer service abd great attitudes.

Kind of a small location with not nearly as many products stocked as the Johnson Creek store. That being said you can usually find what you need if you're in a pinch or something reasonably close. Though if looking for a more specific product you may need to go to one of the larger chain stores in town. Fortunately, you can check what's in stock or carried here using the website or app.The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is pretty well organized.

Stopped there to buy a motorcycle battery, asked the kid at the counter if he could look up the battery I needed for the make and model of my motorcycle he pointed to a shelf where the motorcycle batteries were and told me I'd have to look it up myself on the AutoZone app. So what I'm thinking is why is he even working there if he can't look up a part so I went to O'Reilly, asked the lady at the counter if they had motorcycle batteries she asked me what's the year, make and model I told her they had a battery so I bought it there. I will never go to AutoZone again. Unfortunately I have to leave one star in order for this review to post.

A perfect experience and would be five stars if you avoid the older man that works there. He was very rude about a group of ladies needing help, making him do his job. And made me feel stupid for the simplest of things. But the younger workers are awesome and treat you right. They give good advice and answer any questions you have. The prices are also good in my experience.

I needed a battery and was happy auto zone does the work for you. I had the most complicated system holding my battery. The Manger, so embarassed I didn't ask her name, jumped right in and managed to get the battery out. The whole time she was all smiles. I haven't had this great of service for a long time. I am extremely grateful. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service. It definitely made my day!

I ve always been pleased with the service this location provided. It never fails though, whenever I go to pic up a quick part there s always a ton of people here. Their service must be that amazing to always be packed with people. Or maybe Watertown s roads just suck that bad an people need to keep replacing worn parts on their vehicle. Which lever this place has my business.

This AutoZone has always been amazing to me. The staff is usually friendly and they're always easy to work with.I had an issue once awhile back with my original alternator and had ordered one from these guys. I got a dud, not once, but twice, and when I came in each time it was - never - a hassle to try and get it resolved. Through Eric's diligence and good attitude, I've got what I need and healthy conversation in the process.Just today, I was driving to work and right as I passed their first entrance on Church St., my belt snapped and I had just enough time to pull into their parking lot. I had the great pleasure of working with Eric again and explained to him what had happened. Thankfully I knew what parts I needed and was able to put most of them on hold (they had stock!). I was allowed to store my car there until after my shift, and then repair my vehicle without fear of being towed. The staff here has my ticket. It's been awesome having an AutoZone I can trust after moving up here from Colorado.Thank you guys!

Came the other day and while I found what I wanted and the person behind the counter helped me he kept giving me this weird look like he didn't understand why I was in the store. Also the parking lot lines have been faded for years; need maintenance. Getting in the parking lot is also not easy. Had to Johnson Creek and use their location for a better experience.

Knowledgeable manager was helpful with suggesting right quality parts. I appreciate them using diagnostics tool for check engine light. They also lend out tools with parts purchase. Prices are very competitive. I recommend their Duralast Gold line - worth the slightly extra money and still a great value.

I contacted AutoZone today and Angel D assisted me In diagnosing a turn signal issue, then replaced the defective bulb for free while I waited. I always get great service at AutoZone. Thanks Angel!

Needed my battery changed, guy at the counter could barely do. Come home to find out he didn t even put everything back together correctly, leads weren t put back on right. Only went there because my battery was already dead and needed to get to work. Next time I ll miss work and have it done correctly.

My daughter took her car to AutoZone for a new battery. Worst experience ever for her! They were rude, condescending and less than helpful. Yes, they did the work but acted like they were being put out by her being there. Not to mention, they scolded her because she didn't know what size engine was in the car..I mean, isn't that within your capabilities to find that out? Definitely not going back anytime soon.

Easy drop off of used oil and filter. Prices of oil are about average, need to find a sale to save a few dollars. What matters most is the friendly service.

I needed to buy a repair kit for my Holley electric fuel pump. I knew Autozone would not stock it but I could order it. The staff was helpful but really clueless to what I was looking for. As I had the actual part number they were able to find and order the kit for delivery next day. We will hope they can deliver on time. The price was suggested list by the manufacturer but if I actually get it on time so what. Staffed by people that are not car tech but rely way too much on a computer screen.

Woman at the counter was rude af, no semblence of proper customer service. We were previously sold an incorrect part, and she tried to brush us off.You don't want to provide customer service, don't work in a customer facing job.

I'm going to generalize my experience with every auto zone I've ever been to (which is allot of them):Parts people have no idea what they are talking about, and are more often than not rude. They will try to screw you on tools when you return them (long story involving a employee stealing a tool I rented and returned)They sell Sub-par parts, I went through 6 alternators and 2 weeks before I got one that was goodThey will give you the wrong part many different times and argue its correctDid I mention that their employees have no business selling or knowledge of car partsThey will do their best to weasel out of honoring a warrenty

Part was a perfect fit. Only reason not 5 stars was only one person at counter doing a phone diagnosis for a couple translating on another phone. Not really Auto Zone's issue but it created an unexpected waiting time for other patrons that we're really buying something not getting free advice for someone in a different state.

Nice shop, the staff are friendly and helpful. I've had to stop in a few times to get a check engine light diagnosed or a battery tested. The staff were knowledgeable and directed me on what part I needed or what type of repair might be in my future.

It seems like every time I need brakes, etc. for my American vehicles, they only carry the high-end expensive ones and everything else has to be ordered in. I always end up running to Johnson Creek since that store has just about everything in stock. If I wanted to order it in, I would ve bought it from Amazon.

I've been coming to this store in Watertown since 2003, I've seen many employees come & go including myself, but by far the current staff is the worst I've ever seen. Until this current management is disposed of I will not be giving them another cent. They are RUDE & knowledge is poor of both automotive & how to do their jobs correctly. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars over the years. Disgusting.

I had a burned out tail light bulb that I couldn't get out. Darren came outside and changed it for me. He wouldn't even accept a few dollars for his trouble. That's what I call service. Thanks.

It is rare that I can't get the part I need. I work on all my vehicles. At times they are busy and dont offer much help...but overall they can check diagrams and offer advice for most jobs. Today, I was glad to find out they will charge my dead battery and check it for free.

Could have been a bad day for the person at the counter when we visited but holy moly, talk about being blah about your job.It was really off putting. We weren't in a dire need for a part but had we been I may have pointed that out for a proper comparison. Jeez

Not very friendly, more interested in themselves then helping customers. My last experience, I walked in and was ask if they could help, I mentioned what I was looking for and was given the, "over there" with a wave of the hand. I wandered around looking for my part, figured out they didn't have what I wanted. Not once did anyone come out to help, I'm not sure they even knew I left until the door chimed.

I was recommended to stop by and have autozone check my vehicles codes to see why my check engine light was on. Even on the front window of the shop it explains that they d check it out for the customer. I even checked online and the website states they have a code checking service, I stopped in and was told that she wouldn t preform the service and showed me they code checkers they had for sale instead of helping me or giving any advice on what to do next. Mind it I d never even been in an auto store before, I expected a little bit of help at least. I called a mechanic friend instead and they told me the autozone in Johnson s creek checks their cars out for them all of the time, looks like I ll have to try getting some help there instead.

Eric was a wizard at finding the right parts and fluids that we needed to fix my car the right way. So very knowledgeable and helpful. And his sense of humor made the visit extra fun
