Was a really nice experience went pretty fast and they were very professional and thorough. Would definitely head back and since I bought carwash codes while I was getting my oil changed it's probably going to be soon.

I ve been coming here since 2019, and I ve always been grateful to the polite and professional mechanics who take care of my vehicle. They explain services that are needed without ever being pushy. On my last visit I had some extra services done in addition to my oil change, and they also ordered me an air filter (which had been out of stock on my last few visits) and will call me when it arrives next week so I can stop and have that done too. I used to live near here, but I moved a few years ago. I keep coming back, even though it s about 20 minutes out of my way, because I appreciate the way they work. Thanks for everything!

I had a great experience getting my oil changed! Britt answered all of my questions and was enjoyable to work with. Not only was I treated like a friend, they were very fast. Just wanted to leave a review because good people and businesses these days are hard to find.

Britt and the team (I apologize, I do not remember their names) were professional and very helpful. I am pretty unfamiliar with cars and the time they took to explain each step was very appreciative. My car was giving them a difficult time, but they never showed any negative or stressed attitudes. They remained positive throughout getting an emissions test, oil change, flushing my transition fluid, and putting in a new filter. Great customer service and they even cheered as a team after my car was being difficult. Definitely a positive minded group!

Have been going to this location over 15 years, will never return. Tech accidentally pulled wrong bolt from bottom side of transfer case when checking fluid level...it snapped off leaving a hole which drained entire transfer case out the bay door and through parking lot with nobody stopping the vehicle or calling to let us know! Drove vehicle home leaving oil trail from bay door to my driveway. Returned to report issue for tech to state transfer case was bone dry upon arrival...only way to know that is to remove drain plug and yet nothing was stated on receipt except trainsfer case=good. Today is day 5 and still no return call, still no vehicle to drive. $10 part will now cost in excess of $2500 to repair...turning into my insurance and adding rental vehicle to their bill. My truck is going in for repairs on day 7 since incident...hopefully UAW strike doesn't drag out the repair and vehicle rental, gonna cost the owners substantially for not responding to in person complaint.***UPDATE***Today is day 30...still no response from management.I've now spoken to 3 different "managers" at location whom keep telling me to be patient as it is out of their hands and is under investigation.No email, phone call, or letter from corporate regarding this situation...just been completely ignored...***2nd UPDATE***More than a month ago I finally heard from district manager, sounds Like incident was never reported to him. Forwarded pictures and have been waiting ever since. Was told claims dept would be looking at footage from cameras. Have NOT heard anything back as to next step. All I know is it's now winter and almost plow season and I'm sitting with a useless plow truck, guess new transfer case will be put on a credit card and small claims will be filed ASAP.

I came in for an oil change. Person stated that my power steering was so dirty it was black. After consulting with my son-in-law by phone I decided not to have it done there. Then I was informed that I needed something else. By the time she got finished looking at my engine, I would have spent over$200. Fortunately, l refused all other expenses. I returned home. Upon checking my power steering fluid I found there was no blackness in it. I hate dealers who want to take advantage of old women. I will never go back to that business again!

YOU NEED A PLACE TO GO?? HERE!! Best place to go at for oil change and other stuff. Service it's AMAZING!! They checked Everything and making sure it's safe and sound for the safety of our community. I highly recommend this place. They have super knowledgeable technicians. Changed my Fully synthetic diesel truck for 10 quarts of oil and even my power steering fluid too.They did a full service on everything and it was quick too!

The Gentleman were polite and friendly. The oil change was fast, plus they let me know that I came in with the coolant and oil levels were low, plus I had an engine oil leak. Which I knew, but they also caught it. Nice job, thanks

Stopped in to Oil Changers for a quick oil change(duh!)The brothers took great care of me. Very friendly and efficient. I got a 15 minute oil change in 10 minutes.I will be recommending this place to everyone.

The two workers were nice but one had a bad arm. Not enough help. Took an hour for oil change. They also said I needed a new air filter but when looking for it realized they had none. I ll still go back but hopefully they get more help.
