Their service was sooo bad I eventually gave up on getting my 1 year old Bronco fixed and I sold it for a Jeep....and I've made fun of Jeeps for decades! You are better off screaming in the middle of the forest than telling their techs anything. Whatever you tell them, was nothing more than a waste of breath. Called ford and their response is that it is a communication problem... however it's not a communication problem if you communicate the problem... and then they ignore and forget what you said... That's a customer service problem! I hope you read this and coach your techs to please take notes when someone calls or speaks to them about a service call!! That is what people expect and is the absolute basic level of service any company should offer.Moved up to 2 stars after response. My new dealership not only repeated the notes to me when I dropped off my Chevy, the tech also sent me a video of them working on it asking if I had any other question's/concerns while they had it. Great ideas to copy!

My Jeep broke down so I took it here to have them look at it. It had to be scrapped and I was in need of a new car. Unfortunately, the few I test drove didn't suit my preferences. During the process, one of the staff became awarethat I wasn't going to purchase a car from them. They became rude and insinuated that I would receive a low offer for my Jeep since I wasn't going to be a customer. I ended up finding a replacement for my Jeep elsewhere.

So I went in for tires & emergency brake fix( never got fixed lol) . They said I had tire ready to fall off( axle but came loose common on 05 focus ) they said I needed wheel bearing( whole front end of car is new Ford parts). I asked them for bearing they replacing to get money back on it since it only had less 2000 miles on it. Well I got outer part of bearing back but none of rest. Perhaps so I no see that bearing was fine. Well don't ever ? A young punk mechanic cause he cut open the boots on my tie rods & ball joints & poked hole in my axle boot. So now all my expensive new Ford parts are going bad. & I get to replace them again. On top of the 1300 dollar bill, 1year later I'm redoing my whole front end I had already done. &;doing it myself ( I'm disabled so no money & hard to work on cars anymore.) I will never be able to trust a dealership to work on my stuff again. What I know is a dealership works off it's owner. If he's dirty the whole place is dirty. So I hope this warning saves Simone else the pain &;money this place has cost me. My car is a 05 saleen focus only 300 made probably my last car. Thank you sleepy hollow. You screwed over a disabled guy. Took from the poor. Peace fellow humans. At least we won't have to deal with these people in next life. They go to special place & become the devil's batteries.

Bought a "certified" used truck from them less than two months ago. I brought the truck in for an oil change and both front shock springs are cracked simultaneously. But somehow this wasn't noticed in an inspection prior to me buying, they just both randomly went out at the exact same time. Cost to repair was asinine with parts being up-charged 40-50%. If I didn't need it done immediately I would have taken my truck to another shop. I will not be using this service department again. Also super unimpressed with the salesman when I bought the truck. Needless to say I will be avoiding this place in the future.

Brought my truck in for a simple oil change. I inform them Just an oil change, as I have been hearing negative things from this dealership. They confirm my request. The bill is marginally higher than estimated to me by them prior. I look and they charged me $45 for DEF... That I didn't authorize. It was over a half tank before I brought it there. I knew I had months left on what I had and could source it way cheaper than that! Service dept is a scam.

I can t recommend this place enough! After an accident this past summer, the dealership I bought my car from was less than helpful. But Sleepy hollow Ford stepped up to help. I loved their service so much I have now purchased a new vehicle from them. Everyone is so kind and helpful! From financing with Corey and sales with Kyle and Trent. I will never purchase from anywhere but here way to go you guys!

I was very satisfied with Sleepy Hollow. The only problem is that they are locked into using Ford as a supplier. Ford was very difficult to deal with. It took over 17 months for me to get my truck, and it was extremely difficult to get accurate updates. For example, I was given a few ecd dates, The dates were never changed until after they had passed, and I never got any reasons. Sleepy did have access to some information that I didn't have, but their data conflicted with what I had been told, and was also incorrect. A responsible company in the information age would have one accurate database, and automated emails whenever applicable data changes. Waiting is to be expected during a pandemic and supply chain crisis. But it would be easier to accept if it was honestly reported.

Trent and the crew at Sleepy Hollow are nothing but the best! I don t live in Wisconsin any more. So getting a car at Sleepy Hollow had a few hoops to jump through paying a different tax, figuring out how to ship it, and financing it living 2000 miles away. Trent and Cory made it effortless!!!

First I called about an appointment and I was told to use the Quick Lane service and rushed off the phone. My experience in person was much better. They were all extremely friendly, the waiting area is nice and most importantly they had coffee. The new location is really nice.

I purchased a vehicle that I was told had certain features only to find out later that the features are not on this model but I could add it for $500. I was told it had new tires and I could get my oil changed anywhere only to be told if I went elsewhere it would void my warranty. As for the new tires I ve driven less than 10,000 miles and I m being told I need new tires and brakes. So much for a Ford certified used vehicle. And now you can t schedule oil changes so it s first come first serve and you can end up waiting a long time.

I did a lot of research before I bought our truck. I looked at several trucks at several dealers. We went to Sleepy Hollow following up on a reference from a friend. The minutes we walked in - we felt comfortable with them. There was no high sales pressure and it was super easy to work with them. We would buy another vehicle through them again. Great customer service!

I would strongly, strongly encourage people to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. We purchased a new F3500 from Sleepy Hollow and their service dept has been awful! The truck hasn't been the best, but Sleepy Hollow has been horrid.

I want to rate it with ZERO STARS but not able. Bought a Ford F-150 from the Ford dealership with great service. When we've needed maintenance work for example oil changes it's been less than great service. For starters we took our Ford to the Ford dealership to get an oil change and were told that it couldn't be serviced at their location it needed to be serviced at the Chevy dealer. The salesman who sold us the truck became unfriendly after his commission sale of the truck. Once at the Chevy dealer for an oil change we we're informed that it took longer than normal due to having to run over to the Ford dealer to get the supplies needed to change the oil. Thank you to the Chevy Dealership and their Service workers for taking care of our routine maintenance. It is appreciated by you. Whatever happened to the make of the vehicles being serviced at the same dealership garage? Makes no sense to us the customer as we were told at time of sales that we could take the vehicle back to that location for services.Let's just say that it makes for a frustrating and unhappy situation as a customer.Good luck to those of you who plan on purchasing a vehicle from Sleepy Hollow Ford in Viroqua WI.

Do not trust what the Service Department says. Truck engine light came on after oil change. Drove less than 2 miles to Sleepy Hollow Ford thinking that is best place to take my 2014 F250. Thinking they would have the Subject Matter Experts, boy was I wrong. After diagnosis was told that truck was safe to drive, that the timing was off just by a little and that they would be able to adjust timing in a few days. Left truck there for couple days but due to Wisconsin an 8 inches of snow needed my 4X4. Called Dealership told them I needed the truck. When I got there they had the truck up front and even had the snow off it. When I went in to get the keys was ensured that it was safe to drive. Took truck home and less than 100 miles Truck would not start. Apparently a roller on the rocker arm broke set off engine light. Still wondering why they said it was safe to drive. Well in the end a new engine cost $9200.

Terrible dealership. Terrible management. False advertising. Wanted to buy a 2022 f 250 that they have listed for 92k. They said they wouldn t sell it to me unless I brought a trade in and it was the owners policy. Wouldn t trust this dealership much. Also filed a complaint with ford as well.

Carl did a superb job on helping fix our F250 work truck. It was a nightmare to figure out the broken brakes and he went as far as to bringing his own F250 in to compare them and swap parts. He cut us a deal on parts and labor for how long it took and we were pleasantly surprised with the cost. Will be bringing the truck back here in the future.
