I would like to start off saying I was very happy with the rugby dump box that was installed on my truck. It works as I was expecting and looks great. There were definitely issues with the invoice after installation although they compromised and reduced the invoice by a $1000, which I appreciated. This discrepancy can be blamed on the current economic uncertainty and is understandable for sure. What is not understandable, is the fact that while installing my bed, they broke the def pump on my truck, which cost just shy of $1000 to replace. When asked if they would pay for the part if I payed for the labor to install it, which I consider a fantastic compromise for them. I was told that their tech was never close to the part, although the tech did a significant amount of work within 4 of the part. Sleepy Hollow Truck Center was completely unhelpful in fixing this issue. I was stuck paying the entire repair even though the truck was completely functional when I dropped it off and non functional once I got it back to town. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity.The red arrow in the pictures points to the broken part, and you can see most of the equipment to run the dump box directly above less than 4 inches away.
