One of the friendliest car dealerships I have ever been to. Attentive, helpful, courteous, friendly staff. We didn't feel pressured when dealing with them. Nice waiting area with free coffee and root beer. Financing options, if needed. It appears to be a place where people drop in and come together for coffee and conversation.

Our Son purchased a truck from your lot in Dec. he didn t even drive for 2 months or put 2000 miles on this truck, he does have the extended warranty but still having no luck with the service department. They have had his truck for 3 weeks, no communication or resolution. The worst part is we recommended them!! And it has been a horrible experience for him . Would not recommend!!

We were visiting family in Westby when our car got a flat tire out in the country. Thankfully, Mike at Sleepy Hollow was there within 20 minutes of our call and helped us troubleshoot the problem, get us back to the shop ASAP. Jody in the office helped us get things taken care of with our roadside assistance so that we didn t have to pay for the towing. Really excellent people; if I m ever in need of service in the area I ll definitely be coming back here.

Our first time dealing with this dealership was outstanding! The staff listened to our needs, showed us what we wanted, never pushed anything on us and treated us with the utmost respect. Felt like we had been customers for years! We are so happy with our van that we came home with! When we get our next vehicle, it will be from Sleepy Hollow!

We bought a new truck from Sleepy Hollow Ford this past summer and had awesome service by friendly people. Very willing and easy to deal with. We have since been back for oil changes and continue to be treated with respect and kindness.

Shopped for Ram on all the major car Apps, Sleepy Hollow Rams still beat ALL the prices I found online and with incredible service.
