Love this place for the prices and quick service that I have come to expect from them. I have gone through them the last two times I put tires on my truck and they had the best prices compared to any other place in a 50 mile radius by like $50-100. Their oil change prices are great too. Used to have so many oil changes paid and then you got one free. Not sure if they still do it as I usually go to my Ram dealer because I have a service agreement with them. I would recommend them if you need anything done with your vehicle.

Only place I'll take my Tacoma if I have a choice. They're booked pretty far out.

We were looking for a specific vehicle and all the big dealerships couldn't get it. The River Valley group had one on their lot. Their customer service was exceptional and the transaction was effortless. If you're looking for a low mileage vehicle at a fair price with great customer service, I highly recommend this dealership. If they don't have it, chances are they can get it.

We had to have some work done on our truck, but it was almost hunting season and we really needed it by the weekend. Joey worked with us to get it done during the week in spite of parts shortages, and called right at 5 on the Friday before hunting and had it done. They have always provided excellent service and treated us like family. Small town service and always with a smile!!

What an amazing small business! They care about their customers and take care of them from start to finish! Best place to go for all your car or truck needs! If you re looking for professional workers, people who treat you like family and truly care when you walk in the door, River Valley is the place to go! You will not be disappointed!

Honest and helpful. Katie in service knows her stuff. The mechanics are great. Joe & Andy are super to work with. I've bought at least my last 5 vehicles there & they stand behind what they sell!

Employees are friendly and honest, took my vehicle in to change tires and was told my wheel bearing is shot. Really good service prices. Would and have recommended this place to several people.

Really good service, always take my vehicles to the viroqua/ westby location. My only issue and why it didn't get 5 stars is they don't call to let you know your vehicles done, always have to call them or drive by to see if it's finished or not.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING A CAR FROM HERE! READ MY EXPERIENCE.My boy Andy did me wrong, and got me good.After I bought my car from the man, I took it in and told him that I kept bottoming out and that I think I need new struts, as well as my dash clicks when I turn on the AC. He said both are fine. I took it in within the warrenty time frame.I took it to sleepy hollow. Turns out all 4 structs are leaking, and I need a new blend door actuator. How much you think thats going to cost me. Now my warrenty is expired.Stereotypical. He got me good.

I called multiple times and left a message even emailed the salesman about a truck and no answer or return with phone calls or emails. I m taking it as they don t need any more business if that s the way they treat there customers

Very good service. Diagnosed the problem with my engine, gave me a rental/loaner for free for the day, and fixed everything!
