In a panic, right about close time (9pm?) on a Saturday, I drove into the lot with a flat tire, crying, in the rain and (probably rudely--it was my fifth hour trying to solve an impossibly difficult flat tire problem) asked the employee working to solve all of my problems...and he did. Despite my being rude, despite my total lack of knowledge or patience. He sold me the right product, taught me how to use, helped me with a back up plan, and gave me safety advice (I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me).I intended to send him flowers or a thank you note but I have since forgotten his name (it's been 2 months). This was one of the worst nights I've had in recent memory and this gentleman really changed things around for me.If I lived anywhere nearby, I'd go only to this store and nowhere else.

Unwilling to make a problem right even if it's their fault. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes each way to go to Autozone. Atleast they know what customer service is.

O'Reilly's is the best! I've never had a bad shopping experience at any of their locations I've been to. Great prices, fast service, free check engine light code reads, loaner tools and great service by employees. They offer several options on most items in regards to quality and price. I highly recommend them for your auto parts needs.

Great staff and prices. They really took the time to look up my parts and show genuine concern for my satisfaction. They literally spent over 2 hours researching my vehicle and all the different configurations that were possible. There's no doubt in my mind whatsoever that I'll be back for all of my automotive needs. A++

Had an alternator under warranty and when new battery wasn't charging from alternator and went to take back they said was good. Took vehicle to mechanic and said was 100% alternator. Explained to O'Reilly manager and employee in viroqua wi and because they tested and said was good 3 times rejected warranty. Bought an alternator somewhere else and problem magically solved.

I came in to buy windshield wipers. I was in the store for 5 to 6 minutes. Never acknowledged I was there. I looked up what wipers I needed on the Bosch chart on the display at the front door, then at the machine on the Bosch machine. Went to the counter, there were at least 2 people working, one came to the front and said nothing. I left, with nothing.

I have worked with The O'Reilly's in Viroqua for 4 years now and their service only gets better. They are always going out of their way to help me. I couldn't recommend them more.

Dropped off brake drums to be machined three hours before closing. When I returned fifteen before closing I was told that they "forgot" to do them. They then proceeded to tell me they probably could not machine my drums for liability reasons even though admittedly they could not find the calipers to measure them. I return the next morning to be told the same thing by the store manager after his helper measured my drums with a tape measure. Not a caliper designed to measure into the tens or hundreds of an inch as required for the job, but a metric tape measure. I'm certain it is much easier to just sell me new parts from your shelf but I cannot believe you are looking for excuses to not take my money. Went to a locally owned repair shop and was taken care of almost immediately. I happy I gave my money to them and not O'Reillys. Last time I try to spend money on them, here or elsewhere.

I was at a basketball tournament, an hour and 1/2 from home, and realized I had a tire about to blow out. I stopped here to see if they had any suggestions where to go in Viroqua on a saturday. These young men went ABOVE and beyond in Customer service. They even called locally and found somewhere and directed me where to go. Thank you SO much to these guys! You may have saved our lives, had they blown on our drive. Thank you! And the gentleman at Viroqua tire was phenomenal as well! I am eternally grateful! This is what exceptional customer service looks like! Great job!

Awful customer service. Say random things so they don t have to help you. Said they would order me a part and never did. Have been very rude the past five times I have gone here and I know people that won t go here anymore because of this.
