I ve been to many auto repair shops over the decades but I ve never been treated with the care that I did at Gerber Collision in Verona, Wi!Eric is unbelievably kind and knowledgeable and Mark did a fantastic job!! I simply cannot recommend Gerber Collision in Verona enough. Five stars!!

Someone T-boned me and my insurance recommend Gerber. I was hesitant at first, since I had never heard of them. I m so glad we gave them a chance. They went above and beyond, did an outstanding job, and Mark is amazing to work with. He always made sure to call and update us through the whole process. Gerber did a great job repairing our car. They were very communicative and always let us know where they were throughout the process. If they were waiting for a part they let us know. When they found some internal damage they let us know, and then fixed that for us too. I would highly recommend Gerber for auto body repairs.

Dependable CARSTAR rocks! I've had my car serviced by them a number of times and they've been fantastic. I've only experienced one mistake, electrical system wasn't reassembled appropriately I believe. No problem though! It was addressed efficiently and transparently, at not cost to me. I'm about to take a used car I'm looking to purchase in to them for a third party inspection. Highly recommend. Also, give them a Google review when you're done! I got into a fender bender and needed a lot of replacements and repairs. Gerber Collision & Glass provided me great service and has such kind, professional staff members! Mark has been great to work with. He kept me updated the whole time. Will absolutely use this company again!

Matt and his team took great care of my car and were amazing about providing transportation while my car was in the shop. The receptionists were very friendly. Although the repair took a little longer than I personally expected (Matt told me to expect this due to supply and severity of the damage). Mark kept me updated throughout and I didn t really mind due to the loaner car.Overall, I highly recommend the shop.Service: Body & Trim

From the estimate to the finish of the vehicle our service was great.The car was deemed totaled by other body shops, Dependable gave us an option to fix the part that was the most expensive to fix and they did a great job and saved me from having to purchase a different vehicle.My car came back not only fixed but cleaned inside and out. They finished in the time frame promised even with finding an additional broken part that they needed to replace. Also a great warranty on the parts and labor that they did which means a great deal to me.Thank you Dependable I will recommend your services to others.

After our insurance company to total our car that we still wanted to keep and get it fixed, Dependable Carstar worked with us to ensure the absolutely needed repairs were under the price the insurance company was going to give us. The car looks amazing and we don t regret getting it fixed at all. Hopefully I won t have to use these guys soon as the first time it was because my son hit a deer, But we would use them again in a heartbeat.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was shopping for a used car, and found one for a good price BUT it had been in a previous accident. I asked my trusted mechanic for a reference to a good collision repair specialist, and he instantly recommended CARSTAR in Verona. I m so glad I took his recommendation. The CARSTAR mechanic was extremely thorough, showed me details photographs of the areas of the vehicle that were of concern, checked all the usual items along with the structural check I really was concerned about. It made all the difference in my decision, and he was super helpful answering all questions that I had about his report as well. Definitely going to come back with the next used car deal I find! :)

My car was hit in rear. This location was recommended by Hometown Sevice and a couple of friends. Since I am new to area, I didnt know who to reach out to for estimate.Brought car in for estimate, took less than half hour. Insurance company accommodated with estimate. Called to schedule repair, dropped car off on Monday, received call this morning, Wednesday, car was ready. Looks fantastic, everything was done to perfection right down it being washed. Would highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

You can trust them like no other shop. They are straight forward and know their stuff. I have been working with them for 20 years and they're simply great.Update: Back for a repair after my son had a fender bender. I could have been $4,000 in. These folks found a way to do a great repair that was just over 10% of that cost! I say again: Simply the best. I would not have known if the costs were necessary or not but they have always tried to operate with integrity. You simply cannot find the same degree of that anywhere else.

By far the best experience I have ever had for auto repair!Dropped off Monday with a request to get it back ASAP due to my hunting addiction. Several thousand dollars later my truck was back to hunting condition and pickup on Saturday. Unbelievable. Great people and excellent work. Highly recommended!!!!!!

I recently had some rust repaired that wrapped around my door. It was fairly involved, and the door seal had to be replaced. They did an excellent job. I can't even tell there was any rust there. Also, they replaced my windshield. Perfectly done. No leaks. Finally, my exhaust system was rusted out right after the catalytic converter. They were able to weld in a new peice of pipe without having to replace anything. I expected to spend $600 on exhaust work, and only spent $165. Things took a bit longer than anticipated, so they gave me a free rental car. They kept me updated by phone every step of the way, and didn't start any work until I approved it. Courteous and knowledgeable. I would do business there again.

They did a great job removing a dent from my classic car. The work was flawless. They kept me informed along the way - great communications! They were priced fairly and there were no hidden charges. I would definitely return there for more work!

Great experience here! Mark and his team did a great job bringing my vehicle back to its pre accident condition. After the work was completed there were some things I was particular about and Mark was very willing to work with me. Professional and courteous; would highly recommend!

I've gone to Dependable Carstar twice in the last couple months and they've gotten my car in quicker than anywhere else could get it in, and they fixed it in a timely manner. They had a great rental car for me both times. They do an amazing job and have excellent customer service! I highly recommend them!

I ran over a deer in the dark and damaged the heat shield on some of the exhaust system. Carstart did a great job by re-using the existing shields on my 11 yr old Prius with 206k. I've used CARSTAR in Verona 4 or 5 times for general mechanical work (not body work) - from oil change to a transmission replacement. I'm really satisfied with their work - no surprises, work is done well, and prices seem competitive.

I took my Jeep in and they did an amazing job. Other body jobs in Madison made it seem like it was too difficult of a project, but CARSTAR ordered the parts right away and then it only took a couple of hours for them to finish the work. If anything happens in the future I will be going to them for sure.

Really good. Very nice WI people here. This was one of he approved repair shops of my insurance company, Amica (best insurance company). Using a pre-approved shop means I didn't have to worry about bringing a check, rental car taken care of, etc. Should have been a one day deal (bumper replacement). But when the manager inspected it; he found that they had scratched the plastic above the bumper. He called; and said it would take another day but they would make it look like new. They did. They washed this sucker and polished it like never before, never seen it look so good. The rental was old (85,000 miles) and though it had a no smoking sticker; had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Still five stars; five plus if they get some new loaners. A very good choice. Super nice people.

I went in on Monday for an estimate on replacing my drivers side mirror. They had an estimate to me that afternoon, ordered the part the next day, and repaired in on Thursday! Wowza! Great service!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I came in to get an insurance estimate. I made it clear that I was debating whether to file a claim or do the repairs myself so I wanted to know everything that should be fixed. I was told that he would look at it and if he missed something that he'd just add it to insurance during repairs. I reiterated my previous statement. I felt like the car was given a very cursury look. I got 3 estimates for the repairs. The other two estimates were $1800; and $1900 (pretty close) while Carstar was around $800 and didn't account for several things needing work that both other estimates caught. If I would have gone off Carstar's estimate and done the repairs myself, I would have been out a considerable amount of money.

Prices were fair and the work was even better than we could have anticipated. My wife's car has been in twice, and I've had a mirror replaced on mine. I see no reason to visit anywhere else for your body shop needs.
