Excellent experience for the most part. Technicians are very knowledgeable. Had to drive back a second time for further testing and evaluations plus shipping, but they expedited things and that went smoothly. They followed through on their promises.

Service is terrible,left 3 messages and no response to our problem,I would not recommend them,when you pay big bucks,you expect the job to be done properly,and a service return call,it's terrible

Was referred because of the reputation they had over the years. Very dissatisfied with the service and quality of work. They claimed to be some kind of experts on my van and lift when bidding the job, but then when it came to getting the work done, my van was the first of its kind the workers had ever seen. I had several problems with my equipment and had warranty work done and they were more worried about how they were going to get reimbursed from the company than my car! they didn't even put all the screws back in and I had to complete the job myself. Not happy. Will not recommend to anyone.

I just finished up my last fitting for my driving equipment for my new Van that I purchased through A & J Mobility! I will say that I was very impressed with their work! They put everything that I needed and place accurately and I would recommend them to anyone especially people with disabilities who need EMC AVIT driving equipment.

When it comes to commercial wheelchair lifts for vehicles, this is the place to take them for repair. They know how to repair most lifts and will not waste your money.
