Gage helped me get a battery installed into my Acura. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. He was so helpful and had the best attitude. It took him 5 minutes to install the battery in my car. Made my day.

By far the most amazing and humble experience I ve ever had at any auto store! Both James and Ronnie are hands down the best! Not only did they provide the best customer experience ever, they took the time to explain things to me! (Hints I m a woman who doesn t know much about cars!) They were not out to get my money by selling me unnecessary parts, but actually saved me from spending unnecessary money. By far the best experience I have ever had anywhere in a long time! I will never go to another auto store again ! They have my business for life! You guys rock! Thanks so much!

This store is testament to how hilariously mismanaged this company is on a corporate level. You walk in the front door and you're greeted by very miserable employees who clearly hate how the company treats them.Then you see the prices of everything on the shelves and it is by far the most over-priced autoparts store in this area. You can expect to spend 200+ for just about any car battery now.Their oil, chemicals, and accessories are all insanely over priced. Everything in the accessory isle is literal landfill out of the box, and it's sold for premium prices.Pitiful store, pitiful company.

Was in store 12/10/22. Purchased front windshield wipers & cabin filter. Zander installed both for me. He had never installed on my type of vehicle, so had to look @ directions. He was focused, careful & patient & figured it out!Very nice young man - I'd hang on to him as an employee if I were you. Good employees are hard to find.

Best to look up the part number for what you need before you go. Makes it faster and less time for them to look it up. You pay a little more on some things then other stores. But that's normal now a days.

Stopped in to get new wiper blades for my car. The sales person was able to find the right ones and even installed them for me. Nice touch!

Worst customer service ever. The lady that was in there was rude and didn t know what she was selling or looking up. At least have someone with some type of car knowledge.
