Roger and Jacob provided excellent service to us this morning. We had a bit of an emergency with our battery and alternator, and the two of them were very accommodating in figuring out the issues and getting us squared away. The battery installation was a breeze, and they set us up with a local shop to get the alternator replaced (even though the shop was technically closed). Job well done!

I went to purchase a 4 wheeler battery. NAPA Roger the supervisor gave me what I was looking for. The battery box was opened already he pulled the battery out and it was dirty on the outside. I asked if this battery is brand new. He said yes we don't sell used batteries here. I ran home and installed it which didn't fix my problem I ran back and asked if I could return. Roger pulled it out and said its dirty and would not take it back. A mistake I made I should of said it was dirty from the beginning right when he pulled it out. I tried returning battery within 20 mins not like I had it for days. This is my last time shopping at NAPA!

Best service we ever had. We drove in with an engine problem on a Saturday, and rather than just tell us what needed to be fixed or a shop to go to Alex came out and fixed it for us. This was the best experience we could have ever asked for, truly exemplary customer service.

Had some heater core issues on a Chevy pickup went to Napa for antifreeze talked to Rodger he pointed us in the right direction on what to do work perfectly can't thank him enough Rodger is spot-on!!!
