I had a spark plug blast out of the head on 94. I limped off the road and had the van towed to Superior Auto on the recommendation of the tow truck driver. They diagnosed the problem, made sure I understood the repair and got it fixed for me. They were great at communicating, got the work done quickly and the van is running better than it has in a long time. If I lived in the area this would be my repair shop. Honest, quick and very reasonable price even though I was in the twin cities dealing with all of this. We were in a pinch on a long road trip and he cleared his schedule to ensure that we could get back on the road the same day. If I could give more than five stars, I would. He charged us a very fair price. Zach is awesome & I highly recommend him.

Superior Auto has been doing my mechanic work for me for years. Just recently he picked out a set of tires for my vehicle and I was able to use them in the snow this morning. They were excellent! I'm glad to have somebody helping me that I can trust.

A previous mechanic put the wrong fuel pump in the truck and it died on the highway. Was able to tow it to Superior Automotive and Tony was able to explain what he was seeing and reassure me that the fuel pump that the previous mechanic put in was the wrong part. Sure enough, he fixed the truck and got us running way sooner than expected. The wait time is quite long, but i guess it makes sense when you have a good product and a good business. After getting my truck back today, I did some additional research and seen on the previous mechanic's invoice that they entered the wrong VIN number on the invoice. The VIN was for a 2014 Silverado and not the 2010, which is what Tony said he was seeing with the wrong model fuel pump. Hard to find good mechanics these days. Wish I lived closer to Tomah as it is hard finding someone you can trust these days. Thanks guys for getting me running again!!

This place is above and beyond our expectations. We're new to the area and don't "know a guy". We took our problem car to go see Tony and his staff and they were as professional as it gets. We've been in three times and each time we were treated with respect and given their time and attention. Prices were extremely reasonable. Came in for a wellness check up and an oil change today. I got here at 7:45 with my wife - we left with our car and an estimate at 8:30. Service was quick, efficient, and professional. Think my wife and I found where all our cars will be getting serviced.

Was in town for only a few days and needed my brakes replaced. Tony was able to squeeze me in their schedule. All the work was done same day and for a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great experience at Tony's shop. Had a wheel bearing go out on a day trip to Tomah. Tony quickly diagnosed the issue and finished repair earlier than promised. Fair prices for friendly service and professional work.

Awesome Place. Great work. Tony and his team are very knowledgeable. They replaced factory brake lines with Stainless Steel , Pads , Rotors , Calipers , Checked my transfer case and Differential fluid. Had it all finished up the next morning. Big Thankx goes out to Tony and his team of experienced and Knowledgeable Team.

My truck broke down coming from Minneapolis omw to Chicago for a funeral. I was already upset, terrified from the experience and overwhelmed from the cost if going out of town and what the reapir cost would be. My AAA tower pulled over and made some calls. He got me in at this shop completely in tears. Tony was very calm and comforting and assured me they would take good care of me. I was quoted $700.00 for my alternator and a belt as well as a bolt that was broken w/an estimate of 3 hours. Poor guy, he handled himself well while I completely broke down again and ok'd the repairs. The job was completed in 1 1/2 hours and nearly a $100 cheaper and j was happily in my way. When I returned home the dealership said they would have charged more in the $1000.00 range and I got a great deal! Thank you sooo much for taking great care of me, thank you!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I live in St. Paul MN and was a long way from home. one of my rear tires went out on my big ol trailer and we were quickly stranded in an town we'd never been in. so we check maps and luckily there was a mechanic right off 94. we get our vehicle over to them and walk in. see them all eating lunch. we asked them to help us bolt this tire back on or at least borrow us some tools so we could do it ourselves. they said they were too busy to help us. we bribed and begged. told him it would only take 15 mins of their time. nope. told them we were stranded and had no other options. and they turned us away. unbelievable. disgusting. revolting. all of these guys are awful people. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. however, we did finally get some help hours later from a shop down the way called Rick's automotive. very reasonable prices, happy to help, actually reopened just to help us. and they were very accommodating to our emergency situation. please show Rick's some love and never go to 'superior' automotive.

My 2010 Toyota Prius needed the inverter coolant pump changed. the lady on the phone told me that they needed to do some research first. By the end of the day I had a quote for 4 and 1/2 hours of service for a total of $540 after taxes. Although the hourly rate seemed a bit high, I am happy they were willing to install a part that I ordered off of the internet. and even more happy that they were willing to try their hand at a hybrid system they hadn't had prior experience with.At the end, it appears my Prius is once again running well. As far as I can tell the replacement part was installed correctly with the appropriate amount of coolant filled. I'm a satisfied customer and wouldn't hesitate to bring my Prius back for additional repairs I couldn't do myself.

Wouldn't know second time i tried to get an appt with them. Each time they said 2 or 3 weeks out. I must need to breakdown and be towed there????

The WORST auto service shop I've ever been to. There is no such thing as customer service here. These guys are just here to rip off people!
