I just had my exhaust system repaired on my Ford Escape at Rick's. And I've still have both arms and both legs! ! They gave me great Customer Service, and exceptionally fair pricing on parts and labor.I highly recommend Rick's Certified Auto for your vehicle's needs!Thanks again!

Had them install a small lift kit in my son's truck. CV axle had to be replaced almost immediately. Fine. It happens. The problem here is we ended up being charged hundreds more on a "quality" install fully knowing it was an older truck with some Wisconsin rust, the Workmanship is garbage. Zip tie mechanics??

Took my previous car here has I was new to the area. Had zero problems with the old car. Took my new car here, in the beginning I had no problems up until the past couple months. They charged me for a tire rotation but didn t do it. I also asked them to recalibrate where my tires were (sync all tires to be in the right spot on dash) and it hasn t been done once and it is a guessing game if I need to put air in my tires

I ve gone to ricks auto a few times and didn t many problems but no matter what always seem like something was slightly off.Had a few minor issues with new parts being replaced on my truck, seemed rushed as a few parts weren t even connected on pick up, (had to do it myself) No clue what oil they used for my truck, and quite frankly I don t think they even know or the guy changing it.had my truck blowing white smoke every time starting it up.(truck is now not doing it after a CLEAN oil change) Leveling kit added, no realignment or recommend it as they are the professionals (I m new to trucks and didn t know it was needed after it I feel stupid now for it just figured it was fine because nothing was said) Just over all doesn t seem like they care about the quality of their work just how many vehicles they can get done in a day. Nice people just don t recommend the work they will provide.

Poor workmanship and shady business practices. Ordered the most expensive midrange tire they had because I was told there was a $200 rebate. After I have the tires installed I am told there is only a $50 rebate, so they either lack a fundamental understanding of the rebate system or lied to sell me a more expensive tire. Was also given the classic laundry list of thousands of dollars worth of other parts they want to replace for me. One of my brand new tires was flat within a week because the valve wasn t correctly seated. When I went to remove the tire to check for any additional leaks, I found the lug nuts were over tightened and practically impossible to remove by hand.

I had an issue with getting rims and tires at Walmart. I ve always wanted to stop in but they always looked packed. They probably were because Rick and his team do an amazing job! I got a new set of tires and rims within a week!! They look magnificent and I can t wait to bring my classics to him for some TLC!

We drove all the way up from Chicago (4 hrs), and I was told that I would have to junk my car. Because I didn t have the title, we asked them to hold the car until we could come back up. Both the employee and I agreed that I could come back up today (Friday) to bring them the title. I drove the 4 hrs to drop the title off just to find out that the employee lied as the shop isn t even open on fridays. Now, they have my car, and I m left without any options.

My brakes failed on the way to Minnesota and they were the only shop in town who could get me in the same day. Replaced my brake line in about an hour. Without them I would have been stuck in Tomah for days. and they let me bring in my traumatized cat haha

We did stop but decided to keep going. We were planning to get welding of the frame for the towing hitch. Instead we found another vehicle to pull the trailer.

I am really appreciative of the crew at Rick's. On my 1400 mile trip this week I ran over something in the road and had a blown tire. Unfortunately it was a oddball size and to be ordered (no one within 2 hours had any) They were able to get tires the next day and get them mounted up quickly without issues. They have the equipment and skills to work with low profile tires (not every tire shop does). Thanks again for getting me back on the road after a unexpected breakdown.

Able to help with lots of different issues a vehicle can have. This place does tires and oil changes plus brake work and exhaust work. Many places now days can only do certain things where it is nice to find a place to take care of whole car. Plus instead of replacing whole pipe were able to fix a piece in and weld. Others said whole area had to be changed at significant more cost.

Worst customer service ever. Had a rental vehicle with a tire that was going flat. 20 minute fix. Guy behind the counter said leave it here and we will give you a call when I can get around to it. 2 people literally standing not doing a thing and we were the first and only people there for the day. I need the van for picking up people from the airport so there was no leaving the vehicle there. He also said I can make an appointment and come back in a couple days. He doesnt care about the business or about the customers, hopefully I can find a place that does care.

First time taking my car there was great second time I feel I got took!! Said they lubed my brake pads and the noise I took it on for was still there called lady there and she asked me if the noise I was hearing was in my head so I took it somewhere else and no lube done nothing!! $226 gone for nothing!!!! Now my car is fixed and it was a simple fix!!!

I had a tire going flat and a long trip to make. They got me in and looked at the tire, fixed what they could and sent me on my way. Rick's helped me get new tires ordered. Very good customer service.

Service was great! Robin was quick to answer the email. Setting up an appointment was easy. We came back for round 2, the previous recommendation of providing an inspection report with the job was done 2nd time around. I have no complaints just praises. Thanks for the great job.

Excellent service. I ran over a piece of metal on the interstate and they were able to patch and fix my tire so I could get home to my family. This was 45 minutes before they closed, too! Robin even gave me some aspirin for my migraine and turned off the music so I could relax (I didn't ask her to do this - she offered!). An incredibly kind and knowledgeable crew!

This company provides good service at a reasonable price. I've also found them to be very honest, telling me what needs to right away and what can stand to wait for awhile on my older vehicle.

I took my car in to convert my AC to 134a from r12. When I picked up my car on a Friday afternoon everything seemed fine, the air was blowing cold, so I drove it home. The next time I started my car was the following Monday morning. By the time I made it to work there was a loud rattle from under the hood when it idled. The rattle wasn't there before I took it to Ricks. Monday afternoon I took it back to Ricks and told them the issue. After checking it out they told me it wasn't anything they did and that it was my water pump. Ok seems straight forward. I went home and bought a water pump and installed it, the same rattle occurred. It seemed very apparent Rick didn't want anything to do with my problem. I spent money on a water pump I didn't need. I would not recommend Rick's to anyone.

Our car broke down over 3 hours away from home and we went to ricks. They had a week wait for service but got us up and running again the next day (we got there at 1 and needed major work). Robin was awesome and did everything she could to help us out. If I lived in Tomah this is the only garage I would take my car to.Thank you guys for getting us back home and to work on time.

I have a 2014 Toyota camry nothing special toom it there for a regular oil change and it was $68.00 for an oil change i called back and asked what else did you do to it he said nothing. Total rip off remember to ask how much before you get work done on your car.

They changed the tail pipe and muffler without problems but they could have done it so the exhaust pipe did no hang so low.

Very helpful. I went in looking for recommendations for tires that would work for my application and was shown two different types that would work. I couldn't beat the price and ordered them. I would recommend them for your tire needs.

We got a flat just outside of Tomah. Everyone at Ricks was super friendly and helpful. They explained why it couldnt be patched, quickly swapped it out, and were as sad as we were that patching wasnt possible. There were lots of locals in there too.

My exhaust pipe broke on the interstate. They squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon and they did a quick (as soon as the pipe was cool enough to handle) and affordable fix.

I didn't have the work they recommended done on the car (scrapping it) but they were fast and friendly with the diagnosis.
