Sales and finance were very customer oriented in my purchase process. No one tried to push me into buying extras. They simply informed me of my options and answered all my questions very clearly. The new vehicle orientation was very good and helped me to understand all the features and options. Service had my new vehicle spotless. I would recommend this dealership and staff for their vehicle purchase.

Finally trading in a vehicle I've had for almost 15 years that I was really attached to, this location and purchasing a vehicle here was probably the best experience at a dealership I've ever had! Danny not only was able to get me exactly the vehicle I wanted but he was able to get to his location in a day. He was patient and even assisted working some of the features prior to me leaving. Danny and this dealership came through for me, something I will never forget, and I'm truly grateful. Ashley was amazing as well, she was very expedient and helped me pick the additional features and warranties that I know I'll need going forward. I'll refer anyone and everyone your way! Everyone at Morrie s in Tomah is so kind and helpful. They make you feel welcomed as they do everything they can to assist you. Dan R has sold me two vehicles since 2017. He is very knowledgeable and takes into consideration what my needs are, providing great customer service along the way. David in sales was awesome! Straight forward, no haggling, here s the price. He helped us through the buying process and worked his tail off to get our vehicle ready to take home the same day. Ashley in financing was also wonderful. With it being our first time buying a vehicle, she walked us step by step through everything happening and assisted us in anything we needed. I would highly recommend Morries in tomah for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I got sold a damn lemon. They fixed it just enough for a test drive. Not too long after. My driver side window won t roll up or down my radio won t work for Bluetooth, backup camera, tune knob. Anything. Check engine light on for oil pressure. Transmission whine in every gear especially in reverse and my muffler broke straight clean and when checked upon it was glued together from before. My windshield sprayer doesn t work on the driver side (the important side) and my headlight adjustment to adjust how high the headlights sit and they have shined into the air and not the road since I ve bought it. Already over payed because I wanted the vehicle so bad but this is the worst thing I have every bought

The right truck at the right price with perfect service! I have purchased several new and used vehicles in the last few years and my experience with Morrie's ranks at the top. I had been searching for a very specific truck for 3 weeks when I found Morrie's. I was an out-of-town buyer so I had a few questions about the vehicle before making the drive to look in person. They responded immediately to my inquiry and confirmed all the information I needed to make my decision. I will be happy to make the trip from northern Iowa again to purchase from Morrie's. I very unexpectedly walked into Morrie's to discuss a jeep that caught my eye. I worked with David Sellnow and within 3 hours walked out the proud owner of a new jeep. Dave and the team made the entire experience pleasant and quick. I would recommend Morrie's to anyone.

Danny was a GREAT salesman to work with (he was also nice to look at.) He really went out of his way to find a vehicle like the one I originally was looking at, but BETTER (miles, price, location.) I was shown how to use all the cool features AND he even transferred over my car seat for me! I highly recommend this place.

I purchased a vehicle yesterday at Morries Tomah Ford, and I have to say, the sales rep I worked with, Danny Calkins, was very professional, and, personable! Danny listened to me, as far as what I was looking for and what I could afford, and he gave me his undivided attention, helping me through the process, every step of the way! Dan is not pushy, he s very knowledgeable in his profession, he answered any questions I had, and didn t make me feel rushed at all ! I also worked with Ashley, the Financial manager, at Morries, another professional and personable employee there! I had such a great experience buying my first car with Morrie s and that was all because of my salesman David Sellnow. He went above and beyond to help me Find just the right car for me made everything stress-free it was definitely chilly that day, but walked us around and looked at all the different options for me. Danny and Angie were awesome and got me into an Explorer after the van I was going to look at was sold the night before. Danny also somehow knew a ton of my family members and we were able to chat like we were old friends. That's some good customer service. This is the second vehicle we've purchased here.

Dealership was unwilling to work with me even with a down payment of $4000. My credit is not bad. Even with a co signer, no loan. I went somewhere else and was able to get a brand new car. I do not recommend this place.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THESE GUYS. Purchased a car from them back in 2021, they offered me an extended warranty & when I say offered ( damn near forced it on me). Salesman insured the warranty company was phenomenal, coverage was great. OK SOLD. WELL THEY FOOLED ME! 2022 claimed filed for a part that IS COVERED ON MY WARRANTY. CLAIM DENIED. Denied why ? Still trying to figure it out. Had to pay $1700 out of pocket. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Claim #2, my engine needs to be replaced which is COVERED through my warranty, WHICH IM STILL PAYING FOR LMAO. Did some more research on this warranty I was sold from a million dollar dealership just to find out it s a SCAM! ALSO HAVE A CLASS ACT LAWSUIT AS WELL AND HAD ONE SINCE 2018. How does a million dollar company not research a company they are so dedicated to sell which makes me wonder ? DO THEY KNOW ? ARE THEY APART OF THIS SCAM Something definitely to think about. Will not ever buy from these guys again and will not recommend to anyone.

Danny is great. Listened to what I was looking for and suggested a vehicle that I wouldn't have picked by myself to look at. I insisted on looking at other vehicles and even took one for a test drive before checking out the one Danny suggested. Then as soon as I sat in his pick it was perfect! He knew it was what I wanted before I did. Danny listened to what I was looking for, and was well informed about what was on the lot. He could match me to the perfect vehicle for what I wanted.

Love my new car! Was briefly shopping for a hybrid, got in contact with Dan R at Morries, Tomah. He helped me find the car I've been looking for. I absolutely love it. Man deserves a raise after putting up with all my mind changing and random questions lol

I worked with David Sellnow and he was fantastic to work with, he was very kind, informative, professional, and respectful. We drove two and a half hours to Morries Tomah to pick up our new vehicle and he had all the paperwork and the jeep ready for us when we arrived and made the sale and trade in super easy. Definitely recommend Morries they are very amazing to work with and amazing people
