Zach has been my mechanic for 15 years and I have relied on him exclusively. During those years, I have owned several makes and models and he has worked on and maintained each of them for me. I have had nothing but excellent results. He is professional, accurate, trustworthy, honest, and 100% fair with his rates. Zach took over as my mechanic when I was in a bind after a very bad experience with my previous mechanic, and I feel so lucky to have found Juracich Auto Repair. He always goes above and beyond to help me, and answers all my dumb questions without making me feel dumb. He also understands that while I want to take the best possible care of my old car, sometimes it's not a financial option, so he'll help me make sure we do the most important stuff first without trying to sell me on services I don't really need. I would absolutely recommend Juracich Auto Repair to anyone who asks, for a skilled, compassionate, and straightforward mechanic.

Zach was a true savior in our time of need. We were having some issues on our roadtrip from Montana to Pennsylvania and quickly found ourselves in an area we were unfamiliar with. With over 5 other auto shops to choose from I m glad we went with Juracich. A very knowledgeable mechanic who went out of his way to also inform us of what to watch for down the line. We were in town camping, and our van had some mechanical issues. This shop squeezed us in over his LUNCH time just to check it out for us. Unfortunately, it needed a part that was not in stock and was unable to be fixed. After an hour of working on it, this amazing human being did not even charge us for his time, instead gave us very helpful information so we could get it repaired when we got home. Honest, helpful, kind, and if I lived nearby, he'd have a new customer for life. Thank you again!

I was sorry to see Zach leave our area. He is an excellent mechanic and I relied on him for all my automotive repairs and general maintenance. He went beyond in helping me in every way possible. Not sure I will find another mechanic so qualified!

I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of domestic, AND foreign vehicles. Usually when it comes to European cars, it is hard to find a guy who can fix them right. Juracich Auto Repair was able to troubleshoot and repair my Volkswagen Jetta. The dealership has had problems doing what Zach did in a matter of hours. Zach is a great mechanic and very kind! I felt really comfortable getting work done by him without worrying that he would try to sell me on work that I didn't need. He's always upfront about what absolutely needs to get done vs what would help to get done but might not be as urgent.

Zach is fair upfront and honest. He s saved us a lot of money over the years we ve been taking our vehicles to him. He lets you know what needs to be done and what can wait. He keeps you informed to avoid surprises along the way. Great place to take your vehicles!

Zac is a very trustworthy mechanic. We have 3 older vehicles in our family which require lots of maintenance and repairs. Zac has always been honest and his repair work is above and beyond. 100% the best mechanic we have ever had!

Zach has been my one and only mechanic for 10 years now.He is a very talented guy! Anything that came up he knew how to fix it and fix it correctly, but the thing that really stands out is his honesty.Not all mechanic s are honest but this guy is! He will break it down for you and tell you what is wrong with your vehicle so it makes sense. If you want your vehicle fixed and fixed right by a HONEST mechanic go see him!

My son broke down about 6 miles from Tomah. I called a couple shops trying to find someone to help as soon as possible because my son is a student in LaCrosse. Zach said he was booked out about 2 weeks, which was sooner than other shops I called. The tow truck driver was awful and told us the car was probably not fixable. He had called a mechanic friend who said it was probably the timing belt so the engine was probably shot. After finally getting the car towed to Juracich, Zach called me just before 6 the night before Thanksgiving to put my mind at ease . He explained that the problem was not a timing belt but rather the water pump. My sons car doesn t even have a timing belt. He said he would get the parts and would start the car early the following week. He was able to fix another issue while he had the car and was done within a week. Communication was consistent and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. When the car was done he offered to drive the car 40 minutes to where my son goes to college (his dad works there). He did just that! He picked my son up and my son dropped him off at is dads shop to get a ride back to Tomah. My son said he was very nice and so far all is good with the car. Zack is by far the most honest and skilled mechanic I've ever had! When I found out he relocated to Wisconsin I was not happy. I'm normally a stubborn do-it-myself-er, but I inherited a 1999 Honda Odyssey with some problems that were beyond my skill. I looked around for a local mechanic and found Juracich Auto, and I'm so glad I did.Not only was Zach extremely communicative and timely, he finished the repairs in several hours when I expected him to have the van for at least a day or more. I don't have a lot of money and normally avoid taking cars to the shop, but Zach was worth every single penny, the price was fair, and I will absolutely be coming back with my other vehicles.If you're looking for an honest and straightforward mechanic, look no further. Juracich Auto has been fixing my vehicles since 2008. They always take the time and explain what happened. The rates are good, and the quality of work is even better.
